Hello everyone...this story was On hold because I wanted to update some of my other stories but now it's back hehe..^^

Actually I am thinking of ending this story soon so...that's what I was thinking when I wasn't updating...well yeah!

Okay let's start!

"Why the sudden confession?...I love you too Mei."

"Can I ask you something?"

"Yes..."

"Can you always be by my side even if you don't love me anymore?"

"You idiot....I will always be by your side...I promise...I will always be by your side and tell you how much I love you."

Everything seemed wonderful.Everything seemed perfect.But you know life is full of changes.Bad changes or good changes.Both affect us in their own way.Both create new situations.Both make our life completely different.Both can make us sad.....

"You were really happy that day Mei.From when you first met him till the day you came back from that trip.I remember clearly that you called me when you were coming back while Jongin was sleeping only to tell me how happy you were about what happened.I told you everything you've told me that happened between you and him.You don't hate that man...you love him Mei."I said."You have to believe me Mei.I'm your best friend...."

"...This is impossible!Don't joke around Helena.I've been listening to this story about me and Jongin since I woke up.I can't feel anything about him.I DON'T love that man.As if I could love a beast."She raised her voice.This is more painfull for me than I've thought.I can't look at my friend denying her happiness.

"Anyway...want me to help you with something?Bring you something?"

"I can do it on my own Helena,thank you.Even if I can't move with ease now I still have strength."She smiled but I know she is sad that she can't walk.

"I'll let you rest for now Mei....I'll come again tomorrow and I'll bring you some photos which might make you remember some things.Bye"I waved at her and she nodded.I walked out Mei's house and looked up at the winter sky.It's so quite but so unexpected....like our life.

Mei has lost her memory.When she was coming back from the summer trip with Jongin...that night a car hit her.The cruelty of people....they didn't even care about her.If we had find her sooner she wouldn't have suffered so much.She was kept in the hospital without giving us a single hope of waking up for four months.

*Flashback*

"MEI MEI!!!NO!DON'T LET MY DAUGHTER DIE!PLEASE SAVE HER!"Mei's mom screamed.

"WHERE IS MEI??!!"Jongin appeared.He is full of sweat.He must have been running so fast to come here."HELENA WHERE IS SHE??"He asked me as he grabbed me from my shoulders.His eyes are scary.No actually sad.I still can't get what's happening.

"She's...she's in the emergency.She's in a bad condition!...the car hit her head and waist...her spine is in a bad state....that's all I know..."I managed to say as tears started falling down my cheeks.Everything seemed dark.My chest started hurting so much.I knelt down!Jongin tried to help me but I couldn't get up.I looked at Mei's parents.Their faces are wet from the tears....their souls seem in pain....their daughter could die.

*End of flashback*

And now since the day all these happened Mei is at home.She isn't able to walk but the doctors are positive that this is something provisional.She will probably be able to walk again in some months or so we hope.She is attending school normally.Even if sometimes is difficult for her I can clearly see that she's trying her best.She doesn't want to bother us because she isn't able to walk properly.

Everything is as it was before.The only thing that changed is her love.Her love for Jongin.It's so cruel she can't remember what happened after she met him.It's like all the wonderful memories are gone.Like life doesn't want her to be happy.How unfair is this....

*Flashback*

"Mei!You finally woke up.I was afraid I would lose you."Mei's mom hugged her tight as Mei opened her eyes.

"Mom.....is that you?"

"Yes it's me...Right Mei."She said as she kissed Mei's forehead.

"Why am I here...Is this a hospital?"Mei asked.

"Don't worry about this Mei.Just tell us that you're okay now."Jongin managed to say.I could see he was about to cry from happiness.He approached Mei but she didn't seem to be happy.

"W-who are you?"Mei is scared.I know this look of hers.What the hell is happening?

"It's me Mei.You don't remember me?I'm Jongin...My angel what happened?"Jongin touched her cheeks.

"DON'T touch me!"Mei screamed.She hit Jongin.

"Mei what are you doing??!"I shouted in wonder.

"Who is that man?!I don't know him."Jongin looked like a dead body in a beautiful scenery.

*End of flashback*

Jongin tried to make her remember so many times but she was against it.She is back when she hated all men.She can't believe in him.

*Flashback*

"Can't you remember when I first met you...when I first told you I love you?"

"N-no....I don't remember anything...I'm sorry...even if I loved you then...now I..."

"It's okay Mei...I'm just glad that you can be by my side safe and sound.I'm happy for this...!"

*End of flashback*

I also tried to make her remember...I told her everything...the whole story of her and Jongin.She was telling me everything after all.I found some photos of her with Jongin in her camera.Her mother gave it to me.She said that it's better for me to show her.These are from their trip.I will show her tomorrow.Jongin will come to talk to her too..I hope we'll achieve something.

But except from that I think that she knows,deep inside her soul,that Jongin is someone important to her.She isn't so cheerful as before.It's like something is missing and she knows it.And expect the first time she saw Jongin after she woke up now she seems to accept him somehow.

Jongin's P.O.V.

"Any progress?"Taemin asked me.We finally ended our practice.I can go change and visit Mei.I will try something different than just talking to her about us.

