Chapter3-Stalker?

Ragini comes out washroom wearing a blue saree which uttara brought. She dries her hair with towel, her eyes fall on her mangalsutra and she unknowingly touches it. It should give her the feel of someone's else but it dosn't. After what all have happened she dont know whether she should be happy to get married to her love of life or cry at her fates play. Now when she has already challenged sanskar,she cant afford these tears in her eyes. She quickly wipes the tears which she didn't realize peeping from her eyes. She plastered a fake smile after doing some minimal makeup. She walks out of the room when she bumps into sanskar who was coming back to his room. Sanskar look at her from top to bottom and then lean towards her ears," Are you sure you are new bride?", he asked while ragini moves back and glares him.

"I was just saying you know because everyone thinks it's our love marriage", sanskar says with a hint of taunt in it. He handed her the packet," go and wear it, it's my choice", he utters and leave from there. Ragini look at the packet on her hand and then at his disappearing figure. She goes back to her room and throws the packet and goes. She descends the stairs and her eyes fall on ap and sujata who was sitting in the hall. She goes and take blessing from them.

"Good Morning Maa,Mom", she greets.

"Ragini didn't sanskar give you the packet I asked him too, it has clothes beta it's our family tradition that the girl wear clothes and jewellery decided by her mother in law", annupurna says as she Pat's ragini cheek. Sanskar who was coming towards her direction smirks while ragini glares him.

"No maa sanskar didn't give me any packet", ragini says innocently blinking her eyes before sanskar can say something, sanskar smirks vanished and he look at her.

"Jiji mare ko pata tha maara chora koi kam karat hi nai sakat sahi siwae ragini betiya ko hamari bahu banane k ilwa", sujata says and shakes her head.

"But maa", he was cut off by ap.

"Its ok , ragini beta you go he will give you the packet. Go and change", annupurna says while ragini nods smiling slightly. She turns and look at sanskar who was glaring her while following upstairs.

"What was that?", sanskar angrily asked as they entered inside their room, ragini casually shrugged her shoulders as she bends and pick up the packet.

Sanskar who senses her ignorance marched towards her and holds her from her shoulder," that was cheap", he utters glaring her while ragini dramatically widen her eyes," was it pati danav ji?", she asked while sanskar removes her shoulder from his hold and glares her.

"You are cheap thats why you didn't tell me it was from badi maa, you wanted to show me bad right? That's why you did this, didn't you?", she says as she glares him back with the same intensity as his.

"You know what it's you who told them that its love marriage so better behave like one", she utters as she turns towards washroom," and yes get out from here I want to get ready which I can't infront of your toxic presence", she says without looking at him and goes inside washroom while sanskar makes a fist as soon as she left.

"You'll pay", he grits his teeth as he storms away.

After sometime ragini comes out wearing pink color saree with silver embroidery, she was looking nonetheless than any angel. She puts on the small silver earrings dangling around her ears and a small necklace adorned her neck as per her taste with pink bangles around her delicate hands. She look at herself in the mirror still not convincing of her look. She put minimal makeup complementing her skin.She wished swara was here so that she can tell her but she isn't here and she missed her sister at the moment, she dont know whether she should call her or not as she dont know what her sister must be thinking at this moment as today's her small engagement, her thoughts were disturbed by the ringtone of her tone.

A huge smile appears on her lips seeing the caller I'd and she hurriedly picks up the call," I miss you", she utters as soon as she keeps the phone on her earlobe. A soft smile appear on her lips hearing her sister,"Mee too", swara replied and ragini smiled, her eyes become misty even being away they both are connected and one.

"How is everything?", ragini asked biting her lips in nervousness as she dont know about her grandparents reaction yet.

"Everything is under control if that's what you want to ask", swara replied while ragini eyebrows knitted in confusion.

"They were angry but baba make them understand, they demanded you here but maa says what sujata chachi told her , so they are little upset but happy", swara says while ragini sighs in releif," they also want our both paghpera rassam at same day", swara utters with sadness in her tone, ragini who understands her sister turmoil thought to change the topic.

"Shona I need you help", ragini utters as she glanced at her reflection in the mirror.

"Yes laado", swara says brushing every thought on her mind and concentrating on her sister.

Ragini tells her what Ap told and about how unsure she is about of her looks.

Swara shakes her head hearing her sister," send me your picture", swara utters and ragini instantly nods and do what she said.

