'' Are you sure that we ordered enough food Ro?'' I sat down on the couch.

John had just called and they were close by.

''Yeah we'll order more if we run out babe'' He sat down next to me.

'' You sure you up for it today, if not I can call John'' He gave my thigh a squeeze.

I gave him a reassuring smile, '' Yeah I'm fine I missed everyone anyway I'm feeling a lot better. You've been so good for me'' I placed my hand on top of his.

He wrapped his hand around mine and lift it up to his lips , kissing it. '' I'm glad that you are feeling better, if you feel better then so do I. I love you and I just want you back to yourself''

I placed my other hand on the side of his face, his beard pricked against my skin and I pulled him close to me and kissed him.

We heard the door open and the voices enter the house just as they entered the lounge.

'' Mia!!!'' The girls ran over to me and hugged me as I stood up.

'' You look so much better'' Brie smiled.

'' I feel better, I missed you guys so much!''

'' We missed you more Mi !!'' I heard the Usos shout in unison.

They opened their arms and I went over to them as everyone hugged me.

'' The biggest group hug ever!'' John's voice was muffled by the bodies.

'' Lets eat guys, we didn't order all this food for nothing'' Roman smiled as he started digging in, along with everyone else. One thing about these people, they loved food.

I went into the kitchen to get some juice and found Randy sitting at the counter, with his back facing me. He hadn't noticed I was there and I saw him scrolling through pictures of us together. I pretended not to notice as I placed my hand on his shoulder and he turned and locked his phone.

'' Hey Viper, whats up?'' I squeezed his shoulder and smiled at him.

'' Nothing, you okay?''

'' Yeah I'm great, I mean I feel great but as far as the Dr is concerned I'll be good next week officially. Now why are you hiding out in here?'' I got onto a stool and he turned to face me.

'' I just didn't feel like that much people. I just wanted to see how you were and you are great , I'll be heading out soon''

'' How's Kim doing?'' He looked at me like he was contemplating on how to answer the question, he shifted a bit and then smiled.

'' She's doing great, I saw her last week''

'' And you guys are okay?''

''Yeah, why wouldn't we be?'' he looked into my eyes as if he were searching for something.

'' You just seem a bit down , for these past couple of weeks. ''

'' Mia, I .... Never mind'' He stood up and wanted to walk away, I grabbed his arm.

'' Randy, what the hell is...''

He pulled me into his embrace and kissed me , I was caught off guard, weakened by his lips. But I had Roman, I couldn't do this to him. I pushed myself out of his grasp.

'' I cant Randy...'' I saw a figure in the corner of my eye and turned to see it was Roman, I saw the hurt and anger in his eyes.

'' Look man...'' Randy couldn't finish his sentence as Roman punched him so hard it sent him to the ground.

John walked in and saw what had just happened as Roman pushed passed him.

I looked at Randy and then at Roman leaving.

'' Go ! I'll take care of him''

I headed into the living room and looked around and I couldn't see him.

'' Mia are you okay, you look like you are on the verge of crying. What happened?'' Nikki held onto my arm.

'' Have you seen Roman? I need to find him'' I needed to get out of here before anyone noticed the state I was in.

'' I think he left , he stormed out of here so fast. Mia, what happened?''

'' I'm sorry, we can talk later. Please cover for me , I don't want to ruin anyone's night they all came here to see me and..''

'' Its fine go'' she gave me a hug and I headed out of the door as fast as I could.

Roman's car was still in the garage. I needed to find him.

I looked around , and saw Josie sitting , Brie wouldn't leave Josie out here alone.

Maybe they saw where Roman went. I walked over to the side of the house and saw Roman looking straight ahead. I went to sit across him, Josie ran into my lap.

'' Roman... I didn't kiss him back. I pushed him away..'' the tears began falling.

He looked the other way and then down.

'' Please stop crying, I left because I needed to cool off and I am still fucking angry, you are still recovering so I am not in the mood for an argument right now.. so please leave me alone. ''

'' I'm sorry but I'm not going anywhere just because I'm recovering doesn't mean that I cant handle shit okay? Roman, I need you to trust me here, as soon as he kissed me all I could think about was you and I pushed him away!''

He ran his hand through his hair and looked at me, leaning forward closer to me. Josie had fallen asleep in my lap.

'' I trust you okay? Its just that if I have to go inside and face him right now... I'm just fucking pissed at the fact that he thinks he can just kiss you like that! When he has a girlfriend! ''

I wanted to give him a hug so badly, but I didn't want to wake Josie. '' So you aren't mad at me?''

He looked shocked and moved in closer, his legs now on each side of me and he gripped my hands in his.

'' I'm not mad at you at all, shit I'm sorry if I made it seem like that, that's the reason I left I didn't want to fight with you about him. I know you wouldn't do that, I trust you completely and I know you well enough to be able to tell whether you are lying or not''

'' Randy is just dealing with some stuff I guess, I'm not trying to defend him but there's lots of things that people don't really tend to know about him and he gets those days where he just does things without thinking...''

