You sat far away from anyone, knees in your chest watching everyone 

You just sat deep in your thoughts until Klaus came over to you 

"hey Y/n, you alright" he said sitting beside you 

You looked at him and back, "i'm sorry Diego's such a...douche bag" he said and you nodded 

Klaus was at a loss of words, "what are you doing with Five, aren't you in an organization"  

You nodded, "well, i lost everything and he's the only thing i have left" you said holding onto your bear 

"i like your bear, its pretty, besides for the...red stain" he said and you looked at it 

"it reminds me of my old friends" you said and he seemed concerned 

"your old friends, what happened" he asked and you teared up 

"well they died...by your brother and sister" you said as a tear dropped

Klaus seemed to have pitty for you "have you lost a lot of people in your life" he said

"everyone" you said and he stopped talking, feeling guilty 

"i'm sorry" he said "don't be, you didn't know" you said swinging your feet 

Klaus felt so bad, "well, i lost someone too only to find out he doesn't want me"

You looked at him puzzled "who" he sighed "his name was dave, i tried to save him but i'm no superhero" he said and you patted his hand 

"its okay, you'll get used to it" you said and he looked at you "are you used to it" 

You looked at him, "well not really, i just want to find someone, and i want them to stay forever, i don't want them to die anymore" you said as you pulled something out of your pocket 

"what's that" Klaus asked and you showed it to him 

"Its a picture i found, It's my friends, his name was Axel, It's him and his brothers my old friends"

He took the picture looking at it closely "hey, that man" he said pointing to Otto 

"I've seen him, but where" you looked at him excitedly 

"where" you said with a smile, it was the first time Klaus had seen you smile

He then remembered, it was the man that was dead...on Alison's couch

He looked at you and handed back the photo and you put it in your pocket, 

"i'm sorry kiddo, i can't remember" he said and you sighed 

"wanna go back over there" you nodded, "i want Five" you said and he rolled his eyes 

"so your a Five's girl" he said and you looked at him funny

"like mama's boy and daddy's girl" he said and you still were stunned 

You walked back over to Five holding onto him, he patted your head and you grabbed his hand

You watched what they were watching, it ended soon after and you looked up at Five 

"their saying i instigated the riot, that's unbelievable" Alison said 

"look the good news is that we restored the timeline and we stopped doomsday" Luther said 

"yeah a bunch of real goddamn heroes, we let Kennedy die" Diego said

"yeah and now we're officially the most wanted people in the world, besides for her" Alison said pointing at you, you stuck your tongue out at her

"the FBI is after us, the Dallas police, the Secret service, i mean its only a matter of time until they hunt us down here" she said 

"where are we supposed to go" Vanya said 

"i have this Yurt outside Reykjavik, we could totally lay low there, the folks there are a little weird but lovely" Klaus said 

"are you guys always like this" you asked Five "tell me about it" he said while sighing 

"hey numb nuts, hiding's out not gonna make a difference here" he said 

"the commission will hunt you guys down, wherever and whenever you go" you said 

"what about you" Klaus said "i work for them" you said and he nodded 

"the kids right, they'll never stop" Diego said 

"i'm sorry, since when are you an expert on the commission" Five said 

"since i got back from there" Diego said and you looked at him 

"what" you and Five said in union 

"yeah, they headhunted me, offered me a job full time with benefits which i had to turn down" he said 

"they, headhunted you...the village idiot" Five said 

"what, am i not allowed to be headhunted, only the almighty Five needs to be in demand" Diego said and you nodded 

"Diego you're not commission material all right, got an obstinate nature to ya" Five said

"who do you think it was that figured out Vanya was the one that causes doomsday and stopped it, me" Diego said 

"Hey" Klaus added in "it was me, i figured it all out on the infinite switchboard" 

"you were on the infinite switchboard" you said in awe 

"hell yeah, i made that machine my bitch, y'all need to recognize i got shit going on y'all  don't even know about" Diego said and you scoffed 

"i'm sorry, you have things going on" Allison said    

"look i met the resistance in their secret lair all right, i went through orientation and i passed and i stopped doomsday" Diego said 

"at least i wasn't busy playing with myself" Diego added in 

"can you dispense with the dick-measuring for five minutes" Allison added in 

"unless you can literally 'cause Ben and i-" Klaus tried to say but Luther interrupted him 

"we don't have time for this the FED's could be here any minute" Luther said yelling and everyone kept arguing 

