Valentina's POV

"Valentina!!!", alarmed, I looked at my surroundings.

Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, and Naruto were standing over front of me. We seemed to be inside some bluish transparent shield.

"Where am I ? Where's Obito??!", I said as I sat up and scanned the battlefield.

"You're inside my susano. The battlefield is dead man land right now. Madara is winning and is about to do the genjutsu to put us all in an eternal dream", Sasuke said. "But my susano will protect us".

"We gotta go and stop it. Where's Obito??!", I scanned the battle field.
My eyes then landed on Karin. "Where's baby Lily??".

"She's somewhere safe. Don't worry ", Karin assured me.

"Don't even dream about getting full pardon by Konoha. You are a traitor, Valentina!", Naruto yelled at me.

"Relax, Naruto. She is in love with Obito. A bad guy. The same way Sakura was in love with me", Sasuke said.

My eyes scanned the battlefield and landed on Obito. He was laying on the floor bleeding.

"Oh my god", without thinking, I ran out of the susano towards Obito.

I could hear Sasuke yelling after me but his screams became distant. My only focus was trying to run through the knee level snow and get to Obito.

I finally reached him and collapse next to him feeling exhausted and out of breathe.
I forced myself to get to my knees and perform healing jutsu on the bleeding wound he had on his chest.

He opened his eyes and smiled.
"It's useless Valentina. You'll end up dying as well if you use all your remaining chakra trying to use healing jutsu on me", he mumbled.

"I rather die than to lose you", I told him.

"I thought you didn't know how to use healing jutsu", he looked confused.

I smiled at him too shy to admit that I learned last night just for him.

"Fuck, Valentina..., look out-", he tried to lift his arm up to point at something behind me.

I quickly turned around and in a blink of an eye my back was pressed against the snow and I had a black rod through my chest.

"Valentina!!!", I heard Naruto and Sasuke screaming my name from the distance but the radiating pain numbed my hearing.

"If both of you die, would you dare to call it true love, Valentina?", I heard Madara ask me.

"Shut up bastard!", I saw Naruto try to use resengan on Madara from the front and Sasuke use chidori attack on Madara from behind.

My vision turned back to Obito.

"Please heal her", Obito told Sakura as she began to use healing jutsu on him.

"No Sakura please", I begged her despite starting to experience blurry vision. "Heal him first. I can wait".

"Heal her first. She is very weak at this moment. She used up all her chakra", Obito told Sakura.

"Okay", Sakura said and began healing me. I slowly began to get my clear vision back along with my hearing. I could hear Naruto and Sasuke fighting Madara. I could hear Guy sensei as well, but everything on a distance.
"Sakura-Chan, please heal Obito now. I feel better now", I said grabbing her arm.

"Hold on a bit longer, Valentina-Chan. I am almost done", Sakura assured me. "Everything will be okay."

Suddenly I saw Obito push Sakura out of the way and get on top of me as Madara threw another black rod at our direction.

"Oh my god. It stabbed you!", I cried as Obito coughed out blood on my shoulder.
Madara threw a black rod at us and it stabbed Obito again!
I grabbed his face as he began to close his eyes. "Please stay with me. Don't fall asleep, Sakura will heal you right now", I assured him. 

"I'm sorry about everything, Valentina. I love you", he told me closing his eyes.

"Open your eyes ", I begged him grabbing his face. "Open them!!". My cries and pleadings turned to demanding screams until his body crumbled into dirt that the wind blew away.

"Oh my god!!", I screamed at the top of my lungs. "No please!!!"

"Valentina please calm down", Sakura begged me as she quickly tried to heal my bleeding wound. "You're losing a lot of blood. You need to remain calm or your health will decline!". Her voice began to sound distant again. Like if I were underwater. And my eyes began to see blurry.

I turned my head to the side and saw Obito at a distant. He seemed transparent.

"Obito!!!", I called out trying to get his attention.  "Obito!!!"

Then the transparent appearance of a young girl with short brown hair and purple stripes on her cheeks made me go silent.

Is that Rin?

"Rin", Obito whimpered and she took him in her arms.
"You made me wait a long time for you", she replied as she led him to a bright blinding light.

"No don't leave!", I yelled at him. But my yells came out as whispers. "Don't leave me please!!".

But he was gone as fast as he appeared.

I looked at the dark night sky and began to feel my back become numb due to the cold, blood-covered snow I was laying on.

I closed my eyes as I became deaf and numb all over. Please take me with you, Obito. Take me with you, even if you choose her. Even if the only thing we can have is nothing more than a pure friendship.

In different circumstances, Obito's voice repeated in my head.

Valentina, if we had met in different circumstances I would have fallen in love with you.

I began to drift off to sleep.

"In different circumstances she would have been a great hero, granny Tsunade!!", Naruto's loud voice woke me up.

My vision was greeted with bright snake-like eyes. Orochimaru's eyes.

"Orochimaru-sama?", I asked in disbelief.

"Good go see you again, Valentina", he said.

"Are you okay?", my eyes turned to Karin who was holding hands with...Suigetsu? What??!!! Since when do they get along?

My eyes scanned the battlefield. Madara was gone and all the shinobis were hugging each other and celebrating.

"Good thing you're awake, Valentina. You are just in time to hear that you are all pardon by Konoha", Tsunade told us. "And it's great to know you're alive. I always felt a familiarity towards you. I would of never guessed you were the little girl who would always sneak out at night, and went missing 7 years ago". Her eyes looked at me.

"Am I dead?", I stupidly asked.
The group began laughing.

"Good to have you back, Valentina. You didn't think we would let you die, did you? You need to be alive in order to raise that little demon", Sasuke said as he pointed at baby Lily and extended his arm to help me get up.