Her pic pop on her mobile, swara slightly smiled seeing her sister who was looking beautiful but her confused facial expressions were making her look more cute.

"Shona tell na is it ok? Or shall I change my jwellery?", ragini asked from the phone.

"I would smack your head laado", swara utters ," you are looking perfect", swara says with a small smile playing on her lips.

"Really?", ragini asked still not convincing.

"Really, now stop worrying and go downstairs everyone must be waiting for you to come", says swara.

"Ummm swara", ragini bites her lips not knowing how to say.

"Say na laado", swara utters.

"Am I looking like a new bride?", she asked while swara who heard her question smiled,"ofcourse laado you are looking like a newly wedded bride", she utters while ragini sighs and smiles genuinely,afterall she has to show everyone about her so called perfect life so she can't take risk. She bids swara bye and walks out of the room glancing at herself for last time.

She descends the stairs and saw everyone busy doing arrangements for swalak engagement, it was meant to be a small function only include both families as per what uttara told her last night, she is happy for her sister but she don't know whether she and her friend can clear the misunderstandings before starting a new life. Her thoughts were broken by the hand behind her earlobe,she look at sujata who put a black dot behind her earlobe, she smiled brightly as she took her blessings and then everyone. Sanskar was just looking at her with null expressions.

"Come let's have breakfast", says sujata.

"But maa my rasoi rasam?", ragini asked.

"We'll do it tomorrow", says sujata.

"I want to do it now", ragini says as she look at sujata.

"But", sujata was cut off by parineeta.

"Let her do it today chachi I'll help her", parineeta says as she smiled at ragini.

"Bhabhi she dont know cooking", sanskar jumps in between the conversation extra smiling at her. Ragini raised her eyebrow and fake a smile at him," I do know cooking pati dev", she replied while sujata and parineeta smiled at them.

Ragini followed parineeta to kitchen and starts making kheer, she remembers how she learn making kheer for sanskar when she starts loving him, everything for her was so beautiful that time. She sadistically smiled thinking about it. No matter what she isn't able to come out of his thoughts even how much she try too hate him but her heart never allows it. Parineeta who saw her engrossed teasingly smiled and whispers in her ear,"thinking about devar jii?", she asked and ragini hummed.

Parineeta giggled making ragini come out from her trance," so till how long was this love shuv going on haan? Devarani jiii", she asked teasingly while ragini blinks her eyes continuously dont know what to utter.

"Vo...di...vo", she stutters and parineeta laughed making her face flushed, she dont want them to doubt her so she pretend as blushing.

"Biwiii", she closed her eyes hearing his voice, sanskar peeps his head inside the kitchen looking at them.

"The think of the devil and the devil appears", ragini muttered under her breath.

"Waah devar jii you'll live long life , devarani jii was just thinking of you", parineeta says in a teasy tone.

Sanskar shows his all tooth entering inside the kitchen eyeing ragini,"I know bhabhi that's why I come", he said and leans towards ragini ears whispering,"let's play wife", he straightened his posture as parineeta fake cough.

"Devar jiii if you do your romance here then how will my devarani jii will be able to concentrate on cooking", parineeta says folding her arms and raising her brow.

"Just like how you used to bhabhi", sanskar winks at parineeta who blushed hearing him and slightly hits his shoulder,"badmash", she says and shakes her head while sanskar smiled. Ragini stirs the spoon in vessel ignoring his presence fully.

"Devil", she muttered under her breath as she continued cooking.

"Biwi", he again lean over her ear while she shut her eyes irritated and faked smile turning her face to him. Parineeta was cutting the cashews turning her back on them giving them some privacy.

She smiled at him as she deliberately touch the hot spoon on his skin,"Ahh", he winced as he moves back. Ragini smirks and turns her face into worry as parineeta come over them.

"Sorry sorry I didn't see it", ragini utters as she holds his hand and blows air while sanskar shoot her with dead glare.

"Be careful devarji while romancing", parineeta says as she shakes her head smilingly.

"Its ok biwi", sanskar grits his teeth," I'll be waiting for your handmade kheer outside love", he utters and ragini holds his cheeks from her palm,"I'll make it extra special for you pati", she says lovingly and winked at him taking her hand back. Sanskar look at her.

