Chapter XLVI
JIMIN'S POV
I guess you can never escape fate, Mina. I was astounded when Mina caught Hyorin noona's bouquet. It made me only think of an idea which is her arrangement. I can still remember her thoughts when we talked about her marriage two years ago. I can tell how she hated the idea of being married off to a stranger just because of business.
We met gazes, but she looked away first. She usually does that whenever our eyes meet and I don't know what to feel. It hurts, slightly. I don't want to be mad at her for hurting me because I believe that I deserve every pain that I caused her. It's my karma.
"Okay, Ms. Myoui caught the bouquet! Congratulations!" They started cheering Mina. I noticed the guy beside her, carrying a baby. It's the same man whom I saw at the grocery store the other day. I don't know if they're relatives, but I thought of them as a couple. He whispered something to her which made her frown. "Guests, you may proceed to the reception." The announcer said. They started walking towards the door and Mina passed by me.
"Congratulations," I told her. She looked at me quickly and just nodded. I breathed deeply and held my chest. "It hurts even though I don't have the right to be." I whispered. I followed the other guests and when I was finally outside the church, I heard a familiar voice. I looked for the owner of that voice and saw her. She seemed hurt, pained.
I was concerned when I saw Sana. Her eyes are swollen and her nose and cheeks are red from crying. "God, what happened to you?" I cupped her cheeks and then she hugged me and cried on my chest. Actually, I'm not mad at her for leaving me. She didn't tell me any reasons why she did, but through some people, I knew why. She came back to her ex-boyfriend and that's the least information that I have about her right now.
"T-Tae..." she sobbed. "...I-I caught him cheating." She was talking about her boyfriend, idiot. "It hurts so much, Chim."
"Hey, hey, hey," I whispered and caressed her back. Her hug tightened. I can feel that she wants someone to be with her until she becomes okay. "Don't cry anymore. You don't deserve him. You shouldn't have gone back to him. You just hurted yourself."
"I-I don't know what to do anymore, Jimin. I've lost you, lost him...and I lost myself." I cupped her face and stared at her. Those honey eyes that I once fell in love with are filled by tears. I wiped her tears using my handkerchief and sighed.
"You still have me, okay?" I caressed her head. "Let's get you home."

MINA'S POV
"Oh? Jimin is going with that girl?" Joshua seemed surprised when he took Sana inside his car. "He won't go to the reception then."
"It's so funny to see him like this," I chuckled. "He's engaged, yet he's still in touch with his ex-girlfriend. Jimin and his harem."
"You're part of that harem, Mina." He jested.
"Nope."
"You fell for him remember?"
"I almost did, Hong." I corrected him. He just hummed and drove to the reception.
Catching the bouquet... I sighed. I actually don't want to believe at that kind of tradition. Catching bouquets will signify your wedding? Psh. That's pure bullshit. It's just a superstition; a belief. It's not something that people should believe at easily without evidence.
"What are you thinking of besides how handsome am I?"
I looked at him with a pokerface, "Your jokes are not funny."
"How is my beautiful face a joke?" He acted so shocked. He then pulled the breaks because it's a red light. "C'mon, tell me something." He looked at me, a hand on the wheel while the other one is on the hand break.
I looked away and heaved a sigh. I watched the different kinds of people from inside the car. They're the same people whom I saw last time; last two years. The vendors, sales people--everyone. They did not change.
Joshua continued on driving until we arrived at the reception. Of course, a lot of people were inside already when we got there and I did not escape the questions regarding Jimin since we were the last ones who saw him drive away with Sana.
"Mina, did you see Jimin?" Hyorin unnie asked.
I smiled a bit, "Yep. We saw him before we go."
"Is he coming?"
Should I tell a lie? Tell the truth? "I don't know. He left with his woman."
"Dahyun?"
"Sana." She petrified when I truthfully answered her. I guess she did not see it coming. Well, I was, too, but things happen.
"Is he...two-timing?" She gasped.
I shrugged my shoulders, "I don't know and I don't care." Unnie sighed and told me to sit with the guests. She led me and Josh with Youngbin towards the table of Moonbyul unnie and Solar unnie.

DAHYUN'S POV
I saw Jimin stop by an unfamiliar house. It's my first time seeing that house and I don't know why he came to this area because he knows no one in our neighborhood besides me. I was about to run towards him and greet him, but I stopped when he opened the car's door for...Sana. I hid and observed them from afar as I hold my chest, telling it not to get hurt because what I'm seeing right now is totally nothing. Right, Dahyun. Believe that this is nothing.
Jimin cupped Sana's face and told her something that I couldn't hear. He cups my face like that and looks at me like that way, too. I guess I'm not the only one, huh? Then, they both shared a hug that stung right through my heart and lastly...
...Jimin kissed Sana's forehead.
I held back my tears and decided not to look. I continued my way home and walked through the sidewalk. I can't stop thinking about Jimin's gestures towards her. I thought they broke a long time ago already, but why is he still in touch with her ex?
I heard a few horns and looked back. It was Jimin and he had his car's windows rolled down. "Jagi! Where are you going?" He asked, smiling, as if nothing happened.
I sniffed and let out a smile, "I-I'm headed home."
"I'll drive you home. Hop in," I wanted to refuse, but he hopped off already and opened the car's door for me. I hesitated, but I still went inside because I don't want to worry or disappoint him. "You look really tired today, jagi."
"I'm sleep deprived," he just hummed a yes and held my hand while his other hand is on the steering wheel. These are the hands that held her earlier. "How was the wedding?" I asked him. He looks really handsome with his stylish coat, but I can't help but to think that Mina unnie is with him as well since she came to the wedding.
I looked down and played with the engagement ring he gave me before. He promised me a wedding that is as grand as the ones I've dreamt of as a kid.
"Mina caught the bouquet," he chuckled. "She's arranged, you know." Arranged. It made me gulp and remember what Mina unnie had told me yesterday.
"Jagi," he stopped the car since we're in front of my house already. He looked at me with such innocent look and it made me hesitate to ask him for the truth, but I gathered all the courage inside me and asked. "Are you arranged?" His face became serious. His smile faded in an instant and I knew. Mina unnie was telling the truth. Damn you, Jimin.
"Where did you get that?" He asked.
"P-People talk, you know." I lied. "Are you arranged?" I repeated.
"Yes, but I have my ways--"
"--thank you for telling the truth." I cut him, gave him the ring and hopped off from his car.