You started to get worried with the loud arguing, it brought back memories 

You held your ears shut dropping your bear, sitting on the ground laying against Five's leg

You heard nothing until you felt a tap on your head, you looked up to see Five and he grabbed your hands off your ears

"they stopped" he said and you gave him grabby hands, he sighed and picked you up

"whatever's going on with Harlan i think i caused it" Vanya said having no idea what she was talking about 

"how" Luther asked 

"he drowned and somehow i was able to bring him back to life and now its like were connected" she said 

"what does that even mean" Luther asked 

"i don't know i can't explain it but i know that he needs my help...and i need your help too, i'm scared and for the first time in my life, i don't wanna do it alone" she said and you felt bad for her 

"look, i'm sorry we have other priorities right now" Diego said 

"Diego's right for once, we need to make our stand here and now" Five said and they all looked sad

"what now" you said as Vanya walked off, Five set you back down even though you didn't want to be put down 

They all looked around and Klaus got up and came over to you 

"i'll see you when i see you, y/n" he said kissing your head and walking off 

He was an odd man, until Allison and Diego walked off as well 

"where are they going" you asked Five "where we need to go" he said grabbing your hand bringing you along

You walked to a teal car and Five looked in only to see Klaus in his seat 

"Five...you don't have too-" "i know, you owe me one sis" Five said 

"children ride in the back" Five said and Klaus climbed out of his seat and he sat down 

You stood looking at Five "are you coming" Five asked you and you thought 

You looked at Diego and Allison, "hey, it'll be okay" he said noticing you were worried

You climbed into Five's lap and held your bear closely, "guys i don't know what to say" Vanya said 

You heard the trunk open and you looked back to see Luther, the whole car sunk down

"anyone makes a fat joke and i'm outta here" Luther said and Vanya drove off 

~Time Skip~

You all arrived at the farm only to see it was snowing?

They all excited the car and Five helped you out, it was very cold

A woman with a gun came out yelling 

"all you just get the hell back" the lady yelled 

"hey, hey whats wrong" Vanya said running up to the woman 

"Carl" is all she said 

"what did he do to you" Vanya asked 

"he's-he's dead, Harlan tossed him aside like a rag doll, same way you sent those police man flyin', what did you do to him" she said

"Vanya what the hall did you do to my son" she said yelling as you huddled against Five trying to stay warm 

"we don't have time for this" Diego said walking towards her "where the hell do you think you're going" the woman yelled 

"to help you son" Diego said "look sissy, i found my family these are my brothers and my sister" Vanya said 

"were you lyin' to me the whole time" she said "of course not" Vanya said 

"look i didn't know who i was but i do now, and we are not the monsters they say we are, we did not kill the president we are not terrorists, we're not here to hurt anyone" Vanya said 

"then...who are you" she said, "the only one who can help Harlan" Vanya said and she looked at ease 

Then you all went to the barn only to see a young boy with powers, "Harlan?" Vanya yelled as you all went in 

"Harlan its Vanya" she yelled out to the boy "look, Harlan i know you're really scared but i can help you, i need you to listen to me okay, can you do that" she yelled and her powers turned on 

She walked into the force field the boy had around him, you watched her until you saw a blue light 

"did you see that too" Klaus asked you and you nodded, you both walked out to see two woman, oh shit, it was The Handler and Lila, Diego's girlfriend?

"uh...guys" Klaus yelled out "what" Diego said 

"ah shit" Diego said and everyone started to group around you 

"who are they" Klaus asked "one's The Handler and the other one is Diego's girlfriend" Five said as you moved closer to him 

"Lila, that's my ex girlfriend" Diego added in "you know what, it doesn't matter they both look angry" Luther added in 

"well our brother has that effect on people" Allison added 

"i'm gonna go find out that they want, you guys stay with Vanya and the kid" Five said 

"i'm coming too" Diego added in as you watched them try to walk away, you grabbed Fives arm and he looked back at you 

"i want to come" you said "y/n i don't think-" "i'm coming" you said and Five sighed "fine, lets go" Five said and Diego looked at you "i like this kid" you looked at him confused 

You walked out to the two women "i love the smell of that fresh country air don't you darling" The Handler said "makes me want to vomit" Lila said 

"what do you want" Five said cutting to the chase "to watch you suffer" Lila said 