"Awwww",parineeta utters admiringly, she put black dot behind their earlobes," I wish you both stay same forever", she utters and ragsan faked smile at her, sanskar goes out while ragini keeps cooking.

After 30 minutes she placed the kheer in a tray and decorate it with nuts, she smiled at parineeta who inhaled a aroma and shows thumbs up to ragini. They bring the kheer as everyone was seated in dinning hall except laksh.

Ragini placed the bowl on the table and starts serving everyone, atlast she stopped at sanskar. She smiled at her and place another bowl which she brought for him specially.

"Why other one?", sanskar asked raising his eyebrow at her.

"She makes it with extra love for you devar jiii", parineeta teased and ragini faked shyly smiles.

"Khaiya na jiii", ragini says forwarding the spoon infront of his mouth, while everyone looks on in awe.

"Khaiyay na", uttara mimicks ragini teasing sanskar who frowns. He faked smile showing his all tooth and eats with her hand. Ragini smirked as he gulps the bite hard.

"Why don't you eat some biwi?", sanskar asked as he took the other spoon forwarding near her lips.

"She'll not eat",parineeta interrupted while sanskar head turns to her.

"Why?", he asked in confusion as he look closely at her face, she do have mouth with teeths then why can't she eat? He thought.

"Because ragini makes a small wish that she'll only eat when everyone finished the kheer", parineeta says with a small smile.

"Then how will she eat?", sanskar asked stealthily glaring ragini from the corner of his eyes.

"She have taken out some kheer for herself before", parineeta says while sanskar nose flared in annoyance,"how silly this is, come on biwi eat with my hands", sanskar says leaning the spoon near her lips, ragini takes the spoon from his hands and stuffed it inside his mouth giggling," you can make me eat later by your hands", she says with a sly smile playing on her lips.

"Awwwwww", everyone says while ragsan blushed.

Sanskar gulps the bite unwillingly, his throat is soured with the amount of salt in it, ragini winningly smiled as she remembers how she put the kheer beforehand on the bowl before putting the kheer away from parineeta gaze.

"Laado", DP called her and gave her neik followed by everyone.

"Its tasty bhabhi", uttara complemented, "I'll eat more", she says and ragini smiled.

"Finally I have some good sweet tooth after a long", rp says blessing her while sujata nudged his shoulder," I made halwa two days back only", she says while rp nervously smiled,"aray wo toh you are my sweet tooth na I am talking about kheer, it's been long since we had kheer, haina bhaisa", rp says looking at dp.

"I think he is indirectly taunting you over your food sujata", DP says while rp eyes widen and he gulps shaking his head in a no.

"Now toh chacha is gone", adarsh muttered while everyone laughs whole heartedly except sanskar who was finding ways not to finish the bowl as ragini was continuously making him eat. Ragini who look at sanskar feel a little bad, she pours the water and lean towards his lips, sanskar looks at her hand and then at her and drinks it.

"Maa where is laksh?", ragini asked as she realized laksh presence.

"He is in his room your husband is not letting him come out because of the bruises until function", ap says while ragini looks at sanskar who looks away, atleast he care for his brother genuinely. She sighs as she takes the kheer in other bowl and headed towards laksh room.

Scene shift 

Laksh was looking at his and swara's picture, how much even he tried he isn't be able to forget her words. Even for a minute he thought he did that crime but dont he deserve a chance to explain? A chance to prove his self? Isn't he trust worthy? Dont he deserve a chance. Even though being hurt himself he can't think anything else except her. He wants her to listen and give him a chance to prove his love. He isnt a liar or cheater who dumped her. He can't take this title, he needs to talk with her today as after today she is going to his fiance and not his lover anymore. His thoughts were disturbed by the slight knock on his door, he straighten his posture," come in", he says. Ragini walks inside the room holding bowl, laksh looks on surprised seeing her and then he remembered she is his bhabhi now. Ragini give a small smile as she forward the bowl," today is my first rasoin", she mumbled slowly, laksh nodded and take the bowl.

Ragini look at laksh closely, she can understand her friend turmoil but she feel guilty and sorry for not being able to stand besides him as his support. "You dont trust me right?", laksh sudden question make her startled for a moment.

Laksh who look at her reaction sadistically smiled," it's okay if you don't", he uttered as he took a bite of kheer,"its good", says laksh giving her a small smile.

"Laksh", ragini called out his name understanding his turmoil. She keeps her hand on his shoulder.

