      Shivaay stopped the car in front of Annika's house. He turned to Annika who was looking outside of the window. Shivaay knew she was lost somewhere as she was looking at the road without blinking her eyes. She didn't utter a single word after they left from Dr. Shah's cabin. Shivaay fake coughed to gain her attention but she didn't move. So he called her name softly.

Shivaay-"Annika....."

      But she didn't hear that too.

S-"Annika....."

      Shivaay asked again in a bit loud voice, this time after placing his hand over hers. She came back from her thoughts and looked at their hands first and then at him.

Annika-"Huh??....."

      She said only this looking at him in confusion.

S-"We reached."

      Shivaay said and she looked around.

A-"Oh....."

      She said and again looked outside and then at her house which was locked as Sahil went with Rudra for his shoot.

S-"Are you ok?"

      Shivaay asked her. She was looking down. So Shivaay made her look at him and cupped her face in his hand. She looked into his eyes and after some seconds nodded in yes. Shivaay smiled.

S-"Ok so go n take rest now."

      Shivaay said and she looked at him with questioning eyes as if asking him what about him.

S-"I have some work in office. Tomorrow we have our quarter finale match na so some meetings with organizers are there."

      Shivaay said and she nodded.

S-"So I will come after that meeting ok? You go n take rest."

      Shivaay said and she nodded holding his hands which were on her cheeks. Shivaay looked at her house.

S-"And Sahil is not here na...don't worry I will call Gauri and ask her to come n give you company."

      Shivaay said and Annika just looked at him as he said last line. Shivaay looked at her confused face and smiled.

S-"Don't worry she knew everything. Before OmRu too."

      Shivaay said and she looked down removing his hands from her face. He was confused. Before he says something his phone rings. He answered it and said that he is coming in half n hour. Shivaay cuts the call and again looked at her.

S-"You go n take rest. Gauri will come in sometime. And haa don't think about anything. Ok?"

      He asked keeping his hand on hers. She looked at him and nodded. Shivaay leaned over and kissed on her forehead.

S-"Go. Byee"

      Shivaay said and she opened the door and was about to go out when he held her hand hurriedly and shouted,

S-"Annika....."

      She looked at him in confusion.

S-"Remove your seatbelt first."

      Shivaay said and she looked at herself. And then tried to remove seatbelt. Shivaay was looking at her false attempts. He held her hand after some seconds and she removed her hands from belt. He then removed her seatbelt.

S-"Are you ok?"

      Shivaay asked in concerned voice and she just nodded. Shivaay thought she must be thinking about what doctor said and may be she is in that shock till now. So he decided to give her some time.

S-"Go now. N take rest."

      Shivaay said caressing her cheek. She nodded.

S-"Byeee"

      Shivaay said as she went out of the car. She just looked at him and nodded. He smiled and she went towards the house. She opened it and again looked at him. He waved his hand and she closed the door. Then Shivaay called Gauri and asked her to come here and he left from there.

      Annika closed the door of the house and leaned against it. She took a deep breath and stood there. Without her notice tears rolled down her cheeks and she ran into her room.

      She came to her room and went to the mirror. She stood in front of it and looked at her reflection in the mirror. She wiped her eyes to see her clear reflection and when she did so, she smiled a bit as she remembered what happened in the hospital.

Flashback :-

A-"Whatttttttt??"

       Annika shouted and then closed her mouth uttering a sorry to Dr. Shah. She smiled at Annika. And then Annika looked at Shivaay. Shivaay kept his hand over hers and smiled.

A-"You think..... You think I am...... I am pre.....Pregnant??"

      Annika asked and before Shivaay says something Dr. Shah said,

Dr. Shah-"Yess. I mean he observed some changes in you. Morning sickness, changing moods n all....."

      Dr. Shah said and Annika looked at Shivaay. Now she realized why that scented soaps, extra milk n so many items for breakfast. Shivaay just smiled at her nodding in yes. Dr. Shah continues,

Dr. Shah-"So he asked for an appointment. Now we conducted all tests. You will get reports tomorrow. Till then nothing is confirm. May be this is something else too."