"what about me" Diego asked "you're not even worth my wrath" Lila said 

"easy, we're here on official business" The Handler said "and what business is that" Five asked 

"as the head of the commission, I've decided to eliminate the criminals responsible for the assassination on the former board of directors" she said 

"yeah right, we didn't kill the board" Diego said "uh actually Diego, that's not entirely accurate" Five said and you looked up at him in amazement 

"you didn't tell them...oh Five" The Handler said "Five what the hell did you do" Diego asked 

 "what i had to, to get my family home until somebody reneged on our deal" Five said 

"somebody wouldn't have reneged if somebody could've met a simple deadline, alas" The Handler said 

"you set him up to fail" you said and she smiled at you 

"well he set himself up to fail, him and his brothers and sisters, kinda the running theme of his life isn't it" she said and you scowled at her 

"dude, i can't believe you killed the board of directors, you have no idea how messed up the commission is right now" Diego said 

"messed up, who's saying that" The Handler asked "everybody, Christ even the janitors think its going to shit" he said 

"that's not all he killed" Lila said "what are you talking about" Five asked 

"don't play dumb, you prepubescent piece of shit" Lila said "enough, the point is all of you are going to die today" she said and then looked at you 

"but little Y/n, didn't do anything now did she" she said and you looked at her 

"i have a deal of a lifetime for you Y/n" she said getting on your level 

You looked at her, "miss Y/n, how would you like to see your old friends again" she said and that's what caught you attention 

"what do you mean" you asked her "wouldn't you love to see Cha Cha or even Oscar again" she said and you got excited just hearing that 

"really, you can do that" you asked "Y/n, don't listen-" Five tried to say 

"Five, its her choice isn't it" she said and Five sighed "but how" you asked 

"well, it's the commission we have lots of tricks don't we" she said and you looked at her confused 

You watched her, Five grabbed your shoulder "what do you say Y/n" she said and you shook your head 

"well i tried" she said "plus, i don't like your chances, eight of us, two of you" Diego said 

"you know, you're right, lets change that" The Handler said snapping her fingers 

Millions of people popped up with briefcases, they all had guns and some had masks that reminded you of Hazel and Cha Cha, you grabbed onto Five's hand 

"so what do we do now" Diego asked 

"well we got two choices, fight and die now or run and die later, either way were food for worms" Five said squeezing your hand 

"preference?" Diego asked Five 

"wouldn't mind a few more minutes breathing air through the old windbags" Five said

"all right, lets get over with, shall we" she said pulling out a red flag "RUN" Five yelled grabbing you  under his arm as him and Diego ran, you held onto your bear for dear life only  hoping you didn't get hit by a bullet

"what are you doing" you heard Diego yell Five put one hand on Diego's shoulder and he spacial jumped and you three hid behind a tractor 

"blink into the house man" Diego yelled "okay" Five said holding onto you and Diego but when he tried he was out of energy and you were in no state to try 

"what" Diego yelled "shit, i'm outta fuel i'm too tired" Five said

"GO, i'll cover for you two" Diego said and Five grabbed you making a run for it 

You dropped you bear as Five was running "NO" you yelled as he went into the house 

You both hid under the table Five protecting you as you both covered your ears as glass shattered 

Then all of the sudden the shooting stopped you and Five both looked up, everything was stopped 

You got up behind Five as he looked out the window, only to see Lila floating in the air like Vanya 

"Five how is she doing that" you asked him "i don't know but i'm sure we'll find out" he said

"shit" he said backing up 

He grabbed you and pulled you under the table, you heard a loud whooshing and saw Luther come in through the ceiling

"Luther are you alright" Five said walking over to Luther "oh, i think i swallowed my tongue" he said groaning 

"Luther, if you swallowed your tongue you wouldn't be talking you big moron, come on, on your feet" Five said while helping him up 

"dude what the hell happened" Luther said "she must have redirected Vanya's energy wave" Five said 

"yea i know but how" Luther said but a wall of bricks started to fall "LUTHER, Y/N, watch out" he yelled pushing you two out of the way 

"FIVE" you yelled running to the bricks trying to find him, surely he wasn't dead right? 

