Dd was instructing some of his constables to search for neela ma's case files.

Constable: Sir here is the file.

Dd: Okay!! You take the file to Khanna mansion and hand it over to ali, I'll reach their after some time.

The constable took the file to Khanna mansion.

Khanna Mansion

All the family members, ali, avni and the others were having breakfast when neil came down the stairs. Mogwli was excited to see neil there.

Mogwli: Superman.. Aap yaha? (Superman.. You here?)

Neil: Ha.. Yeh mera ghar hai mogwli. (Mogwli this is my house.)

Mogwli: Jaan aapne nahi bataya ki ye superman ka ghar hai. (Jaan you didn't tell that this is superman's house.)

Neil: Arey koy baat nahi mogwli.. Aap kya kha rahe ho? (No problem mogwli.. What are you eating?)

Mogwli: Poha.. Aap bhi khayiye.. (Poha.. You also eat..)

Just then the door bell is heard and avni goes to see who has arrived. When she opened the door she saw a constable with a file in his hand. Avni got scarred seeing the constable but neil came and took the file and said the constable to go.

The constable was shocked to see avni there in flesh and was about to give her the file when neil came and took the file thus closing the door.

Constable: (in mind)Arey ye toh avniji haina neil sir ki wife. Lekin ye toh mar gayi thina phir ye kaise zinda hain aur yaha ghar par. Dd sir ne bhi kuch nahi kaha unke baare mei. Pata nahi kitne dino se hai woh yaha.. Chalo chodo kya hua agar woh zinda ho ya margayi ho. Hamme kya milega iss se..!! (Isn't she avni mam neil sir's wife. But she was declared dead, wasn't she? And what is she doing here. Dd sir also did not say anything about this. From how many days might she have been staying her. Just leave it.. what is their if she is alive or dead. Nothing to with me..)

Suddenly something struck in his mind and he just went away smiling mischeviously..!!

Constable: Ab dekho mei kya karta ho.. Ab jo mei karonga woh sabke hosh udda dega aur iske baad meri promotion pakki.. (Now just wait for what I am going to do.. the thing which I am going to do will definitely get me promoted..)

Dining Table

Neil after taking the envelope from the constable hides it in his pocket and signs ali that dd has sent the case file.

Bebe: Kya hai neil? Kon that darwase pe? (What is it neil? Who was at the door?)

Neil: Kuch nahi bebe bas constable aya tha galti se yaha pe jabki usse kisi aur ghar mei jana tha. (Nothing much bebe. The constable just got confused between the house he was supposed to go and our house. That's it.)

Ali: Neil, agar tera hogaya to mei tumse kuch baat karna chahta hoon. (Neil if you've completed I want to talk to you about something important.)

Neil and ali went away discussing something very much secretly while their change in behaviour made avni suspicious of them. She was shocked as to why neil lied to the family about the constable and then she was thinking what must be there in the envelope. She tried hard thinking but all went in vain. Finally, she decided to ask to ali of the condition she kept and also about the envelope.

Afternoon

Avni was in hall with bebe, swetha when the door bell rang and bebe went to attend it. The person at the door was dd. Dd was startled to see avni in Khanna mansion. He greeted avni and proceeded to neil and ali to ask them about the turn of the events.

Dd went to neil's room. He saw neil and ali deep in thought trying to decode something.

Dd: (seeing at neil) Kya hua ali bhaiyya? How come bhabhi is in Khanna mansion? (What happened ali bhaiyya?)

Ali: Mein usse leke aaya hoon. Tu kya neil ko ghoore ja raha hai. Haa? Woh iske liye taiyaar nahi tha and waise bhi woh mera decision tha ki avni yaha rahegi. (I brought her here. And what are you staring at neil. Haa? He was not ready for this and it was completely my decision to bring avni home.)

Neil: Case ke baare mei baat kare..!! (Let's talk about the case..!!)

Ali & Dd: Okay.

Neil: Maine aur ali ne file study karlia hai aur iss mei bas itna likha hai ki neela ma ki maut piche se goli maarne ki wajah se huyi hai aur kuch bhi nahi likha. Iss se hame kys lead mil sakta hai. Ye baat hum sabi jaante hai. Ye file useless hai. Hame iss ke baare mei alag tarah se sochna hoga. (Me and ali studied the file and it has only got one thing that neela ma's death occurred because of the bullet which hit her back. By this no lead can be taken out. So this file is useless. We have to think about this case in some other way..)

The trio went on talking about the incident thinking from different pov's but all this was heard by someone and that is avni. Avni became so scarred that she just barged into neil's room not thinking of the questions which would come her way.

The trio in discussion were taken aback as avni out of nowhere barged in. Dd, ali, were jittering thinking if avni heard something.

Neil: (rude tone) Why are you here? What do you need? Were you listening to our conversation secretly?

Avni: (shuddering) No, I did not hear anything of which you were talking about. I just came to say ali that I want to meet him in the evening..

Ali: I'll meet you avni in the evening.

Neil: you've said know what you wanted to say. Now you are allowed to leave from here.

Unable to hear more of the harsh words from her love she quietly left from there but not before mentally saying thinking about stopping their mission.
