Keralis took a deep breath as he glided down from X's large nether portal. The hermit pulled a rocket from his pocket, pulling the string to launch himself into the air. He lifted a hand to shield his eyes from the glistening sun. He spotted the storage tower, its shadow large against the light of the sun. His gray converses landed on the quartz floor of the structure. Keralis looked around to see if the hermit was anywhere in sight. 'He's not here... Maybe he's downstairs?" Keralis thought as he made his way over to the staircase. He stepped down into the completely silent living area. The hermit felt a shiver run down his spine. 'Where was he?'Keralis walked deeper into the room, placing his hand on the backside of the couch.

"Shashwamy?" He called out. No response came. The hermit moved over to X's bedroom door. He went to touch the doorknob and called to him again.

"Sha-"

"Hello, Keralis." A British voice said. Keralis turned around to see X standing at the bottom of the stairs, his light yellow armor shining against the light. The hermit's widened. 'He looks so menacing.'

"Oh hello! Sorry, I thought you might have been in there," Keralis said. X looked scary at that moment, he stood in the bright light of the stairs, the area around him all dim. Keralis felt another shiver as he moved away from the door. "So umm... How have you been?" X stood in the light quietly, before moving closer in.

"I've been fine, just didn't expect you to be here," X said. Keralis kept smiling, even though his mind was screaming at him that something was wrong.

"Just wanted to come and check up on you," Keralis said. Shashwamy tilted his head to the side.

"That's... nice." The bee man said in an awkward tone. The two stood in silence, before Suddenly the X's mood completely switched, shaking his head as his tone rose to a happy one.

"Sorry if I worried you Keralis! Just been in a kinda weird funk lately." He said. Keralis smiled nervously, some of his worry washing away at his words. 'Maybe Shashwamy was ok!' he thought.

"Well, it's nice to see you doing better!" Keralis grinned. X crossed over to the kitchen and opened up one of the cabinets.

"Can I get you some tea, friend?" He asked. Keralis beamed as he walked over and leaned against the counter.

"Aww thank you, buddy, I always love your special tea." He said. X let out a small chuckle as he reached up into the cabinet. Keralis leaned over and watched the hermit's hand froze in front of the honey bottles and other tea packets. "You ok Shashwamy?" Keralis asked, concerned. The hand reached for small tea leaves for a moment but then quickly grabbed a honey bottle off the shelf. Shashwamy turned back around to Keralis and nodded.

"A-All good!" He said. Keralis sat back and watched the man slowly go through the classic tea process. The bee man placed a cup in front of Keralis and sat with his own in his hand, a small red tea packet dipped into it.

"Trying something new?" Keralis asked, taking his cup into his hands. The hermit remained silent as he took in Keralis's words.

"Yup, berries sounded good..." He said, moving the cup in a circular motion in his hands. Keralis took a sip of his tea and was hit with the strong taste of honey. Keralis knew the bee man put honey in this but it's usually never this much. The two talked for a bit, Keralis bringing up the usual conversation until Keralis noticed Xisuma never drank his tea.

"You know you can take off your helmet right? Your tea is gonna get cold." Keralis said, looking down at his drink. X looked down at the cup and then back up at the hermit.

"You know how I am about the helmet." He said. "Besides, cold tea isn't all that bad." Keralis looked up at the hermit. 'But Shashwamy never likes his tea cold...' The hermit began to feel the nervous feeling creep in.

"I've seen you with the helmet off silly, and I would love to see your sweet face again," Keralis said with a nervous smile. The bee man froze, the gears of his brain turning. Keralis stared at him as he waited for an answer.

"I don't like people seeing my face Keralis, you know this. So don't push it." X hissed. His tone suddenly shifted to a maddened voice, "I think you should leave." Keralis was taken aback. It took a lot for X to get angry, especially at this level.

"I- Ok Shashwamyvoid..." The hermit felt small tears forming in his eyes as he stood up, placing his teacup on the counter. "Enjoy your cold tea..." Keralis said, taking his leave. His eyes were clouded with tears as he made his way up the stairs. X stood cold as the hermit ran away. Keralis took off his glasses and brushed the tears from his eyes. 'Shashwamy never yells, something's not right...' Keralis activated his elytra and rocketed into the air, heading in the direction of his skyscrapers. In the back of his mind, the hermit knew his fears were true. Whoever he left back in Shashwamy's base wasn't him at all. Keralis just needed to prove it.

