"Ya I would like to thank you for what happened back there," the boy we saved said. He was pretty short with glasses and holding a camera.

"No problem," Jay and I said at the same time.

"I'm Avril by the way Avril David," he said sticking out his hand for a handshake but got dined.

"You take pictures?" James asked.

"Ya would you guys like to join?' He asked still standing at our table.

"Is their a spot for photographer? i asked as that's the only thing i wanted other than editor.

"Yes,"

"I'll get back to you then you," I said making him walk off.

"OK you people have to be gods you come to the school and take down not one, not two but three of the boys on the football team," Jacob said as he sat down next to Jay on the other side of the table.

"And your point is,"

"Okay you guys trying out for soccer tomorrow right? he asked and we nodded,"Okay can you guys go home after school and come back to school with clothes so I can see how good you are,"

"Sure," Jay replied.

"12 to love, give up Jacob," I said as I pulled him off the ground.

"Maybe I'll get something if AJ stopped tackling me I could score," Jacob said.

"But where's the fun in that," I said drinking some water before trowing it on my bag.

"True," James said sitting on the floor.

"Why do you people even call football soccer?" Jay asked taking off his shirt to change it.

"American football," Jacob said pointing to the other side of the field where people were practicing.

"Well I'm hungry," I said putting putting my bag over my shoulder.

"Hey Jacob are you done couch wants to use the field,"One of the guys who were messing with Avril said standing next to me.

We stood there for awhile staring at him as Jacob put away his stuff.

"Ya, we're just leaving," Jacob said finally before he walked away.

"See you guys tomorrow," Jacob said getting into his car.

"Bye," We all said at the same time getting on to our bikes.

I quickly got dressed. Today is the day I join the football team. I placed my shoes and clothes in my bag. I grabbed my dark red headphones to go along with my outfit. I put on my #1 football Jersey leaving it open.

I walked downstairs to TJ and Jay arguing who would get the last cupcake. I ran pass the table going straight for the door. Jumping onto my bike putting the container with the cake into my bag.

I had already made my way to school as I got a head start. About 5 minutes later TJ, Jay and James showed up.

I put my backpack on one of my shoulder holding my other clothes in my hand and my helmet in the other. I took a look at the paper I got yesterday. Locker 229.
I looked at the others they had 265,287, 249.

We started heading over to my locker then to Jay, TJ then James.

"I still don't get why your doing music," I asked James as we entered home room sitting in our seats.

"Cause how do I say this I suck," James said before Miss whatever her name was took attendance and we left.

"Meet you guys at lunch," I said walking away trying to find my class.

5 minutes but I've finally found it.

I walked inside.

"And that is how you dissect a polygon," The teacher said before turning to me.

Wow Ay wrong class.

"May I see your schedule," She asked. I gave her waiting for her to say what she was saying," Ah wrong room, Cooper please bring this girl to room 919," She said.

I looked over to see one of the guys who messed with Avril.

"So your new?" He asked trying to make conversation.

He did not really ask that did he.

"Is it obvious,"

"If your pissed from yesterday I don't know why someone would stand up for that geek,"

"There's a difference between geeks and nerds, and thank you," I said as I opened the door to my music class.

"Good morning you must be Patino take a seat the teacher already informed me of the mix up," The teacher said.

Thank goodness.

Now all I need is a seat. No hell. How is he here.

"Patino please sit by Jax,"

I groaned and took a seat next to him. Wait didn't the other teacher call him Cooper. Wait there's two. I looked back to see the guy who walked me here walking away. What the.

"This months assignment will be easy. Groups of two. Any instrument are allowed. You must have a duet done with vocals. You can use I song you wrote or someone else work. Please pair up," The teacher said.

Before I knew it everyone was paired up.

Nice I'm by myself. No sarcasm intended.

"Jax you and Patino, and Patino you need to do the 5 instrument assignment by the end of the week," The teacher said.

"Whats the 5 instrument assignment?" I asked

"You have to play any song on 5 different instruments,"

"Can I do that today?" I asked as everyone's eyes came on me.

Stop staring into my soul people.

"She has to be crazy," "Or a pro,"

Were just a few things I heard people say.

"Well you can do that now everyone is dismissed work on your projects, write your name next to your partners on the sheet on my desk. Now get out my class!" Everyone cheered at the sound of the teacher letting them out early.

"Okay Patino you may start,"

This is going to be easy.

I sat at the piano. Fiddling lightly with the keys so they didn't make any sound.

"I can play any song right?" I asked.

"Yes," he replied.

"Very good Patino. I have never seen someone play the 5 instrument assignment on their first day. I expect very well from yours and Jaxs performance," He said putting down his book on table as he was sitting on his desk.

I smiled picking up my bag shoving whatever books I had on my desk into it.

I opened the door immediately tripping over someone my arms immediately catching my fall.

"What the," I said standing up dusting myself off attempting to pick up my books.

"Sorry," He said cutting me off. I looked up Jax. I swear that dude is always here.

"Why are you standing outside of the music room?" I asked as he helped me pick up the rest of my stuff.

"Well you are my partner and we have until Wednesday the 31st," He said handing me my other stuff.

"Well we can talk about this tomorrow," I said walking away," And which way if the cafeteria?" I asked turning back to him.

"I can show you," He said walking off into a direction.