"Why didn't you tell me you love bhai?", he asked again making no words come out of her mouth. She wonders why she didn't tell him about anything she went through? Maybe because she dont want to make him feel bad for her condition and for being happy for his brother's happiness which relys on someone's else and not her. The thought pained her again in the heart and she shuts her eyes taking a long breath.

"Ragini, why don't she trust me?", he asked, his voice disperse and his eyes misty as he look at her. Her heart pained looking at her friend condition, they need to clear their misunderstanding soon otherwise it'll turn into like her and sanskar's relation which she can't bear.

Ragini eyes become moisty at the thought, she opens her mouth to say something when uttara barged in,"bhabhiii", she squeals in excitement.

Ragini and laksh wipes their faces and straightened themselves plastering a fake smile.

"Bhabhi let's go", uttara says as she snickered her arms around her shoulder.

"Where?", ragini asked looking at her excitement.

"Shopping, bari maa says you need to buy something for bhai's and swara di's wedding", says uttara,"and she allows me to get one for myself too", she chirps like a small child, raglak couldn't help but smiled at her.

"Let's go fast", saying this uttara dragged ragini with her who shakes her head.

Laksh smiled disappear as soon as they left, he closes his eyes leaning on bed. It's going to change. From tonight.

Scene shift

Ragini and uttara entered inside the mall followed by sanskar who come uninterested by the pretence of uttara and sujata. Uttara and ragini roam , ragini who deliberately wanted to irritate sanskar pretends rejecting every other dresses.

"Bhabhi this one", uttara shows tea pink color lehenga. Ragini twisted her lips shaking her head in a No. Sanskar who saw her rejecting 14th dress huffed in irritation. Ragini who saw his face smiled cutely hiding it. Sanskar who saw her hiding her smile understands her intentions. His nose flared with anger and he pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Choti why dont you select dress for yourself till then ragini will find for herself", sanskar says, uttara look at him and then at ragini pouting,"but I want to be with bhabhi", she says.

"Its ok uttara tumhare bhai pareshan hogaye hain wo toh chahte hi nahi k wo apni pyari biwi ki help kare shopping mai thats why let it be phir umar ka takaza bhi toh haina", ragini says teasingly while making sad face. Sanskar scrunched his nose hearing her and faked smile at her.

"Think whatever you want biwi, I want you too take as much time as you want till then I'll just come after getting choti a good dress, ok", he Pat's her cheeks slightly while ragini also smiled and nods.

"Come choti", saying sanskar takes uttara to next shop and ragini sighs and rolls her eyes," as much time as I want, now see pati dev what I'll do", saying this she goes to other side and starts picking up the dress come to her hand, while picking up the dresses she felt someone's constant gaze on her. She turns and find no one. She felt same a while back when they entered inside but choose to ignore it. She brushed her thoughts and goes to changing room, she felt someone following her behind, she holds the door knob of changing room and turns but found none. She looks on and entered inside. She tries every dress but liked nothing,maybe because she don't have the mood to buy anything. She comes out and found sanskar roaming around the shop looking here and there probably found something. She grins as she realized he is finding her, she handover the clothes to volunteer and ask her to tell him that his wife is in that changing room and stealthily leaves the shop.

"Excuse me sir?", sanskar turns and look at the lady," your wife is in that changing room", she points at the changing room. Sanskar looks at her and nodded uttering a 'thanks'.

"There my sister and here my wife damnnn", he hissed as he goes towards the changing room and starts knocking without patience," what the hell is wrong with you haan? Do you think you can play with me? Don't mess with Me. Select a dress and come out now", he said leaning over the door enough for the person inside to hear it out loudly.

"Look if you don't come out in 10 seconds then don't blame me for barging in inside", he utters as he knocks.

Scene shift

Ragini giggles herself imagining sanskar situation, she plays with her mangalsutra as she roams around, she walks when she again felt someone following her this time she stops and didn't turn and then turn and found none on the other side someone in black hoodie is shown hiding behind a pillar. Ragini mentally smacked herself as she shakes her head, her gaze fell on the blue color lehenga with green and golden embroidery from far, a crept appears on her lips as she walks towards the shop playing with her mangalsutra.

Her steps halted as she heard whistling voice, she turns and found four boys standing leaning towards the pillar near food area. She ignored and starts walking again," where are you going madam? Want some company?", she heard someone's voice and footsteps behind her.

