So I have a few ideas on who this teasing bitch is so I'm just going to write them here so I don't forget.

Wrath
Probably the more likely one. I believe the next video may heavily major on Logan who may feel angry that he's being ignored.

Nihilism
Less likely but actually kinda hinted at in the episode. The new video may be centered around Roman as he might give up and duck out due to him feeling like he isn't Thomas' hero anymore.

Hatred
Less likely of them all but an interesting idea. Themed around Logan's hatred for the others ignoring him. Roman's resentment towards everyone, especially Janus because he feels like they don't like him. Remus' hatred towards Janus after the comment he made. Virgil's hatred towards Janus being accepted. All of these could happen but I don't he will be Hatred.

This is just me thinking of ideas.
