• The Spiritual World is made up of several cities, these serve as entrances or exits to the mortal world. Ninjago City is one of the main cities that governs a large amount of spiritual energy, which makes it one of the most coveted cities. The spiritual council has it on its list of the most important cities in spiritual energy because if any of the cities on its list become corrupted, it could unbalance the three worlds.

• The Spiritual Council is a place where the higher ups meet to maintain order in the spirit world. The Celestial Kings are the ones who direct the council, and the Spiritual Guardians also meet there, people in charge of protecting the cities and their assigned kings. These spirits can only be summoned by people who are born with a superior spiritual power, either by an event or with proper training. Once they summon it, they must immediately go to the Island of the Guardians to be able to better control them, as well as their powers.