A-"Something else?? Means?"

Dr. Shah-"Yeah harmonal imbalance or maybe some other thing. We will conclude that after reports only. Till then you just take care of yourself. And if feel like vomiting then eat this medicine."

      Dr. Shah said giving them the prescription.

Dr. Shah-"And you will get reports tomorrow at 11:00 AM. And Mrs. Oberoi don't take any stress it is a very common thing which every woman experience. So you also experience it with happy mood and think about it less."

********Flashback end********

      Annika placed her hand slowly on her stomach and a wide smile appeared on her face.

A-"If it is true then me.... I will become...... Me n Shivaay... Maa n Papa...we will become pa...parents..."

      She smiled through her tears. She wiped them again and stood there looking at her reflection in the mirror then she remembered how Shivaay was taking special care of her from last night. She then looked at their photo frame and took it in her hands.

A-"Shivaay kya sach me hum dono....."

      She said looking at his face in that picture.

A-"You know if it is true na then...then.... it's a very special n best gift for me Shivaay. Thank you."

       She then hugged that picture.

A-"I love you Shivaay. I am so so lucky to have you."

      She said kissing his face on that frame and kept it back on the table. She again looked into the mirror and placed her hand on her stomach slowly. She once again remembered what doctor said and smiled.

      She stood there for sometime and then started laughing as she remembered something.

A-"You remember Shivaay what happened when I was in my Kalawati Thakur avtaar?"

      She asked looking at their picture again.

A-"If the news is true na then we will be able to live those moments which I said that time."

      She blushed as she remembered how she talked with him that time about Ansh n Shivika.

A-"Shivaay if this is true na then all family members will be more happy than we two. They will behave like mad again as they did that time when they assumed I was pregnant. N Pinky maa, Shivaay she will wake up and will start dancing if she gets to know this hai na?"

      She said remembering how Pinky was happy that time that she behaved with Annika normally and started loving her from that day only. But Pinky's happiness was short lived that time.

A-"Thank god Shivaay this time you didn't tell anyone in the family about this. Last time they all were so heartbroken as news was false. This time we will tell them after we confirm it."

      Annika said looking at his picture and again smiled.

A-"You must be thinking na your wife gone mad. When you were with me sometime before I was silent n now talking to your photo. Well Mr. Husband I got this talent from you only. Gauri-Bhavya and OmRu told me how you talk with my photo everyday from the day I left. But Shivaay honestly speaking I was so confused and so shocked by this news that I didn't get how to react or how to talk with you. I... I was short of words when you were in front of me. But don't worry when you will come after your meeting na I will hug you tightly."

      She smiled looking at his face. She stood there only thinking about some past memories and their moments.

A-"Shivaay already I wanted to talk with you about many things. N now...now I want to talk about many more things. But don't know now I will be able to say all things which I wanted to tell you from before. Because of this news. I don't know if we will talk about it or not as I know you will say forget about past now. But we have to talk about that too na? Hmm...let's see what happens..."

      She came out of her own world as the door bell rang and Annika came out of her thoughts.

A-"Gauri hogi... Mein jaati hu Shivaay."

      She said to that photo frame and went outside and opened the door. She saw Gauri standing there.

Gauri-"Hello Bhojai"

      Annika smiled and hugged Gauri. Gauri smiled more hugging her back. After sometime they broke the hug.

A-"How are you Gauri? Maa kaisi hai? And daadi thik hai?"

G-"Haa Bhojai everything is fine. You tell me, Shivaay Bhaiya said you are not well but you are looking all ok. Infact more than ok, you are glowing."

      Gauri said and Annika blushingly smiled.

A-"You come inside first. We will talk later."

      Annika said dragging Gauri with her. They both settled down on sofa.

G-"You know Bhojai, Bhaiya called me and ask to come here. N after that he was explaining me that don't tell you anything about me daadi n Bhavya knew everything about you from before. I controlled my laugh after many tries you know. Bechare Bhaiya he thinks we didn't meet before."

