that evening maggie had set about making a delicious dinner for them and shelby rachel still didnt know how she felt about shelby been back.

before she knew it there was a knock on the door sebastian got up off the couch where they had been sat cuddling to answer the door.

rachel got up and followed him as he opened the door there was shelby with beth and a bunch of flowers for maggie.

" hi" sebastian said

sebastian went to help maggie bring the plates thtough from the kitchen maggie had brought the high chair she had bought ready for when jacob was older nto the diningnroom so beth could join them for dinner.

" she is they both are fantastic parents jacob is one of the most content happy babies i have known" maggie said warmly.

" are you back at school yet" shelby asked

" im working from home since my dads..." rachel said

" seb is the year below her and he plans to go to college in new york too so ghen they will graduate together so niether would be away from jacob. " maggie said rachel had an unusual feeling she couldnt shake off the feeling that maggie didnt like shelby.

" right now i am focused on my son but i do infact hope to go to nyada a year later than planned" rachel said

they all got up sebastian picked jacob up and carried him though with him shelby sat down next to rachel sebastian looked annoyed but didnt say anything he sat down next to maggie.

" could i have a word with rachel alone " shelby asked

" would that be alright with you rachel " maggie asked rachel nodded maggie sebastian left the room taking jacob with him.

" rachel i have to ask why on earth did you keep him" shelby asked rachel was floored she couldnt believe whst shelby had just asked.
