Sunday had finally come and instead of going to Zumba, Mariana was getting ready to go to Micah's house for her big surprise. She had got up early to plan her outfit, even though she wasn't sure what to wear for the occasion.

While she was going through her closet, her phone vibrated while it was charging. She picked it up and smiled with glee when she saw it was from Micah.

Bubba❤️❤️❤️: Hey beautiful, make sure you dress nice today ❤️

Me: Why? Are you taking me out?☺️

Bubba❤️❤️❤️: Maybe afterward we can go somewhere.

Me: Okay, see you soon😘

She put down her phone and allowed it to continue charging. Since Micah told her to wear something nice, she decided to bring out her turquoise dress. She slipped it on and it ended at her knees, as well as hugging her body, showing off all her curves.

She put her hair into a bun and then made a loose curl hang at the front. She put on some lipgloss, and just she was about to put on her necklace, she noticed a bag lying on the floor, near her bed. She picked it up and it was the present that Micah had gave her. She realized she hadn't opened it yet so she might as well see was it is now.

She slid a box out of the bag which had golden 'D's facing opposite. She opened it and gasped when she saw what was inside.

There were two creams and one rose gold serum; they had golden lids and 'Dior Prestige' labeled on them.

"Oh thank you, Micah," she said as she examined the cream and even the golden applicators. For today, she used the serum and the cream which felt incredibly soft on her skin.

She smiled and grabbed her blue purse to match her outfit. She did a quick twirl in the mirror, content with how she looked she was now ready to get her surprise!

Over at Micah's house, he was hanging up some things with his brother and the rest of the servants. Since his mother was releasing a new fashion collection today, they were decorating because she was having some people over.

Once he was done, he started to climb down the ladder that Mason held for him.

"Micah, there is someone here to see you," one of the maids said.

"Is it Mariana?" He asked hopefully.

"Erm, not exactly..."

When Micah looked to see who had come in, he was shocked to see Electra just strolling in innocently.

"Hi, Electra!" Mason greeted.

"Hello Mason, hello Micah," she said with warmth in her voice.

"What do you want Electra?" His voice was hard as stone in contrast to her soft one.

"Just came to congratulate your mom on her new collection, that's all."

"My mom hates you." He said plainly.

"Not for long she won't, I plan to give her son a real treat," she said and took off her coat to reveal the red top she wore, which had a knot tied at her breasts.

"You look sexy," Mason commented.

"You look terrible," Micah said.

"Aw why Micah? I wore this especially for you," she said with a little pout.

"Why?"

"Because I thought we could spend some time together..." she smiled like she was a baby and rose her cheeks.

"Not happening."

"I'll spend time with you Electra," Mason offered.

"Okay Mason," she showed her pearly teeth as Mason took her hand.

Micah sat down on the couch and crossed his legs and mumbled something, "Slutty rat that nobody wants."

He continued tapping on his phone, totally unbothered when he suddenly heard a scream. He quickly got off the couch and ran to the scene but stopped when he saw it.

He saw Mariana stood at the door, and was looking at Electra who was a few meters away.

Oh no...

"What are you doing here?!" Mariana shouted at the top of her voice in fury.

"Just here to see my boyfriend," Electra smirked and ended it with a little giggle.

"He's not yours, he's my mine and will forever be mine!"

"Not for long he won't," she said and put two fingers up while licking her tongue in between.

This final action ticked Mariana off as she pounced onto Electra, sending her to the ground. Mariana started to hit her to shut her up.

"What's going on?" Makayla said as she came through the door with her sister. She saw the fight on the floor and her eyes grew with wide interest. "Is that Electra?"

"Isn't she the one that dumped Micah?" Mylah said.

"I want Mariana to beat her ass," Makayla said. "Let me go get some popcorn!" She quickly rushed into the kitchen.

Mariana got up and pulled Electra by her hair. She ripped out clumps of hair and then dragged her along the floor like she was nothing but dirt.

Crystal came into the house and dropped her bags in alarm when she saw what was happening. "What is going on in here?" She yelled in horror.

The two women didn't listen and continued fighting. Crystal slowly approached them and managed to pull them apart.

Mariana laid on the floor, her face went deep pink as her fists clenched painfully; Electra's face was sweating as she was also like a tomato.

"Electra, why are you in my house? I made it pretty clear that I didn't want to see you anywhere near my sons ever again," Crystal said firmly.

"But Mrs. Pérez, I wanted to give this to you," Electra quickly dived into her bag. Her fingers were shaking in fear because of the feel of Crystal's deathly glare towards her, but she managed to grab hold of her present.

"I don't want anything from you, not after you hurt my son."

"I'm sorry Ma'am, I really am," she bowed her head in shame.

"Sorry? Sorry, won't fix all the problems you've caused since you were last here!" Her words were like thunder inside Electra's ear. They rang in her ears, making them blush red and tingle.

"And on top of that, you don't even sound sorry so what are your real intentions? Do you just like seeing my son suffer? Do you gain pleasure from ruining someone's life?" She couldn't conceal the disgust that was evident in her tone, after all, that she put Micah through, she had the nerve to show her face again.

Electra trembled on the floor, she wasn't sure what to say in response.

Crystal shook her head and kissed her teeth at her. "I'll have to deal with you later because I have to do something first."

She picked up her bags and then went to Mariana.

"Come with me Mariana," she said softly and put her arm out towards her. 

Mariana took it and got pulled off the floor. Her legs were wobbly and she was still upset about Electra but she followed Crystal up the stairs. 

They went into her and Aidan's bedroom and Crystal took off her heels. She sat on the bed and patted the seat next to her. Mariana plopped down beside her and she brought a gold box out from her bag that had her brand name.

"How are you Mariana?"

"Not good," she sniffed and began to shake like she was cold.

"Aw, don't let Electra get into your head, she's just trouble," she rubbed Mariana's back and spoke in a comforting voice.

Mariana nodded, even though it would be hard to.

Crystal opened the box and started unwrapping it. "Your favorite color is blue right?"

"Yeah."

"Okay," she said but a quick smile of relief passed her lips.

"Anyway, today I released a new collection at my office, and this one of my exclusive designs," she said, "I made one for Makayla and Mylah and this one is for you."

She pulled out a teal-colored fur jacket which was gold inside. It had a diamond pattern, embedded with jewels, and Mariana's name at the back in white pearls along with the diamonds.

She placed it on Mariana's lap whose mouth was hanging wide open. Mariana's thumbs felt around it, was this really for her?

"Is it really for me?"

"Yes, it's for you."

"Thank you so much..."

"Of course, only my three daughters get my custom-made designs."

Mariana's watered as she gave Crystal a big hug. She made her feel welcomed and that she belonged to a family. Crystal reminded her of her own mother and gave that love that she yearned for since last year.

"Thank you Crystal for welcoming me into your family."

"You're welcome, my dear."

"I just have a question," she said as she let go.

"What is it?"

"Can you tell me why Micah and Electra broke up?" Mariana was very curious to know and Crystal's comments earlier made her even more desperate to find out the truth.

"Oh... I'm guessing you asked Micah and he didn't tell you."

"Yeah...."

"Mm okay, I'll tell you."

They adjusted themselves so that they were more comfortable.

"It was at night time, we were just having dinner and it was very cold and pouring rain until we heard a knock..."