      Gauri said and Annika smiled. She thought that she wants to talk about all these things to Shivaay, she wants to tell him about all the happenings in last month, how she realized what he wants n how she met Shakti first and then everyone in the family. She didn't talk about Pinky with him. N after that bhaang kaand she wants to talk with him about all this. But then this pregnancy thing n all happened. So she didn't get time n apportunity to talk about it. But she wants to talk with him about all this soon. Before they start their new life.

      Gauri snapped her fingers in front of Annika and she came out of her thoughts.

G-"Where are you lost?"

      Gauri asked and Annika looked at her nodding in no.

G-"Bhojai, this is for you. Raksha-dhaga. Daadi gave this. Shivaay Bhaiya said you are not well so she asked me to tie this on your hand."

      Gauri said and Annika smiled forwarding her right hand. Gauri happily tied that holy thread on Annika's wrist. Annika smiled looking at that thread.

A-"Say thanks to daadi. You all loves me a lot na. N me.... I left you all without thinking about anyone"

      Annika said with a sad smile.

G-"Bhojai now don't talk about it. Everything is fine now, hai na? N you don't have to feel bad for it. As you are trying hard to make everything fine now. Choti maaji is fine because of you only n now problems between you n Bhaiya are solved so....."

A-"No Gauri.... I have to solve them."

G-"But Bhojai after that day....."

A-"Haa Gauri we both realized now that we want each other but still we have to talk about all matter na? We have to clarify all things between us before this new phase starts."

G-"New phase?"

A-"Yeah I..... I mean before we come together again I have to clarify all things na?"

      Gauri thinks for sometime.

G-"Haa Bhojai you are right. You both have to clarify all things before you come together again. Phir kuch na ho isliye abhi sab kuch clear kro phir hi next step lo. N you don't have to rush.   Solve all things slowly."

A-"But I don't have much time"

G-"Means?"

A-"Nothing. I mean to say I want all this to finish soon."

G-"Haa we also want you to come home again  and that too soon. Ok. Now don't think about it. You are not well right? So we will talk about something else."

      Annika smiled at Gauri and they got busy talking about some or other things.

At night,
     
      Rudra came to drop Sahil and then left with Gauri. Sahil was so tired so he slept as soon as he came inside after having his medicines. Annika covered him in duvet and came in hall and stood near window. She was waiting for Shivaay. He called sometime before and said he will come in one hour. So Annika was waiting for him. She was lost in some thoughts, thinking about all the happenings. She came out of her thoughts when she heard his car's horn. She ran to the door and opened it. Shivaay came and she smiled at him.

S-"You ok?"

      She nodded with a smile and he came inside.

S-"Where is Sahil? Call him. I brought dinner for us."

A-"He is sleeping. He was so tired na so slept as soon as he came."

S-"But he ate something? N medicines?"

A-"Haa he said he was already full. Ate many things on that set. And I made him eat medicines."

S-"Accha fine. He hates medicines like you. But now only one day he have to take them."

A-"Hmm..."

S-"Chalo we will eat now. Else food will become cold."

A-"You are coming from home?"

      Annika asked as he was in his white kurta payjama.

S-"Haa. I went home to bring this food. Now chalo."

      They went to the dinning table and Shivaay served her n himself food.

S-"Daadi gave this?"

       Shivaay asked looking at her wrist which had that Raksha-dhaga.

A-"Yeh na? Haa daadi gave this with Gauri. This is to stay away from bad omen."

      Annika said and Shivaay laughed.

S-"Don't know from where these old ladies assumed it... Mom believes in such things more than daadi. If she is awake n fine na till now she must have done.....  "

      Shivaay stopped in between as he realized what he said. He looked at Annika and then looked down. His laughing expressions changed into worried one. Annika looked at his sad face and thought she have to talk about Pinky with him now. It's perfect time and they have to talk about her. She was about to place her hand on his when his phone started ringing. Shivaay looked at his phone.

S-"You...you eat. I will come after answering this..this call."

      He said without looking at her and left from there. Annika looked at him as he went to the window and stood there for some seconds before picking up the call.

A-"Shivaay misses maa very much."

