Victor is just all around a suave asshole, he is probably way to proud of what he does and doesn't care what other's think. Being stuck in Hell thanks to poisoning a bunch of people at weddings and almost always stealing the rings, if you couldn't tell he's not a fan of 'love'. Sure it's mostly personal vendetta since he isn't good at letting things go, but it's made him rather infamous.

He works as both a sex worker in the 'higher' end of Pentagram city, as well as doing photo shoots and such for a few different magazines. So he is rather well known as well as pretty rich. He takes great joy in smashing hearts and ripping relationships into pieces, just in all around being a Homewrecker and he has quite the list of lives he's ruined. He hates kids as well and seems to not care to much for people unless they benefit him.

All around a selfish asshole who enjoys watching others suffer.

Apperance notes -
A combination of Avian and insect demon and he has exra arms, that are more bug like, which are retracted almost 24/7
The whole design is a play on the fact that most birds mate for life and insects are notorious mate-eaters

His feathery parts are a sort of washed out pastel yellow, having white and dark yellow freckles/small spots dotted about. The rest of his body is a shiny blue gray with darker blue-grey as well as white highlights. His eyes are all a bright pastel blue, the pupils being a deep deep yellow-orange and black sclera. His teeth are white-ish and the fangs on the corners of his mouth are actually silver. His hood/frill is a brighter yellowy orange with darker orange markings that give the appearance of a broken heart.

A thing to note is that his scorpion like stinger is venomous, being incredibly lethal to others in it's pure state but if diluted or mixed in with certain things it becomes a powerful and highly addictive hallucinogenic stimulant drug, who even Victor is addicted too.

Outfit wise he seems to enjoy wearing light leather jackets, normally being red in color and thinish shirts, as well as either jeans or leggings- he honestly doesn't enjoy looking like a slut dispite what he does.
He also loves scarfs and boas, normally wearing one or the other.
