heres a taste of what kind of art im trying to make

i have the ability to make these drawings , but the only thing stopping me is coloring . notice how the photo on the top has a gray ish type of pastel color . I absolutly love drawings like this , because the entire theme is a color .

Me on the other hand , i genuinly have no idea how to do this . So what im trying to achieve is this , ( NOT THe drawing LMAoaoOOOO The color scheme ofc foc foco foc ofc ofc)

HOW DO ARTISTS DO THIS ??? EVEYRTIME I DO IT IT COMES OUT COPLETLTY DIFFERENT

and then something else i like about these type of drawings is the sketchy type of lineart . in my opinion , when your lineart is just straight and thin , its just boring , yknow ? In most of these artworks the lineart is very sketchy and messy , which in my opinion brings more spice into drawings . 

these type of drawings are what i love the most , and what im trying to draw . as i the style mostly . 

the lineart and simplicity of the drawing just looks so much more better than some other over the top fancy lineart drawings , yknow ?

i love this type of style sm , i think its called 2000s anime kinda