       She was looking at his back when again all thoughts came in her mind. In last one month after that auction and all they both were together on almost everyday. Still he didn't tell her about Pinky and her condition. He didn't even mention Pinky's name in front of her.

A-"Shivaay is so upset and sad still didn't talk to me about maa not even once. I know what he must be thinking. He is scared that I will blame myself for maa's condition. And directly or indirectly I am responsible for that too."

      She said to herself and again looked at him who was just saying 'yes', 'no', 'ok' on phone not anything else.

A-"But it's too much now. I have to talk with him about maa, about all the things which happened."

      She said again to herself and then she realized again that they  have to sort many more things between them. Still many questions are unanswered and many complaints are not solved. She remembered how she wanted to talk to him about all this after that bhaang kaand. But then all this happened and they didn't get time to talk only then forget about solving problems between them.

      Annika placed her hand on her stomach.

A-"And if this news is true, then may be we will not get time for all those things. If this is true then everything will be fine by it's own. Without any efforts. But...but what if it happens again? Still I didn't able to convince him fully that I will not leave him and he too, he didn't able to talk with me about anything. He didn't promise that he will not hide anything from me now. Still he is hiding some things from me. He didn't talk about maa too."

      She came back from her thoughts as she heard him saying 'ok bye' on phone. She turned to him. He cuts the call and then stood there for some seconds and then took a deep breath and turned. Annika looked down at her plate as soon as he turned. Shivaay came back to her.

S-"Arre I told you to eat na. So why you stopped? Now come on eat."

      Shivaay said in his normal cheerful voice. She looked at him and he smiled at her. But she knew he was hiding his pain behind that smile. She just nodded and started eating her food. He did the same. Annika was looking at him after every some seconds and he was busy in eating but lost somewhere thinking about something. Soon they finished their dinner.

S-"You are fine or want to have that medicine given by Dr. Shah?"

      Shivaay asked and she nodded negatively.

A-"No. I am perfectly fine."

S-"Good now go and sleep."

A-"And you? Going home?"

S-"No I am here only."

A-"So you go and sleep with Sahil. I will sleep in hall."

S-"Annika, you know na you are not fine. So go n sleep properly on bed. I am fine here."

      He said sternly and she agreed as she don't want any argument now. She left from there but came back with pillows and blanket for him. He smiled.

S-"Thank you. Go now, sleep. Good night"

A-"Good night"

      She said and left from there.
Shivaay lied down after placing pillows and blankets on the mat. He looked at the ceiling. He was thinking about Pinky.

S-"If this news is true na mom will wake up on next second. She will be more than happy. But if it's not true then also she will be fine soon now. As she started responding to our talks. I think now I have to tell Annika about mom. It's one month now I am hiding it from her. But I was afraid to tell her what if she blame herself. But now maa is fine so I can tell her. Yeah I will tell her soon may be after those reports come."

        He decided that he will tell her as soon as possible. Then he have to stop this game if the news is true n he have to ask Annika to come back home. Then everything will be fine. He have many more work to do after reports came he thought and smiled. He knew everything will be fine without any efforts if the news is true. So he is happy and so excited. He just can't wait for tomorrow. He even requested Dr. Shah to give him reports today only but she said she can't as their whole staff was not there from last week so he can get them tomorrow only. He decided he will stop this game tomorrow only and then they will live together. As all things will be cleared soon his anger n her complaints by it's own if reports came positive. He knew they need to talk about it. But he was sure that things will be fine soon if that reports came positive n he or she don't have to work hard for anything now.

       He then looked at his watch. He was so lost in thinking that he didn't realize when next day came. He decided to sleep now and then closed his eyes as he knew he needs some rest. He closed his eyes slowly but opened them on next second as he felt her near him. He looked at his left side and saw she was settling beside him keeping her head on his left hand making it her pillow.

S-"Annika....."

     She made herself comfortable in his arms and puts her hand on his chest.

A-"Hmm....."

S-"What are you doing here? Go n sleep inside on the bed. This is not comfortable place to sleep for you."

A-"But I want to sleep here only."
   
      She said with a smile.

