rachel hadnt really slept that well she had woken during the night crying about her dads after seeing the clock and thqt it was past midnight and was officially her birthday.

as rachel woke up that morning she woke to find a pair of perfect green eyes looking at her her heart swelled with pride as she tuck in the sight of jacob he was laid next to her on the bed wearing a blue all in one with a photo of her on it and the words its my mommy's birthday. he was smiling at her she smiled bacl and tickled his tummy making him laugh.

" morning" sebastian said she had been so smitten with jacob she hadnt even noticed sebastian was in the room until he spoke.

" morning" rachel said

" happy birthday" he said leaning over her to kiss her.

" thank you" rachel said

" so your officially eighteen which means im your toyboy" sebastian said rachel giggled.

" so you like our sons outfit" sebastian asked

" its adorable " rachel said picking jacob up who seemed to be in a very smiley mood.

" he is clean dry and fed speaking of fed your breakfast awaits" sebastian said

" ok can i have a quick shower before" rachel asked

" ofcourse i will take this little one downstairs" sebastian said taking jacob from her.

rachel made her way to the ensuite bathroom she heard sebastian talking away in his baby voice to jacob has he tuck him out of the room.

as rachel stood in the shower she felt weird she was excited about today it was her first birthday a a mom but it was tingued with grief for her dads.

after her shower she walked into bedroom to find sebastian stood looking out of the window

" hey" rachel said holding her towel round her

" i came to see if you were alright i think when im in the shower so i wanted to know you were alright. Although you probably have a vision of me in the shower now so your probably a very happy girl right now" rachel said rachel giggled.

" i hope your giggling because your embarrassed by that and not hinking of my body as anyhing short of perfection." sebastian said rachel was now blushing.

" well atleast your face is warm i will leave you while you dress come down when your ready" sebastian asked before walking over to her kissing her before leaving.

once she was ready she headed downstairs to see a huge pile of presents piled up in the living room and a delicious smell coming from the kitchen.

as rachel opened the kitchen door she saw maggie had made quite a feast for breakfast sebastian was stood holding jacob who cried for her as she walked in.

" is mommy here" sebastian said to jqcpb as he walked over and handed him to her.

" happy birthday rachel" maggie said hugging her.

" thank you" rachel said

" you go and sit down seb and will bring breakfast through " maggie said

a few minutes later they were sat eating maggid had made pancakes and eggs and bacon and fduit platters.

" so did you see your presents" sebastian asked

" yeah i did when did they bring them" rachel asked

" they" sebastian asked

" yeah our friends " rachel said

" those presents are from jacob and me and my mom" sebastian said

" you didnt have to..." rachel started to say

" yes i did plus jacob was very involved in the purchases wasnt you little man" sebastian said

" yes jacob was quite insistent on a few of them" maggie said smiling at sebastian.

" yes we might have a diva on our hands" sebastian said

after breakfast they went through to the living room where no sooner had she sat down maggie tuck jacob and sebastian handed her a  large flat present. rachel tore off the wrapping to find a a huge photo frame off all the old photoes she had had onnher bedroom walls plus some new ones. some of jacob some of her and sebastian and her and quinn.

" thank you" rachel said seeing a photo of her dads.

" now this one " sebastian said handing her a small present bag.

" this is from jacob" sebastian said as she opened the bag to find a small square jewellery box inside were gold start stud earrings.

" gold stars" rachel said

" he knows his mommy" sebastian said

" thank you" rachel said

" dont thank me wasnt anyhing to do with me" sebastian said

" thank you baby" rachel said holding jacob's hand.

" now this" sebastian said handing her  another present rachel opened it to find a brand new dressing gown.

" its so soft" rachel said

" give her one for me seb" maggie said as she  bounced jacob on her knee.

" ok" sebastian said handing her an envelope  from maggie rachel opened it to find a voucher for a baby photographer session.

" thank you" rachel said

" i thought seen as jacob is so photogenic and he is growing so fast you would like some photos of him at this age" maggie said

" thank you" rachel said feeling emotional

" another one from jacob" sebastian said passing her another present whoch was a stunning palw pink satinprom style dress.

" its gorgeous " rachel exclaimed as she got it out of the box.

" he really does have good taste" sebastian said

" did you choose this for me" rachel said to jacob

" he did" sebastian said

" now another one from me" sebastian said he handed her a bag which she opened to find some bathbombs.

" thank you" rachel said

" another from me seb. " maggie said sebastian handed her the largest present of them all rachel tore it open to find a foot spa with several oils.

" thank you " rachel said

" i think i heard a car" sebastian said getting up and walking to the front door then it was manic as the new directions piled into the house all carrying gifts.

" oh my god you guys" rachel said getting uo to hug them.

" diva" kurt said hugging her tight

" hey" rachel said

" ok  my present first incase it accidentally gets sat on" artie said passing her a large flat present which as she tore itnopen and saw what it was she burst into tears artie had sketched  a photo of jacob taken the day he was born.

" thank you" rachel said

" artie thats amazing " sebastian said as he looked at it.

" artie thats incredible " blaine said

" thank you" artie said

" ok my present next" santana said handing her a medium sized present bag which radhsl opened to find an assortment of things. including sweets a dvd a cd some body lotion and a pack of condoms which made rachel look at santana given maggie was sat next to her.

" your welcome" santana said nobody knew about what was in the bag though rachel saw quinn giving santana  a look.

" ok mine" quinn said handing her an envelope which had a spa voucher inside it.

" i thought we could go together " quinn said

" i would like that" rachel said

" diva this is from me blaine mercedes sam puck finn tina and mike" kurt said handing her an envelope which had two tickets to new york.

" just because you wont be in new york for college next term it doesnt mean you cant visit me there are six as we hoped you jacob and sebastian would could come around Christmas" kurt said

" wow guys thank you" rachel said

she opened the rest of her presents which were some more bathbombs some make up a pair of silver sparkly  shoes. some chocolates some cupcakes and. photo of all the new directions and thw warblers which had been signed by them all.

" thank you so much" rachel said

" right then we will be off see you later birthday" kurt said

aftwr they had all left rachel had taken jacob from mggie and was cuddling him as sebastian returned having walked her friends out.

" right then  best put this on " sebastian said handing a cardigan to her.

" what" rachel asked

" best put this on " sebastian said

" i thought we were staying in" rachel asked amused

" thats because thats what i told you now seriously put your cardigan on and lets get going" sebastian said

" i best take jacob " maggie said as rachel stood up.

a few minutes later she was in sebastian's car who looked extremely pleased with himself rachel spent the entire drive asking where they were going but he wouldnt give in and tell her...