"Ohoo cant you see she is married", other voice is heard.

"Seems like her husband didn't give her valuable time thats why he let such a sexy thing roam alone in this mall", she gritted her teeth hearing him but controls herself.

Scene shift

"I am sorry, I am really sorry I thought it was my wife I am sorry", sanskar apologized for the umpteenth  time for the blunder he did. His face was all red due to embarrassment. The healthy blad man was shooting draggers at him as if he'll died.

"Is this the way to talk with your wife then? How shameless creature you are chiii", the healthy lady with two braids in her hairs remarked.

Sanskar shakes his head,"I am sorry mam I dont want to barge in but the lady told me my wife was here thats why it happened please let me go", he utters removing his collar from the blad healthy man hold. The lady nodded agreeing to sanskar telling him about the lady who told her that. Sanskar very well know who did it, he makes a fist gritting his teeth angrily.

The man and lady leave him after giving him warning and making him embarrassed infront of the crowd and he gratefully leave from there searching for ragini to make her pay for the mess she created for him.

Scene shift

Ragini who was urging to slap the eve teasers controlled herself somehow seeing the surrounding but what amused is that some people are seeing but doing nothing. She makes a fist finally stopping and turning to them when one man hands slightly touch her waist purposely touching, that's it she loosed her control and her hand raised in the air but stopped seeing sanskar coming. She angrily looked at the guy and pushed him hard leaving from there while sanskar looks on confused.

She walks towards the shop she see earlier while clenching her jaws and making a fist, she don't want to get explode and makes a scene giving him a chance to blame her again over something. She let go of her thoughts and entered inside the shop buying the blue lehenga she liked earlier. Sanskar holds her from shoulder while she knitted her brows looking at him," you'll pay for you what you did earlier", he grits his teeth while ragini glared him back," you know you shouldn't say dialogues when you can't do it", saying this ragini removed his grip and give him a lip thin smile while sanskar frowns," you haven't see my real self yet mrs.maheshwari", he uttered.

"I am not intrested in seeing one Mr.maheshwari", ragini replied in same tone as his and moves out when uttara joined them,"I am done with my dress and bhabhi i buy one for you and pari bhabhi too for a theme, is it okay?", uttara asked while ragini smiled nodding,"double okay", she says.

"Now shall we?", sanskar asked folding his arms across his chest with annoyed face.

"Of course", they uttered and trio go while going ragini felt someone's gaze on her, she again turns and found none. Then her eyes fall on the person she pushed, she glared them and leave.

"Bhai shall we eat something I am hungry", uttara uttered as they sat in the car.

"Even I am hungry", ragini uttered with a sly smile. Sanskar look at them and huffs driving the car to the nearby restaurant," go and order,I'll just come parking the car as there is no vacant space here", he uttered. Ragini and uttara gets down and goes while he goes to find parking.

Scene shift

The same 4 guys who were teasing ragini is shown coming out of the mall near bike parking area.

"I thought that girl will slap you", the guy comments while others agreed.

"Even I thought, don't know why she didn't", the other one said.

"Because no one mess with me, I am the well known gangster here. They are scared", the guy said as he starts his bike while the other one seats behind him.

He stopped his bike with a jerk finding a lean tall figure unfamiliar figure blocking his way," hey move aside Cant you see", he says.

"I can buddy but from now you can't", he knitted his eyebrow in confusion hearing the deep husky manly voice and before he can understand a tight punch land on his face making his head spin and loosing his balance making both of them fall.

"Ayeeeeee", the other one shouts and marched towards him but in a next span all of them were rolling on floor with blood oozing out, they looks on seeing the blood filled hockey stick. They moved back in fear seeing the deadly red eyes, the person walks towards the guy who touched ragini, he bends," you touched the wrong girl", he uttered hitting the hockey where the sun doesn't shine and everything becomes blank for him.

A sly smirk appears on his lips as he covered he wipes his hand with handkerchief throwing on him and leaves.

The screen freezes on the bruised mens.

Finally I completed it phewww I slept while writing this thats why took some time what to do had a exhausted day... so as I told my exams are dancing around my head that's why I maybe couldn't be able to update for sometime but I'll try to update as soon as I get some time...

I don't know about the chapter as I wrote in a hurry so, sorry if it wasnt your upto expectations ....