S-"Annika don't be stubborn. Go n sleep inside. N you was awake all this time? Annika it's too late."

A-"I can ask you the same question. N about stubbornness I learn it from you only. So I am not going anywhere."

       He smiled and kept his hand over hers.

S-"But Annika this....."

A-"This place is very comfortable for me. It's like a home for me. And I want to be feel like home. So don't ask me to go away from my comfortable place."

      She said with a frown and he smiled and pulled her close. She smiled at this and closed her eyes. Shivaay also closed his eyes. Both were awake but silent. After a long time Annika called his name,

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"Hmm..."

      Shivaay said caressing her hairs.

A-"You are awake?"

S-"Hmm same as you. Tell me you want to say about something? Are you confused about something?"

A-"Hmm. Shivaay..."

S-"Hmm tell me."

A-"What if....."

S-"What if what??"

A-"What if...the reports come as positive?"

      She asked in a low voice and he looked at her face but didn't able to see her expressions as her face was hiding behind her hairs. Shivaay removed them slowly. She looked at him. She was looking confused or may be tensed about something.

S-"What happened Annika? Is everything alright?"

      He asked holding her hand tightly. She nodded in no.

S-"No?? What happened? You are feeling not well again? Can I give you that medicine which doctor gave?Or should I call doctor?"

      She nodded in no.

A-"No Shivaay I am fine."

S-"So why you are worried?"

A-"Shivaay if those reports are positive then what we will do?"

      She asked directly looking into his eyes. He was confused about her question.

S-"What we will do means?"

      She again kept her head on his chest.

A-"Shivaay you know na what happened in last one month? Many things happened which we didn't want still they happened with us."

      She stopped and he just hummed as he was still confused about her words.

A-"Shivaay we have to solve them right? We have to talk about all that right?"

      She asked and his hold on her tighten.

S-"Yes Annika. Of course. I want to talk with you about all those things. And want to tell you and listen from you about many things."

A-"Me too."

      Annika smiled as he too wants to talk about all those things.

S-"But Annika...What's the connection between these two things? What's connection between your reports and these past incidents?"

      He asked caressing her hairs.

A-"Shivaay...if the reports come positive then we...we will be very happy and..."

      She stopped as he happily kissed on her forehead when she said that she will be happy too.

S-"Aage bolo"

A-"then...then we will start enjoying that new phase n may be we will forget about what happened in last month."

S-"So it's good na Annika... I really don't want to remember what happened in that time."

A-"But Shivaay... That's...that's the main thing."

S-"What??"

A-"We have to clear them before we forget about it, right?"

S-"Yes Annika. But still what's the connection between these two things?"

A-"Shivaay, if we will get this news after some days na then may be till then we were done talking n solving about past incidents na? Then it will be ok but now...we still didn't clarify things and this news came."

S-"But all things are clear na? Look we are here with each other like this what more clearification you want Annika?"

A-"I know Shivaay but we have to talk about all that right?"

S-"Yeah I know. But now if we are together what's the need to talk about it na. I mean I also want to talk about it, I want to tell you many things. But then our first priority will be our this new phase na... We can talk about it later. When we confirmed this news and when I will make everything fine."

A-"But Shivaay....."

S-"Shhh..... Don't think about it Annika. I know you are in confusued state now. But once we will confirm this news na you n me both will forget about all bitter things and we will live once again happily."

A-"But Shivaay...what if something happens like that again and....."

      He cutted her in between.

S-"Annika I said don't think about it. Whatever happened in last month, we both learned so much from that. And I am sure we will not do any mistake again. Hai na?"

      She looked at him.

S-"Hai na?"

A-"Hmm..."

S-"Bas phir.... What more we want now... So don't think about it. N sleep now it's too late."

      Shivaay said covering them in duvet and made her keep her head on his chest and hugged her.

S-"So jao."

      Shivaay said kissing her forehead and she smiled closing her eyes. Shivaay too closed his eyes hugging her close to him. Annika opened her eyes after sometime and looked at him.

A-"Shivaay, this time not you I will make everything fine. N that too soon before we enter into new phase I want to clear all bitter things n complaints."

