I pushed the apartment door open and walked into the room and closed it just as he was about to enter.

‘’ Seriously Mia! Please open the door, you are overreacting. How did you feel when Randy got his new girlfriend’’

I didn’t say anything.

‘’ Exactly!’’

I opened the door, ‘’ I didn’t fucking care because I was with you, don’t try to throw that in my face right now. Even though I still care about him I don’t give a fuck who he is with. I didn’t care then and I wouldn’t care now because I am with you, but clearly you still have unresolved feelings for Jenna’’

I felt the tears flowing down my face. I could tell that he immediately regretted what he said.

I walked away and went to the bathroom to wash my face.

‘’ What did you expect me to say when you told me? ‘’ he was leaning against the door as I washed my face.

‘’ I didn’t expect you to react like you did’’ I smiled slightly and wiped my face with a towel. I walked past him and I felt him grip my hand and pull me into the doorway with him.

‘’ I'm sorry, I.. I was shocked okay? I do care about her the same like you do Randy, but I don’t have feelings for her. I shouldn’t have gone off on you like that’’ he looked down at me and I could see how bad he felt.

I nodded and smiled up at him, even though he said it I still felt like he had feelings for her.

I walked into the room, ‘’ Mia.. baby girl..’’ he hugged me from behind.

‘’ I have to go, John wanted to take me dress shopping’’ I wiggled out of his arms, I walked out of the room.

‘’ John is taking you dress shopping?’’

‘’ Nikki is out of town and I told him I had to find a dress for the party then he offered..’’

I didn’t even look at him I was still upset, I just left.

‘’ Do you think I overreacted by leaving him like that?’’ I asked John while I was sitting on the couch in his hotel room.

‘’ No, but I think you could have come up with a better excuse than me taking you dress shopping’’ I smiled, he came over to me and gave me huge hug.

‘’ My mind wasn’t exactly working at its best. I wish I hadn’t brought it up, but I like randomly thought of it, his reaction. I get that its the mother of his child but...’’

‘’But he acted like a jealous ex?’’

I nodded and bit my lip, I was hurt.

‘’ Look John you know for a fact that when Randy began dating Kim, I didn’t care because I was with Roman..’’

‘’And Paul...’’ he stated and I rolled my eyes at him and he held his hands up in defense.

‘’ My point is, why get so upset if you are with someone? Kim was Randy’s first girlfriend after me so its basically the same situation and the way he was shouting at me and questioning me in the fucking street like I'm just some nobody. I swear I wanted to fucking just shove the ring in his face ...’’

John raised both his eyebrows, ‘’ Mia, you don’t mean that...’’

‘’ In that moment, like I told you before John I would rather be alone than go through all of this. I can tolerate his jealousy with Randy he's getting around that, but him still having feelings for Jenna? That I cannot handle’’

I folded my arms and sank back into the couch.‘’ No feelings for Paul or Randy?’’

‘’ NO! I care about them and I’ll be there for them but if they find someone I’ll be happy. Paul is happy with my sister and I loved Kim she was awesome’’

‘’ Well they are not together anymore and pretty soon Randy is going to come back to you and then what will you do?’’

‘’Nothing I want Roman, just Roman’’ I was so frustrated and John just smiled at me.

‘’ So then you cannot tell me, that you would ever throw that ring in his face’’

I threw him with a pillow, ‘’ Urgh I hate it when you do that’’ he just laughed at me as I rolled my eyes.

I felt my phone ringing in my bag.

‘’ Its Nikki..’’

John raised his eyebrow as I answered. ‘’Hi ! ‘’

‘’ Bitch why do you not fill me in on shit, luckily for you I can lie convincingly even when under great pressure!’’

I was so confused, ‘’ Nikki what are you going on about?’’

‘’ I just bumped into Roman at the gym down the block from your apartment’’

‘’ Shit!’’

‘’ Yeah, he seems pissed, I feel like a fucking stalker cause I told him I had to leave and now Im hiding in the cardio section on top, his all headphones and gruesome training and..’’

‘’ What did he ask you?’’

‘’ He said that he thought I wasn’t in New York cause you and John went dress shopping, seriously dress shopping Mia?’’