Just then you saw Lila pop in "what are you" Luther asked her 

"someone who wants to kill your brother" she said 

"well, that's understandable Diego can be a lot to handle" Luther said and you backed up 

"yeah, i was talking about Five" she said

"him too, but unfortunately their family, so you're shit outta luck" Luther said punching her but she caught it 

"how is this possible" he said punching her again 

"gotta believe in yourself big boy" she said and then she threw him out the side of the house, leaving a big hole 

Lila looked at you and tilted her head, "i don't have a problem with you" she said crouching on your level 

"i won't hurt you" she said standing up and patting your head

You watched as she walked towards the hole "oy, hi" she said hopping out and you walked over to the big hole 

Lila and Allison fought back and fourth, seeing Lila was better then Allison 

Allison got her in a choke hold and tried to rumor her but it seems Lila reversed it making Allison unable to breath as you watched her fall to the ground 

You heard rumbling and you looked back to see Five, you ran over to him giving him a hug

He knelt down on your level  "don't get in the way" he said holding your face, you nodded and watched him walk over to the hole 

You backed away under the table, seeing Five and Lila spacial jump into the room 

They fought on and off continuously using spacial jumps here and there    

You saw Lila pop up on the table "careful now, or you are going to tire yourself out" she said

"how are you doing this" Five asked "oh, anything you can do i can do better" she said grabbing a pan 

They both spacial jumped and you didn't see them, you looked around and they weren't here?

You got out from under the table, looking around until you heard clatter in the barn

You spacial jumped in the barn hiding behind a stall watching them fight, only to see Five on the ground being choked out by Lila's foot

You watched as she kept choking him, should you stop her, will Five die? just then Five knocked her off him and they both tumbled to the ground 

You watched them get up and Five was ready to fight again 

"come on what are you waiting for, lets finish this thing" he said and Lila shook her head

"no...this isn't gonna be quick, you are going to suffer for what you did" she said as you watched them 

"Lady, i got no idea what you're talking about" he said "Ronnie and Anita gill" she said and Five seemed confused 

"mean nothing to me" he said "1993, east London, you hog tied them and you shot them in the head" she said 

"the flower merchants, they were your parents" he said in shock 

"and they never did anything to anyone, they didn't deserve to die like that" she said with a shaky voice 

"you're right, alright i killed them but I've killed a lot of people over the years, it was all just a job all right, it was never anything personal" he said and she laughed 

"never personal my ass, I've killed and its always personal" she said 

"that's why you're not cut out to be an assassin" Five said "wanna bet your life on that" she said pulling out a knife and Five backed away

"you wanna blame someone, blame The Handler alright she faked the kill order" Five said 

"bullshit i saw the kill order, Aj Carmichael ordered it out and you carried it out" she said 

"Lila, listen to what i'm telling you, The Handler gave me the kill order, she came on the job which she'd never done before, you're commission you know execs never go on job but that day in London she was there, ask yourself why" he said 

"stop trying in muddy the waters" she said 

"i never realized what she was up to at the time but...now it all makes sense" he said 

"what" "she never cared about your parents, she was looking for you" Five said "just like Y/n" he said and you came out 

"why" she whispered "because you're one of us" Diego said coming in behind her and you ran to Five "The Handler stole you Lila, just like our asshole father did to us" he said

"no its not the same" she said 

"you're right, because he didn't have our parents murdered, listen to me Lila you were born on October 1, 1989 the same day as all of us" Diego said and Lila yelled 

"Stay back" she yelled getting her knife 

"Lila, Lila stop" Diego said 

"i trusted you, i got you a job i even introduced you to my mother and then you took off on me" she said 

"because i needed to save the world, she's using you Lila, The Handler" he said 

"you're wrong, she raised me, she loves me" she said, her voice breaking 

"you know what...love shouldn't have to hurt this much" Luther said and you held onto Five 

Lila gagged and Luther sighed "alright i tried" Luther said "he's right we have to kill her" Five added in 

"HEY, Five, Five stop" Diego yelled "i got it" he said holding his hand up 

"hey, Lila truth, shes dangerous and you're scared of what she'll do with all that new power, that's why you dragged me to the commission because i know what its like to love dangerous people...the difference is they love me back" he said 

"shut up" Lila said "the only thing she loves is power, now the minute she can't use you she will turn on you and deep down i know you know that" he said as she held the knife to Diego's chest 

"you don't know me Diego" she said and he stepped closer to her 

"don't i...i know that we can be your family if you just let us" Diego said and Lila looked around

All of the sudden you heard gun fire and the next thing you know, you're dead...

"i know that we can be your family if you just let us" Diego said and Lila looked around, wait wheres Five, haven't you been here before and didn't you die?