"No....she still hasn't remembered anything..."I answered.

"You love her so much right?"He asked and I wore my jacket.

"You don't need to ask that..."I got up and we started walking till the exit of Sm.

"Then don't give up...I know you can't even imagine of giving up now but if you feel weak think of what I told you...don't give up Jongin."He really is such a wise person.I'm glad Taemin is a good friend.

"Thank you so much..."He hugged me.A friend's hug is the best medicine.I left and walked till Mei's house."Should I go??Of course..yes!"I told myself and pushed the doorbell button of her house.

"Hello Jongin...!"Her mother opened the door and greeted me.

"Hello...How are you?"I asked while bowing.

"I'm fine...Mei is in the kitchen."

"Oh thank you...!"I said and started walking slowly till the kitchen.I saw Mei drinking some water.She isn't aware of me because she's listening to music with her earphonesnShe is so beautiful...Her weak body now...the fact that she's unable to walk now...all these make her look so fragile but I know that she's strong.This is something that makes me feel like she's more beautiful...like a newborn child that is unable to do some things but is still strong to live.It sounds stupid I know...but I don't know how else I could describe what I feel.I wish I could hug her....I wish I could kiss her...I wish I could tell her how much I love her now."Mei..."I said and she turned to face me.

"You....why are you here again?I told you I can't remember anything...Don't waste your time for me."She said.Even if she insists I go I can't.

"Jongin let me show her something first."Helena suddenly walked in the kitchen.

"What is it Helena?"I asked in wonder.

"Some photos....you didn't take much photos...almost at all,but at your trip you took some I found in your camera Mei...Your mom actually gave it to me..."She said and I felt somehow relieved.

''Show me Helena but I still don't think things will change..."Mei said.Helena showed her but I wasn't able to look.Or better I didn't want to look.I will leave the past behind.I decided that I will make Mei fall for me again.Even if she can't remember I will make her mine again.

"Can't you remember anything?"Helena asked Mei but she hesitated.

"No...even if I loved this man before now I don't feel anything...Jongin I'm sorry but..."She said and looked at me.Her expression literally killed me.Why is she sorry about that?

"Mei."I whispered.

"Yes..."

"Let's go out...for a walk."I said and she seemed surprised.

"Can I really trust you Jongin?"She asked me.

"You will answer this yourself."I smiled and held her wheelchair to help her move.

"U-ugh let me wear something better."

"It's okay.Just wear a jacket so you won't catch a cold.You're beautiful whatever you're wearing."I told and gave her her jacket.She wore it and we exited the house.

"I-I can do it on my own..."She said and I left her move her wheelchair of her own."Where will we go?"

"I don't know...."I admitted."Where do you want to go??"I asked and she looked at me.She seems like she's thinking.

"I want to drink hot chocolate."

"As you want my lady.Hehe!"I chuckled and she grinned."....I missed your smile...."

"W-what?"Her eyes widened.She is so cute.I know she is embarrassed.

"I'm just saying...you should smile more...!"

"O-oh...I see..."She looked away.She's such a perfect creature...so simple but wonderful.We went to a cafe and we ordered two caps of hot chocolate.''It's so nice to drink hot chocolate in the winter..."She said and drank a little.

"I didn't know you liked hot chocolate...."

"How you were my boyfriend and you didn't know that?"She asked me full of surprise.

"I met you in winter but we came closer after some time so yeah..."I said.It's nice to know new things about her even when I know her so well.

"Well you should have asked me."

"Then can I ask you?Tell me more things about you Mei..."

"U-ugh that's so sudden...I will tell you when these happen...I can't really say something now...ugh..."

"Haha..."I laughed.

"What??Why are you laughing?"She frowned.

*Flashback*

"What should we do now?I have some free time before I'll go practise."

"Let's just sit down.I want to stay with you like this...."Mei said and sat on the bench of the park near my house."You know I was thinking that even if we're a couple I don't really know many things about you...and you probably don't know many things about me too...I guess..!"

"Yeah that's true...Then tell me mote things about you."I asked and hugged her.

"U-ugh...you're asking this so suddenly...I can't come up with something...when these happen I'll tell you hehe..."She chuckled and I kissed her head.

"Then the same goes for me..."

*End of flashback*

"Why are you laughing?"

"Haha it's nothing...don't worry about that."I smiled and she drank some of her chocolate.

"You know....I was thinking of changing something on me...like my hairstyle."She suddenly said.

"You want to cut your hair??"

"How did you know?"She asked surprised!

"Those romantic books and movies you're watching are bad....don't think that because of a big change the protagonist needs to always cut her hair...your hair is beautiful like this."Her eyes widened in heard of my words.

"O-Oh...let me make my fairytale as I want it too...I want to see how the protagonists of those stories feel...t-that's why....well..."She said with a pout.

"Damn..."

"What is it again??"She raised her voice.

"Stop being so cute!"I exclaimed.

"I-i-i-I'm not cute!"

"Well that's what you think...."

"Idiot..."She frowned and I smirked.

"Hehe..."This is a good start.I will try hard to reach her heart once again......

So many changes but this was supposed to happen from when I started the story hehe....Sorry I made it happen so suddenly hehe..^^