Randy was truly a complicated person, sure he seemed cocky and carefree to most people but there was so much more to him.

'' And this is why I wanted to cool off...'' He let go of my hands and ran both through his hair.

'' What do you mean?''

''I knew you would defend him. Mia the guy still loves you, you are so blind you cant even see it!''

I saw Daniel and Brie coming around the corner.

'' We just came to find Josie'' they took her from my lap and headed inside.

'' Roman he has a girlfriend they are completely happy together. He is just having an off night and I am not defending him !''

'' The fact that you don't even realize that you are doing it hurts me even more. You guys have a history Mia, a very deep history, you have known each other much longer and you guys have been on and off for who knows how long. The way you guys act around each other, I haven't really noticed it but when we would argue, I would really pay attention to it '' he was a bit insecure about my relationship with Randy.

I stood up , '' Roman he is like that with all of the divas, even the superstars, have you seen how he acts with John and Punk? I get that you get jealous and all that but you have nothing to worry about. Randy and I haven't been 'on' since I have been with you ! The last thing I want to do is hurt you, I broke off things with Paul for you. I want to be with you and only you!'' He stood up and faced me.

'' Yeah you broke off things with Paul hey... '' he folded his arms and rolled his eyes as he looked the other way.

'' What is that suppose to mean?''

'' Nothing Mia Nothing... I know that you love Randy but are you still in love with him?''

'' NO! Roman , the only person I am in love with is you! Can you please just try to forget what you saw, it doesn't matter okay? You have me! I share everything with you and you say you trust me but your actions say a completely different thing! If you cant trust me when I say that I want to be with you then I think we just need a break from each other...''

I didn't want to say it, but I was sick of these arguments. I broke off things with Paul thinking it would end but it hasn't.

I walked past him and felt his hand grip my arm.

The look on his face...

I got where he was coming from but I really couldn't deal with this almost every week.

He let go of my arm as I stood in front of him, waiting.

'' I don't want a break from us, Mia. I am sorry but its like your past keeps coming up whether it be him or Paul. I am man enough to admit that I am intimidated by them because even though I know everything about you now. They know everything about your past, what you went through before you came and found your dad and the fact that they know that part of you makes me afraid that because you have a different bond with them, you will leave me ''

He walked over to the wall and stood staring at me, his eyes shining from the tears wanting to escape. I just wanted to go over to him and kiss him, but I had never heard him admit this before.

'' I want to share it with you but the thing is that like you said, you know me now... I'm afraid that once you find out about my past you will leave, I don't want that to happen. Yes they know a greater part of me, but that shouldn't matter now because that's in the past okay? ''

'' I saw the engagement ring in your bag Mia, I saw it last week in the park..''

I walked over to him wanting to get rid of the distance.

'' Is that the reason why you are having these doubts of how I feel about you?''

He looked away. I tried to stop my laughter from breaking out through my tears but it was too late.

He looked at me angrily, '' I'm glad you find this funny''

He pushed himself off the wall and began walking away. I ran in front of him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

'' Roman, look at me. I'm sorry for laughing but... I honestly did break things off with Paul. I wouldn't lie to you about that.. I wanted to give the ring back, but he didn't want to accept it cause the ring was meant for me no one else and he threw it in my bag. I had just broken things off so I left it and arguing would have drawn more attention. You guys came to pick me up straight after so I hadn't had the chance to take it out''

Roman tried to contain his smile realizing how silly he had been.

He held me around my waist.

''So you really did break it off with him?'' he looked down at me.

'' Yessss Roman!'' I smiled up at him.

His hand cupped my cheek and wiped my tears away, '' Well I guess I should've asked you about it, but everything I just said that is how I really feel towards them. I'll tolerate them for you but if they step out of line like Randy did...''

'' I know you'll leave them in pain... so we are okay?''

'' I should be asking you that, you were ready to leave me!'' He narrowed his eyes.

'' There's a huge difference between taking a break and leaving you, I'd never be able to leave you unfortunately I love you too much!'' I teased and gave him a quick peck as I headed towards the front.

'' Unfortunately?! You should be very lucky you are still recovering Jane..'' I heard him behind me.

'' And if I wasn't?''

I smiled back at him while reaching for the door. '' That's for me to know baby girl''he winked at me as we stepped inside the lounge.

'' How long were we gone?'' Roman asked John who had walked out of the kitchen.

''About an hour, they had a drinking contest and well they all lost, the others are in the movie room'' He began picking up the bottles as I saw Randy coming out of the kitchen with a black eye.

I headed over to help John whilst I heard them apologise to each other and sort things out.

'' Beers anyone?'' they offered as they went into the kitchen.

'' Not for me, no alcohol remember?'' John nodded.

They disappeared into the kitchen.

'' I don't know how you are going to handle a month without alcohol'' John laughed and I punched his arm.

'' Hey we all love our alcohol ! I'll survive! So what did Randy have to say?''
