Norway: casually asks in a conversation, dropping the ring in your hand "hey, marry me?"

Denmark: sets up a band to play, a beautiful sunset walk, and is dressed formally, then kneeling down, holding out the ring, casually asking you before fireworks and bands go all out

Sweden: just drops the ring off at your house, with a note saying "marry me? ~Sweden"

Finland: grabs your hand, blushing, saying "hey I don't have anything to give but will you be my husband/wife?"

Iceland: sees you proposing and grabs the ring and yells "give me the ring! Get the hell up! I'm proposing!"
