HELLO MY LOVELIES

WILL TONY FORGIVE STEVE OR WILL HE STAY ANGRY WITH HIM WELL YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OUT IN THIS 6 PART STORY.
I KNOW HOW TONY FEELS AS I GAVE ANXIETY AND ANXIETY ATTACKS and I have PTSD.

TONY POV.

It's been 2 month's since Steve battered me with his shield, the pain and grief they both coursed me, why didn't Steve tell me he was supposed to be my best friend and I hate him for this.

"Sir there are some people about to knock on the door sir" Friday replying to me, "who is it Friday" I ask Friday
"Sir it's captain America and his team, do I let them in" Friday replied to me, "yea I let them in as much as I don't want them any were near me" I tells Friday.

I open the door and captain America and his team was just standing there looking at me for help.
"Tony, please can you help us" Steve begs me
"You all might as well come in" I replied to Steve.
Steve tries to talk to me and I just walk away from him.

Steve had to bring that Barnes with him knowing I would not want him here.

"What, the fuck is he doing here" I said as I points to Barnes
"Tony, please as I said we need your help to keep bucky safe, please tony he's my friend, Ross is after him I can't let that happen" Steve begs me.
"Whatever just keep him away from me" I replied to Steve while I walked away from them and went in to my lab, why would I want to help them, they all had betrayed me but I will help them as long as they all stay away from me.

Later that day I went to make me self some coffee and Clint and tasha were talking in the Connor then you had Barnes and rogers having a drink of what looks like tea and then you had Wanda she was trying to get vision to forgive her, but he can't he is so protective of me that he would not talk to her and Sam was trying to say sorry to Roddy and that did not go well don't blame him.

Steve thinks I'm just going to forgive them both they are very wrong as that won't happen ant time soon.

Since I went through the wormhole I have been having nightmare they are getting bad I wake up having a panic attacks, Friday always GATS Bruce to help me when I have then, you see I have what's calls PTSD, and what rogers and Barnes did have only made it worse.

It can be hard when some thing triggers one of my attacks I do hate having them.

But I think of a place that is carming to me like running water a waterfall.

I have been given this technique that can help but not always does help.
1) allow your body to get comfortable and and become ready to use your imagination.
2) adopt a passive attitude before and during the relaxation so that you allow the images to appear - do not force them.
3) picture in your mind's eye a comfortable place that offers some safety and ease.
4) it it is difficult to picture a scene, visualise colours and shapes that you associate with comfort and calm.
5) involve all of your senses: smell, sight, touch, hearing and taste.
6) notice the sensation of relaxation.

For the past 2 days that is all rogers is doing is saying sorry, that he did what he thought was right, no he just do what he wanted to do and did no try to trust me.

"NO STEVE IF YOU HAD TRUSTED ME AND TOLD ME THE TRUTH WE WOULD NOT BE IN THIS MESS, THIS IS ALL YOU FAULT IT WAS YOUR SO CALLED BEST FRIEND THAT BEAT MY DAD TO DEATH AND THEN STARVED MY MUM OF OXYGEN, SO DON'T YOU TELL ME YOU DID WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS RIGHT, NOTHING ABOUT THIS IS RIGHT" I said with tears running down my face as I storms to my lab.
"Lock down Friday don't let any one in" tell Friday my A.I
"yea sir" Friday replied to me.
I stayed in my lab most of the day I just could not be in the same room as Rogers and want to hurt him.
Me and Friday are working on new thrusters for my ironman suit mark 85 it's going really well.
The thing is I just can't get what Barnes did winter soldier or not he still killed my dad and mum, that night I fell asleep in my lab.
