"Don't you wanna hang out with that friend of yours?" Wooyoung asked Min Si, who was sitting infront of him and beside Yeonjun at the cafeteria table. He still hoped that she would go away with her friend.

"Bitna? We're not friends anymore." She replied without any hesitation.

"So you're sitting here because you fought with your friend. You want a friend because you're a loner right now?"

"You're being rude." Yeonjun mouthed him before turning towards her with a fake giggle, "He's just joking."

Wooyoung scrunched his nose and shook his head slightly seeing his bestfriend trying to cover up.

They ate awkwardly in silence for a few minutes before Yeonjun decided to speak up, "Guys, shall we grab icecream together, after school?"

"Sure." Both Wooyoung and Min Si said at the same time. Both of them glanced at each other and then glanced back at Yeonjun.

Min Si waited infront of Yeonjun's classroom after the classes for the day finished. She was standing a little away from the window but could clearly see inside the classroom. Yeonjun and Wooyoung were sitting on back bench and some other students were surrounding them.

Min Si moved a little closer to the window trying to hear what they were talking about but their voices were still not clear because of the commotion going on around her.

She watched as a girl said something and Yeonjun smiled with his cheeks flushed. It made her wonder what did that girl say.

Is she flirting with him??? Jang Min Si it's none of your business.

She started looking in other directions in order to stop thinking about that girl.

Why isn't he coming out?

As if he heard her thoughts, he took his bag and came out of the class after goodbye-ing everyone.

He didn't expect to see Min Si waiting infront of his classroom, so it was quite surprising for him, "Were you waiting for me? Sorry I'm late."

"I wasn't waiting. I just arrived here, just seconds ago."

"Wooyoung will be a little late. He told me to wait for him in the play ground."

Both of them started walking towards the stairs that laid to the play ground.

"How was your day?" He started.

"It was pretty much ok. I tried my best to not get bored."

She didn't want to ask him about that girl but curiosity took the best of her. So after a little pause she asked, "Who was the girl you were talking to?"

"Which girl?"

"The girl you were talking to just before you left the class."

"There were four girls."

"Leave it." She was getting annoyed for some unknown reason. Although she kept reminding herself that she had no right to be annoyed.

He understood what she was thinking and wanted to tease her, "You said you came just seconds before I left the class."

"Maybe not seconds but a minute." She admitted which made him smirk.

This is so embarassing.

She regretted opening this topic and didn't want to continue it. Before she could change the subject he asked with a teasing smile on his lips, "Were you jealous of that girl?"

Her eyes widened as if she was caught while committing a crime. She questioned herself for being annoyed but she didn't realise that she was jealous. He just pinpointed what she was feeling.

"Why would I get jealous?"

He chortled seeing her reaction. She noticed it and threw a glare at him.

They finally reached the playground and sat on the the bleachers.

"Do you like sports?" He asked while watching some students play basketball.

"I'm not a very athletic person. Are you?"

"Wooyoung and I sometimes play basketball. It helps in increasing my stamina."

Wooyoung's mention reminded her of the lunch break. Yeonjun may had tried to cover up for Wooyoung but she could sense that Wooyoung didn't like her.

"I think Wooyoung doesn't like me."

He didn't expect her to open that subject in between a sports conversation. He knew that Wooyoung didn't really like her but he wanted them to get along. He really wanted his bestfriend and the girl he likes to have a good friendship.

"Give him some time to get comfortable with you."

She nodded trying to understand that not everyone can like her instantly. With whatever talk she had with Wooyoung, she could comprehend that he was a protective friend.

"I really want to be your friend." She said, these words were only a brief part of what she felt. She couldn't put what was in her mind in words.

His cheeks slowly started getting red and he didn't want her to notice it. The telepathic signals reached his bestie and he came for the rescue.

Wooyoung walked towards them while asking them to get up already. They stood up and Yeonjun waved at him.

"Let's get our ice-creams"

"Mint chocolate." Yeonjun told the person behind the counter and then looked at his friends.

"Cookies and cream." Wooyoung and Min Si spoke together for the second time in the day.

"Are you guys secretly best friends?" Yeonjun joked.

The person behind the counter noted down their order and they took a seat at a table. Min Si sat beside Yeonjun and Wooyoung sat infront of him.

"I accidentally met Mr. Hong infront of our class. He told me to attend extra classes from tomorrow." Wooyoung said with a tired sigh.

"I will miss you, Jagiya!"

"What do you mean by that? You will be coming with me."

"Why would I?"

"Hey, someone said you're a bright student. Won't you attend the extra classes?" Wooyoung questioned Min Si.

She shook her head and answered, "The timing overlaps with the timing for the maths academy I attend." Wooyoung's hopes were crushed, he thought that if Min Si will attend the extra classes, Yeonjun may attend too.

Finally their table's number for getting their ice-creams arrived. "I'll get them!" Min Si said and went to get their order.

"Aunty will be so happy when she will get to know that you will be attending extra classes." Yeonjun teased an already annoyed Wooyoung.