You looked to see him in the barn entrance, he stopped The Handler grabbing her gun taking it from her and she held her hands up

"It's true, isn't it what Five said" Lila said "ANSWER ME, is it true" she said yelling 

"well-" The Handler tried to saw but you saw Axel killing her?

You gasped seeing Axel, you ran to him hugging him or more like a leg hug 

You held onto him crying, "i can't believe you're alive" you said and he put his hand on your head, until you heard a whoosh 

You looked back to see Lila gone and Luther on top of Diego 

Axel and Five had their guns pointed at each other,  you looked at Five and shook you head telling him not to shoot 

"enough" Five said dropping the gun, you looked up at Axel looking around 

Soon enough he dropped the gun "enough" he said in Swedish, he tried walking away but you followed him 

You were outside the barn watching him, you grabbed him arm "Axel please don't leave" you said grabbing his hand with both of yours 

He crouched on your level, holding your face "Y/n, stay with them" he said in his funny accent 

"b-but Axel, i need you, i lost everyone a-and i don't want to lose anyone else and-" you said carrying of but he shushed you 

"Don't worry about me" he said wiping your tears "i'll see you one day" he said and you nodded 

"i love you Axel" you said running him over with a hug "i love you too Y/n" he said and you smiled 

"love feels good" you said and he kissed your forehead

Axel stood up and you watched him walk away "BYE AXEL" you yelled and he waved at you

You walked back into the barn to see no one was there...

"Five" you called out and you saw him coming up the stairs 

You hugged him and he hugged back, "is it over, the fighting" you asked him 

"i only hope" he said picking you up as you saw Diego come up the stairs and you looked out to see two people 

You were in Five's arms as Five and Diego walked towards...Dot and Herb

"sup Herbie, my man" Diego said as they did a secret handshake 

"good to see you" Five said 

"i can't believe it...is she?" Herb said 

"really dead this time" Five said "oh yeah" Diego said with a sigh 

"now that The Handler's gone, what happens at the commission" Five asked 

"just tell them" Dot said 

"we need to elect a new board of directors, but until then, i um...I've been voted in as acting chairperson" Herb said 

"no shit, Herb that's awesome" Diego said "i'm so goddamn nervous" Herb said 

"you'll do fine" Five said "Herb we need a favor" Five also added "sure anything" 

"a briefcase, get back home where we belong" Five said 

"take your pick" Herb said pointing to all the cases 

Five set you down and you whined, he grabbed a case "well Y/n, this is it" he said and you looked at him worried 

"you're leaving me" you said with a whine "no no no, i mean its time to go back home" he said laughing 

You felt someone tap on your shoulder and you looked back to see Diego 

"here kiddo" he said handing you your Oscar bear "Oscar" you yelled grabbing the bear hugging it 

"thank you Diego" you said looking at him "i forgive you" you said and he looked at you funny 

"for what" he said "for killing Oscar" you said 

Diego looked puzzled "Oscar..." you nodded "the milkman, the Swedes" you said and gave him a hug, it felt weird but its okay, because everything will be back to normal 

~Time Skip~ 

Later in the night you all gathered close together, of course you were behind Five

"Wait" Klaus yelled, he ran and grabbed a hat and ran back

Klaus nodded and you all held hands, you held onto Five and your bear, and he clipped the briefcase 

You all ended up somewhere, you didn't know where actually 

"what time is it" Luther asked "April 2, 2019 the day after the Apocalypse" he said 

"so we stopped it" Allison said "oh my god...its over" Vanya said 

"did we actually succeed at something, that's incredible" Klaus said  

You walked off with Five looking around the big place "hey" you said 

"what" Five asked "this is the place Hazel and Cha Cha took me to find you" you said 

He nodded, "The Umbrella Academy" he said and then all the others came in 

You looked over to see a weird man "i knew you'd all come eventually" he said 

"you're alive" Luther said "why shouldn't i be" the old man said 

"yeah...yeah you're right i'm just happy that were home and together again" he said 

"Home? this isn't your home" the man said 

"what are you talking about, this is The Umbrella Academy" Allison said 

"wrong again" the man said "this is The Sparrow Academy" he said 

You all looked back to see a bunch of people, and a boy 

"dad, who the hell are these assholes" the boy said and you looked at Five "ben" you said quietly 

"shit" they all said in union
