Samon jumped out of bed at the sound of his alarm. It was quite a bit earlier than usual, as he had plans to go look for (y/n) before he went to work, just as the others had planned to. He quickly got ready, grabbing his stuff as he walked out of the door. The first place he would stop would be the candy store. Everyone knew that (y/n) had somewhat of a sweet tooth. He pulled up and parked. Getting out of his car, he saw Kiji. Walking up to him, he spoke. "You here to look for (y/n) too?" "Yes, this seems like a plausible place to look" They both nodded as they set off, going through the isles of the store. No (y/n). 

Meanwhile

Hajime had bumped into Keshiro on his way to (favorite store). Though Kenshiro hated Hajime, they decided to put away their differences for a while. They agreed to look together. They walked through the rows of items. Their efforts were fruitless as they found no (y/n) at the end of their search. "The kid doesn't go out every day" Kenshiro nodded. "That is true." he thought back to the many times that you had to run to the post office. Though your trips had recently stopped, you used to make one at least every week. Now desperate for ideas, he said, "Maybe she would be at the post office. She used to go there quite often." They nodded and made their way to the post office. 

Meanwhile (again)

You rolled out of bed. Due to staying up later than usual last night, you were a bit groggy. 'i'll stop and get some (caffeinated drink) on my way to work' you thought as you got into uniform. You grabbed your bag and hopped into the car. You pulled out of the drive way and drove to the nearest (place that sells your drink). |A few minutes after you ordered your drink, it arrived.| or |A few minutes later, you walked out of the store, (the drink) in hand.| You sipped it on your way to work. You passed the post office and suddenly remembered that you had to send the letter. You turned around and went back. After you parked, you dug through your bag for the black envelope. Once you found it, you got out of the car. You pushed the door open, hearing the familiar tinkle of the bell. Walking up to the counter you nodded at the clerk. You gave a polite smile as you handed the envelope over. He raised his eyebrows as it was a little out of the ordinary to see this kind of envelope. Despite this, he asked no questions and took care of it for you. Just as you were about to walk out, you heard the tinkle of the bell, signifying that someone had opened the door. The person (or people) started to walk through the few isles the post office contained. Curious, as it was kind of early and there weren't that many people around, you look in their direction. The only thing you could see was a hat. 'a nanba hat' you added in your mind. Though you couldn't see the symbol on it due to the person facing sideways, you could tell it was a hat that a guard or supervisor would wear. You froze. 'they wouldn't be here' you tried to move, but you couldn't. 'why would they be here?' you shook your head, trying to convince yourself that it was just your paranoia. You were intently watching the hat, willing the person to turn to look at something in the isle so you could see the symbol. When that person did, your heart dropped. The hat had the same symbol as Hajime's hat did. Then, that person began talking to who you thought to be the other person that walked in with him. "I don't think she's here" Yep. It was definitely Hajime. "I knew it was a long shot." 'Kenshiro's here too!?' you thought frantically to yourself. 'I have to get out of here.' You were about to try to walk out of the building unnoticed, when the bell tinkled again. You hid behind a display case that was right next to you. Peaking over the edge, you saw that it was Kiji and Samon. 'well crap' you thought. They would find you for sure at this rate. They all started to speak. Kiji spoke first. "Samon and I checked the candy store, (second favorite store), (another place you like to go), and (a place you go often). No sign of (y/n)" 'Crap. They're looking for me.' you thought to yourself, now crouched behind the display case. They were all standing near the door. They would see you if you made a run for it. There were no other doors, as it was a small post office. Your only escape was blocked. That was when you heard Samon's voice. "Maybe she's at work already?" You heard several grunts of agreement. A sigh was heard. "The Warden said she was safe. We should trust that she's telling the truth." it was Kenshiro. 'he really did go to the Warden.' you thought, sweat dropping. "Well, it's time to go anyways. We can look more later." that was definitely Hajime. Just as they were about to walk away, Kiji spoke. "Hang on, I think Trois and Honey's outfits came in today." After that, you heard foot steps in your direction. Your heart started to beat faster. Your mind was racing as you looked for a way out. 'i'm going to have to make a run for it' you thought. They would see you, but your car was unlocked and running. You would have a head start. You got into a running position. Just as the foot steps were about to reach you, you bolted. Several gasps were heard, followed by the sound of people running after you. You tuned out their shouts. You slung open the door before getting in and slamming it shut. They were almost to you now. Not bothering to buckle up, you put it in reverse as you slammed on the gas. You made eye contact with Samon as you pulled away. He had stopped running. 'He looks so... defeated' you thought to yourself gloomily. You were now speeding down the road. You tugged on your seat-belt. You looked in your rear view mirror, only to see their cars chasing after you. You decided to take a shortcut only you knew about. You took a series of sharp turns before ending up back on the main road. You lost them. Your heart slowed down as you quickly made your way to building 8's parking lot. Still shook from what had just happened, you grabbed your bag and walked into the building, trying to prepare yourself to see Enki again. You didn't notice the cloaked figure watching you from the shadows.
