Y/N POV

I don't know what it is about Jade, but she makes me feel... I don't know. Why am I even thinking of this? I should be focused on my revenge! "U-um Mr. L/N. Could I-I lay w-with you? I d-don't like sleeping alone sometimes." I looked down at her and saw her blushing as if she were similar to the hood Rose wears. I wonder how the little girl is doing and if she knows of Jojo's (Jordan) death. "I would usually go against this, but because you are a fellow companion you can do so." Before I knew it she was asleep with her head on my chest. "How are you doing this Jade? You make me feel as if I wish to become closer to you." I felt her snuggle up closer and I couldn't help, but adore how innocent Jade was. Why is it that the innocent are dealt the horrible hand? I slowly message her ears while she had a small smile on her face "Could this be Jojo's body causing my nature to change? No, that would be impossible. But not a far off possibility."

I closed my eyes in thought, but then I begin to hear screams and growling. Not only that, but one other thing rang through my head. The sound of a creature. "Wryyy..."

Dreamscape

I looked around and saw the body of a man with a scorpion tail and a large hole in his chest. "M-Mr. L/N." I looked down and saw a bloodied Jade in my arms "Jade!" Her eyes had began to close on and off "Jade stay with me! I... I'll get you to a medic just hold on!"

"I-I don't think I c-can. I-I'm sorry Mr. L-L/N."
"Jade keep your eyes open! You can power through this! I believe in you." I tried to move, but it seemed like I was glued in place "D-don't worry about me Mr. L/N. I wasn't that important anyways." I could feel the tears come down, but refused to allow any of this to happen "You are important! Especially to me! You've made me feel things that I've never experienced before. The thought of having someone like you dying would drive me mad." Jade slowly placed her shaking hand on my face and gave me one last smile "I never told you this, but I-I l-love you Mr. L-L/N." With whatever strength she had left she used it to give me her first and final kiss before falling limp. "Jade? Jade? Jade!"

My breathing became faster and I saw that the man with the scorpion tail was standing up while laughing "Would you look at that! A weakling crying for another! Don't worry. Soon I'll send you to the same place I sent the girl." How dare he speak of her in such a manner! I set her down and finally found myself able to move "You dare speak of the only angel to step on Remnant? I'll make sure you become nothing but a pile of guts and gore when I'm done with you!"

The yellow figure returned, but this time it felt like it was apart of me "I'll end you here and now!" The figure soon unleashed a barrage of punches while saying "MUDA" over and over again. With its final punch it launched the bastard into the air and he was soon impaled by a statue. I looked down at Jade and picked her body up "I'm sorry that I couldn't save you. I failed both you and myself."

End Dream

I opened my eyes and saw that Jade was still sleeping on my chest "That dream was unlike any other I've had. Jade's death will not occur! I will not allow such a thing to happen." I looked at my hand and saw that the figure's faint arm covering mine "And it would seem as if it's a part of me."

Time Skip- Jade POV

I woke up and saw that Mr. L/N wasn't with me. I got up and checked outside, but he wasn't there. "What do you think you're doing?" I jumped and saw that it was Y/N with his shirt off. "I-I couldn't f-find you." Oh god am I blushing?! "I was making sure of something. Do you remember what I asked you about? The yellow figure?" I nodded "You said that you could see it, but I couldn't."

"That's right. The figure appeared to be apart of me. I can command its very being." Just then a rock bursted and the parts flew everywhere. "W-what was that?" He looked away from me and said "That was what it did. I believe I should give it a name." He took out a couple cards and I tilted my head "What are those cards for?" He began to spread the cards out and said "Take one of these. Whatever card you pick will be the name of it."

I pulled one out and showed it to him "It has been chosen. The very being which stands by me shall be call The World!(ZA WARUDO)"