      She said kissing on his cheek and then slept keeping her head on his chest.

Next morning,

      Annika opened her eyes and saw Shivaay was already looking at her. A small smile appeared on her face as he was looking at her with so much love n care. Shivaay leaned over her and kissed her forehead lovingly.

A-"Good morning."

S-"Good morning. Get up it's too late already."

A-"Really? Kitne baje hai?"

S-"Nine"

      Shivaay said and she got up hurriedly.

S-"Annika sambhalke"

      Shivaay shouted at her angrily. She realized what she did and then sat properly looking down.

S-"I..... I am sorry"

      Shivaay said holding her hand. She looked at him.

A-"It's ok"

      She said placing her hand on his cheek. He smiled holding her hand. They both sat there looking into each other's eyes for sometime. She hugged him.

A-"Thank you."

S-"For what?"

A-"Nothing. You cleared my doubts. Now I am able to think in that way."

S-"What are you saying?"

A-"Nothing. You will get it afterwards. Chalo get up now."

      She said and they got up to get ready.

A-"Shivaay you go home. I will be ready till 11"

S-"Ok fine. Take care. And I will bring breakfast for you both."

      Shivaay said and Annika was about to say something when his phone rings. He attended it. It was from Mishra. After cutting it, she looked at him and saw him tensed about something.

A-"What happened?"

S-"Actually I forgot about our board meeting. It's today at 10:30."

A-"Ohh... So go home fast. Otherwise you will be late."

S-"But then what about reports? We have to go there at 11 right?"

      Annika looked at him and then thought for a minute.

A-"It's ok. You go for meeting. I will go to the hospital."

S-"But you alone?"

A-"Yeah. Don't worry I will take care of myself."

S-"But how can you go alone? I can't even call OmRu to accompany you as we don't want to tell them before confirmation."

A-"Shivaay don't worry. I promise I will go safe n will take care of myself."

      Shivaay looked at her for few seconds and then nodded.

S-"Ok fine. But I will call Khanna. He will come with you."

      She looked at him and nodded after some seconds.

A-"Ok fine. I will go with Khannaji."

S-"And then come directly here. I will come here after the meeting."

A-"No Shivaay. I can't be. You know na from tomorrow I can't able to come in office because of Sahil's operation. And my some work is left."

S-"So what? You don't need to complete it. Koi aur kr lega. It's not important now,right?"

A-"Shivaay just for one day. We will talk about it later na."

      She requested and he smiled.

S-"Ok fine. Then come directly to office. I will come there after my meeting."

A-"Fine now go."

S-"Ok take care."

      Shivaay said and left from there. Annika came till door and waved at him.

A-"Now I have less time for what I decided. I have to do it fast."

      She said to herself then went inside after his car left from there.

Shivaay's office,
Shivaay's cabin,

      Shivaay was walking to n fro in his cabin. He was looking at his watch every now n then.

S-"12 baj gaye. She will come at anytime now. I just hope sab thik ho."

      He said to himself worriedly but on next second smiled as he sensed her.

S-"She came."

      He ran towards the door and opened it to go outside. But stopped as she was standing there at the door.

S-"You came?"

      She looked at him. He held her hand and dragged her inside with him.

S-"What happened? Everything is fine right? What Dr. Shah said to you? Nothing to worry right? And what about reports?"

      He asked in one go. She was looking down without any expression on her face. Her face was pale. It confused him.

S-"Annika....."

      He kept his hands on her shoulders.

S-"Are you fine?"

      She looked at him and he saw some tears in her eyes.

S-"What happened?"

      He asked worriedly cupping her face. But she didn't answer. She was just looking at him without blinking her eyes.

S-"Annika....hua kya? N where are the reports?"

      He asked looking at her with so much care. She removed his hands from her face slowly and then took out reports from her bag and gave it to him. He was looking at her sad, confused n scared face. When she gave him reports he looked at her eyes once which have more tears in it now. And then turned his eyes to those papers. Before he read she spoke in broken voice,

A-"It's..... It's negative."

    Annika said with tears in her eyes and Shivaay looked at her.
