"Did you enjoy playing with your friends?" Mummy ask and I stopped eating.

I remembered everything that happened before but I wasn't planning to tell my parents the whole story.

"Well, I met a new friend and only the two of us played all day. The rest of my friends run away from us." I replied and they both shared glances.

"Why? What happened?"

"And who is your new friend?" Daddy added a question.

"Well, his name is Gaara..." I trailed off and they both shared a worried look.

"He's a nice friend and he didn't leave me alone like my other friends did."

"But sweetheart, do you know why your other friends... run away?"

"Yes mummy. It's because they thought that Gaara is a monster but he doesn't look like a monster to me. He looks... cute." I blushed whispering the last word.

Jessica's dad's POV

"Ahh, I think someone have a crush." I teased her but I didn't really meant it.

I did that so she wouldn't notice that I'm worried for her. Why was she with Gaara? Don't she know that he's dangerous? This couldn't be happening. She's in danger with him.

We continued eating then after we finish, we put our little sweetheart on her bed and made her sleep.

"Good night sweetheart. We love you so much." Me and my wife, Martha, whispered to her.

We then went in our bedroom and disscuss about Gaara.

"Do you think something happened between our little sweetheart and her friends?" I ask Martha starting the conversation.

"I don't know but there's something she isn't telling us." She replied.

"What do you think we should do?"

"We're going to leave it at the moment. Although I don't want her hanging out with Gaara. He's far way too dangerous."

"Agree."

"For now, let's see what happens. I'm sure the Fourth Kazekage might do something about it." And with that, we went to sleep.

Jessica's POV

I had been playing with Gaara everyday. My 'Not' friends anymore, except for Niall, were avoiding me but I didn't mind. I felt more happier with Gaara. Everytime I'm with him, it's like only the two of us were in the world playing with each other.

Sometimes we play soccer, tag, Guess the person, tell our favourite things to do and Hide n Seek. There are times that I felt butterflies flying in my tummy but I don't know what it meant. I know it has to do something with love though.

I told that to my mummy and daddy and they said that I might like Gaara more than friend. He is my 'Love at first sight.' and my 'First Love.'

(One year later.)

I woke up with the sun shining on my face so I groaned. I look at the time and it was 8:23 am in the morning. I then get out of my bed and did my daily routines like fixing my hair, have a shower then tie my hair into a ponytail. Have breakfast, brush my teeth and meet Gaara at the park.

I said my goodbyes with my parents then headed to the park. While I was walking there, I saw Oscar and the others playing with each other. The only person that I didn't saw was Niall. Since the day that Oscar made me choose between them or Gaara, I never seen him again.

I ask some of the neighbours where he went and they said that he moved village. They didn't know where. He's the only person that I miss the most and I'm hoping that I might see him again one day. I also found out that my last name was Uzumaki and here in the Sunakagure, my parents is the most powerful Shinobis. Since I turned nine, they had been receiving missions a lot so I just either stay home or hang-out with Gaara.

Everyday I'm always excited to see Gaara. I would say that I like him more than friends but I'm hoping that he feels the same as me. I guess not... he wouldn't like a girl like me.

I was now at the park and there was no sign of Gaara. Strange, he was always early here than me. I sat down under the tree and waited for him when I was suddenly wrapped in a sand around the tree. I then know who it was.

"Gotcha." He smirked appearing in front of me.

"You're so unfair." I frowned.

"Haha, better be fast next time." He chuckled which made me smile.

"So that's 42 against 35." His sands finally let me go.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that me and Gaara had been playing 'Catch' which was just a made up game. We have to catch one another without any of us noticing and if we successfully caught each other, that will be a point added.

"You're so unfair. You have powers and I don't." I pretended to be annoyed.

"Well you might only have Taijutsu." He teased me and I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever!" I exclaimed and he laugh.

"You know, you're so cute when you're angry." He teased me and I wanted to squeal, but I held it in.

"You're not cute at all."

"Oh really? Do you still remember that day when Temari asked of what you think of me?" He reminded me.

Flashback

I was at Gaara's house for it was his Birthday. We had so much fun and I gift him a camera. Kankuro took a picture of both of us then he printed it and gave it to me as a souvenir.
