The next day, Zelda wakes up from her sleep. She stretches her arms as she lets out a yawn. Zelda then climbs out of bed, gets dressed in a black dress with black slip-on shoes and walks downstairs with Kai in his terrarium.

Zelda yawns and says, "Hard to believe that it's already been over a week since I've come here, but I'm glad things are starting to look up for the hotel. Just a small snag and it's only a little bit."

Suddenly, Zelda hears knocking at the door.

"Who could be here this early?" Zelda wonders.

She then says in thought, "Maybe it's a sinner joining the program." but then grows concerned, "But what if it's the Vees who decided to come here themselves."

She lets out a sigh, "Well, I might as well see who's at the door."

Zelda slowly approaches the door as she places the terrarium down on the table. She slowly reaches the handle and opens the door. Zelda then opens the door and peeks out to see if anyone is there.

"Hello?" Zelda asks.

Zelda looks around to see that no one is around.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" Zelda calls out.

"Um, excuse me. I'm... I'm down here..."A shy voice answers.

Zelda slowly looks down and looks to see a female demon at the door, she looks almost like a rabbit. She's pretty short, like a foot smaller than Zelda's size, around four feet tall. She has a light orange fur body, blue eyes, long floppy ears with white on the ends, long dark orange waist length hair in a braid. She wears a long sleeve stale blue shirt with a white skirt. She doesn't wear shorts and has rabbit feet that have white toes. She also has a short, erect tail.

With her head lowered, the girl asks, "Um excuse me, but is this the Hazbin Hotel?"

"Yes. This is it. I'm Zelda, I work here," Zelda answers.

She then asks, "What's your name?"

"Us-Usagi. My name is Usagi," The small rabbit demon answers.

"It's nice to meet you. What can I do for you?" Zelda asks.

Usagi becomes a bit nervous.

She softly whispers, "I-I..." and mutters in response.

"Excuse me, what was that?" Zelda asks.

"I'm uh, I want to join the re-rehabilitation program. I heard about it and I uh, want to be better..." Usagi answers.

"Really?" Zelda asks, a little surprised.

"Ye-yes..." Usagi says.

"Well Usagi, you've come to the right place. Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel," Zelda says and opens the door, "Come on in."

With that, Usagi slowly walks inside, shyly. Usagi looks around to see the hotel lobby, bar, fireplace, and other items.

"It looks really nice," Usagi says.

"Glad you like it," Zelda says.

Usagi then asks, "So um, where is the owner?"

"Charlie might still be asleep, same with everyone else in the hotel. I actually just woke up early and was going to get something to drink," Zelda answers.

She then asks, "Do you want anything to drink?"

"Yes please," Usagi answers with a nod.

Just then, Usagi's ears go up to hear a small hissing sound from a short distance. She turns her head and looks down to see Kai the snake in the terrarium.

Usagi lets out a yelp and hides behind Zelda.

"What's wrong?" Zelda asks.

"I'm sorry, but I'm uh, a bit uneasy around snakes," Usagi answers nervously.

"Not very keen about snakes, huh?" Zelda asks.

Usagi nods her head.

"It's okay. Kai's really friendly and he doesn't bite anyone. Well, except anything he sees as a threat and anything who tries to attack me," Zelda says.

Usagi peeks out a little.

Suddenly, they hear Charlie's voice, "Zelda, is that you down there?"

"Yes," Zelda calls out.

The two girls turn to see Charlie and Vaggie dressed and walking down the stairs.

"Morning Zelda," Vaggie says.

"Morning Charlie. Morning Vaggie," Zelda says.

Usagi turns to Charlie and Vaggie, "Um, hello."

"Oh..." Charlie says and walks towards Usagi, "Hello there."

"Hello. I'm Usagi. I uh, um, I would like to join your re-re-rehabilitation program," Usagi shyly says.

Charlie gasps in excitement, "Really?"

"Ye-yes," Usagi answers and shily lowers her head so her hair can cover her face.

"Well Usagi, you've come to the right place," Charlie happily says.

And soon announces, "Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel. We'll help you to become a better person and rehabilitate you, and hope you'll be able to get a one way ticket to Heaven."

"Um okay," Usagi says, shyly, and hides behind Zelda.