‘’ I wasn’t thinking clearly okay? What did you tell him?’’

‘’ I told him that I had just flown in and needed to get a workout before I went to the hotel , what the hell happened between you two?’’

‘’ He got pissed at me when I told him about Jenna and Seth and then I got so angry and insecure and I couldn’t be around him ‘’

‘’ He got pissed , how do you mean pissed?’’

‘’ Pissed as in, shouting at me in the street...He doesn’t even do that when we have an argument, he’ll just whisper to me but then he does that, I felt so freaking crap’’

‘’ In the street , thats just... where’d he go’’ 

I was pretty sure she was thinking aloud and when I heard Roman’s voice, I knew she knew where he had gone.

I closed my eyes and sighed as I heard his voice, ‘’ So Im assuming thats my fiancé on the other line, can I speak to her please since she hasn’t taken my calls..’’

‘’ Its not...’’ I heard her end the call.

‘’ Whats wrong?’’  John stood up as I did.

‘’ I should go home and if he still has feelings for her then so be it..’’

John pulled me into his arms. ‘’ Mia,that man loves you and he left her for you’’

‘’ That doesn’t say anthing you know, people change and their feelings change’’

‘’ Not when it comes to you, you have some effect on guys cause you are so crazy and all purple hair’’

I looked up at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.‘’ You know if this wrestling thing doesn’t work out you could be a great therapist!’’

He began laughing . ‘’ You know I could really take you shopping?’’

‘’As much as that would be great therapy, I should..’’ my phone vibrated yet again.

I saw another 2 missed calls and one from Jenna, I called her. ‘’ Jen, whats up?’’

‘’ Hey, Seth and I are on our way to the apartment to drop Lucy off, I wanted to stay and have dinner with you guys but Seth has  a photoshoot so..’’

I had completely forgotten that Lucy was coming today. ‘’ Uhm well Roman’s at gym, so can you stop at the hotel rather cause Im with John’’

‘’ Okay, sure.. see you soon’

‘’ I forgot Lucy was coming today, we need to go down and wait for them’’

‘’ Guess you cant be mad at Roman anymore? ‘’

‘’ Sure I can!’’ he smiled and shook his head as Seth and Jenna entered the hotel .

Lucy ran into my arms and I spun her around. ‘’ I missed you so much kiddo’’

‘’ I missed you too Aunty Mi, I got new dolls’’ her little face lit up with excitement.

‘’ You can show them to me when we get home’’

Seth kissed me on my cheek and hugged me and Jenna did the same. ‘’ Who would’ve thought Seth to be the cute boyfriend’’ he rolled his eyes at me.

‘’ I bet Jenna told you all about how I was begging her to go on a date with me.’’

‘’ Yeah and how amazing it was’’ I winked.

‘’ Im glad you guys are together but if you hurt her , I will break you’’ John nodded in agreement and Jenna shook her head and laughed.

‘’ Where’s daddy?’’ John looked down at me as he was talking to Jenna and Seth.

‘’ His busy building those strong arms, you’ll see him later’’ I smiled and I saw Nikki walk in.

She greeted the others and Lucy jumped into her arms. ‘’ Aunty Co’’ she hugged her.

‘’ Sweetie I didn’t know you were going to be here!’’ Lucy giggledas Nikki tiggled her.

‘’ Mommy has to go now, I’ll see you on Thursday okay love?’’ She hugged Jenna and we waved as they left.

‘’ Luc.. why don’t you go with Uncle John and take out your favourite doll to take with you ‘’ John was holding her luggage.

‘’ Where are we going , Aunty Co?’’

‘’ Its a surprise so make quick’’ she put her down and John walked with her.

‘’ What did he say?’’ she shook her head.

‘’ He was really upset because Im assuming he heard most of our conversation. He said that you just leave and go to John and while you are too busy ‘dress shopping’ to answer his calls but you can answer mine ..’’ I rolled my eyes.

‘’ We are going out for dinner once I shower and change. Girls and a half night out! John can drop off her luggage." She said and pulled me into a hug , "His the wrong one here and apologising won't make anything go away, so he needs to realize that"
