I wake up slowly. My face feels all warm and fuzzy. My head feels a lot clearer. I press my fingers on my lips. I've never been kissed before. Never like that in all my life. I did enjoy it so much. I've never felt that close to anyone before. Light Yagami... 

I look around. He's gone. I get up fast. There isn't a trail of where he could've gone. I look around. Where is he going. I turn and I notice feathers. He's following the Raven. I have to catch up to him. Unfortunately, I have no idea where he's going. I turn. I see a letter.  I grab it. I open it.

Hey Ryusaki or L,

About last night. I like you. Like you, like you. I would say love but... I don't think we're at that point yet. Listen there are a lot of things wrong with this world and I'm fixing it brick by brick. I may not live long enough to tell you all the heck I want to tell you. So, I'll keep it short. I really wished that we could spend more time together. I am the Dark Messiah and I hate it. I'm going to end this possession business, but I think it's kind of ovbious to say... I don't think I'll make it back.

Light Yagami. 

Tears begin to slip down my face. I grip the note. Light, you don't have to do this alone. I'm here for you. I have to find him. I have to help him. 

"Ryusaki!" The door bursts open.

The rest of the task force enter the room with guns. I turn to them.

"Ryusaki! Where is Light?!" Detective Yagami asks.

"He's going to die." I say.