Ex groaned in annoyance as he slammed X's helmet onto the bathroom counter. Keralis had left after he had snapped at him and now he was pissed. The hermit was just so pushy. Granted, Ex could never have taken his helmet off anyway, it would ruin his whole plan. He turned to look at himself in the mirror. Dark red eyes stared back at him, with small waves of white hair wisped in different directions. The large x shaped scar that ran across his face, its deep gashes remaining unhealed and stained on his skin. The memory of the sword gashing across his face reached the surface as Ex quickly turned away from the mirror. He grabbed the helmet off the counter and stormed back into the silent living room. He would never let anyone hurt him again, No more stupid brothers to scar his face or take away his power, ever.

Xisuma stood silent as his eyes gazed across the vast open valley below. His legs kicked against the nether brick bridge that stuck out of the side of the tower. The void had gone up into the Nether brick tower that loomed over the town to look around a bit and look for anything helpful. The tower was not the sturdiest, but it had remained standing this long so it was decently safe. X looked at the town, making a mental map of the layout in his mind. Across the town, to the east, he could see two large stone towers standing out against deep trees that scattered the outskirts of the town. To the south was a large swamp, with a bridge stretching out into it from hobbit hole X and Jerome had set up in. The west was the direction X had walked from to find this place. It had a lot of nothing and was just a wasteland of creeper holes. The north was just more mountain that led into a large birch forest. X stood up on the small bridge and slowly walked back to the main tower. He grabbed onto the wooden ladder that ran up to the top, his armor clanking loudly as he made his way up the decently strong ladder. The hermit lifted himself onto the top floor. Chests stood stacked against one of the walls, with a large empty fire pit in the center. X dropped his heavy bag onto the floor and made his way over to the chests. Most of them contained different potion ingredients, which X found handy, and a lot of used iron tools. He figured he could weld a few together so grabbed some, along with a decent amount of potion ingredients. X placed all of it into his bag and began to head back down the ladder. Heights had never concerned the hermit, but looking down at the small space that dropped to the bottom of the tower was slightly sickening. Falling would be terrible. X felt a rush of relief as his shoes hit the bottom of the ladder. For a while, he thought he was going to fall. The hermit skipped down the stone steps that lead down the mountain and made his way to the center of town. He found Jerome sitting happily in the grass, a small poppy resting in its long black hands.

"I'm back," X called out to the enderman, who turned to look at him with a smile. Jerome made a sequence of sounds as the hermit walked up to him. X had been slowly trying to figure out what the enderman was saying and had managed to pick up on a few things.

"Nice see you," Jerome said, X managing to piece together the words in his mind.

"I managed to get a few more things for me but I still can't find anything about the people that were here once or where they went," X said with a sigh as he plopped down into the grass with Jerome. "You used to live here right? Do you know any other places they could have built that could help us?" X asked. Jerome stared down at the poppy.

"Snow Anvil," Jerome said. X tilted his head in confusion.

"Snow Anvil? What do you mean buddy?" X said with confusion. The enderman stood up and walked a few feet away before looking back at the void. X followed him and looked at where the enderman was directed. The swamp.

"The Snow Anvil is in the swamp?" X said. Jerome looked at X and nodded, then began walking ahead. X nodded and followed after him. The two made their way across the wet biome. Jerome was teleporting from dry spot to dry spot as X made his way through the shallow swampy water. X stepped up onto one of the solid dry islands that littered the biome, ahead stood a large spruce fence that stretched across the island. The void walked across the grass and into the fenced area. There was a small path that led to a tattered bridge, along with a trap door that sat next to it. X tried to pry open the trap door but it was nailed shut with strong pieces of iron. A sign stood next to the trapdoor that read 'Bax Bollectors, Collectors of Beans' Whoever made this didn't want anyone inside. X left, making his way across the broken bridge. Jerome stood on the shore of the swamp, the path running on ahead to a tall spruce biome. There above them, built-in around the mountains that rose from the ground, was a tall stone tower. The build looked like 4 very very large anvils stacked onto each other very very poorly. Its shadow draped across the leveled ground. X looked up at it then back to Jerome.

"Snow Anvil?" He asked. Jerome nodded.

"Made it." The enderman said, its face forming into a happy smile. X grinned as he looked up with hope at the base. Maybe this place has some answers. X turned to Jerome.

"Who built this?" X asked, he knew he probably wouldn't get an answer but it would be nice to have some information.

"Furry."

The stacked anvils tower.....what a sight.