"Is she okay?" Vaggie asks.

Usagi peeks out and answers, "Sorry, I'm kind of shy."

"I see," Vaggie says, "Well, I need to make sure you're not carrying anything dangerous."

"Uh, I don't really have much," Usagi says.

"I'll be the judge of that. We had a bit of a mishalf with a recent residence who had spy cameras and I don't want to take chances," Vaggie says.

"Okay," Usagi replies with a nod.

Usagi then steps away from Zelda and Vaggie inspects her for any sign of dangerous weapons or electronics that could be used for spying. She also checks Usagi's hand bag. So far, Vaggie finds nothing.

Once she's done, Vaggie says, "She's clean."

"Good to know we won't have another incident like yesterday," Zelda says.

"What happened?" Usagi shyly asks.

"It's a bit of a story, but we got the problem fixed," Charlie says.

"And we also ended up with a problem as well," Vaggie says, rolling her eye.

"True, but today we're going to talk about it," Zelda says.

Usagi then asks, "Um, is this a bad time for me to come?"

"Not at all. We'll make room to talk about your stay in the hotel and our next exercise. We just need to hold an important meeting first," Charlie says.

Usagi softly smiles, "Okay."

"Great. After we get some breakfast, we'll have our meeting and I'll introduce you to everyone in the hotel," Charlie says.

The girls nod in reply.

"By the way, My name is Charlie. The Princess of Hell and owner of the Hazbin Hotel," Charlie says.

Then gestures to Vaggie, "And this is Vaggie, she's my girlfriend and the manager."

"Hello," Usagi says.

"Now that the introduction is out of the way, let's wake everyone else up, get some breakfast and start with our meeting," Charlie says.

Shortly after everyone wakes up and has breakfast...

Everyone has gathered in the lounge for the meeting.

Charlie then explains, "Alright everyone, I've called this meeting because we have a lot to discuss. There are a few announcements I want to make and discuss important matters that could jeopardize the hotel and Zelda's safety."

"Hmm," Alastor says, taking an interest.

"What is it?" Husk questions.

"Well for starters, I'm happy to announce that Sir Pentious is an official residence of the Hotel and will be continuing on the path to redemption," Charlie says.

Pentious smiles in response.

"And I'm also happy to announce that we have a new residence staying at the hotel," Charlie says.

Then gestures to Usagi, "Everyone, this is Usagi. Usagi, these are our guests, Angel Dust and Sir Pentious."

"Hey little Bunny Rabbit," Angel says.

"Hello young lady," Sir Pentious says.

Charlie then turns to the others, "This is Alastor, our facility manager. Husk is our Bartender and Niffty is our maid."

"Hello my dear, it's a pleasure to meet you," Alastor says.

"Nice to meet you," Husk says.

Niffty happily waves, "Hi, I'm Niffty."

"Hello. It's nice to meet you all," Usagi says, shyly.

"So you're actually going to be joining the band?" Angel asks.

"Um yes. I'm not entirely sure if I can get to Heaven since I haven't heard if anyone can, but I still want to be a better person, and not feel all um, moppy and remorseful," Usagi says and her ears begin to sag.

"What do you do to get yourself put in this shit hole? You look pretty young," Angel asks.

"Angel..." Zelda says with a slight glare.

"It's okay. I kind of figure I need to tell you eventually," Usagi says.

"As long as you're comfortable with it. I don't want you to be pressured by it," Charlie says.

"I think I'll be fine. It's not really hard to tell, but I felt bad for doing it," Usagi says.

"What exactly did you do?" Zelda says.

Usagi sadly sighs, "I'm sad to say that I ended up killing three of the four girls who were my bullies before I ended up taking my own life."

"A murder suicide case?" Zelda asks, shocked.

"Yes," Usagi sadly says.

She then explains her story, "Originally, my former name was Jade Tokki and I used to live in South Korea. I was in a fashion school, studying to become a designer. However, four of my classmates have been bullying me since high school. I tried to talk to the teacher but they kept brushing it aside. It's mainly because the main bully, Aria, comes from a wealthy family. One day, Aria and her friends stole my design and claimed it as their own. I tried to tell the teacher and try to explain it. Instead, I ended up being unexpectedly expelled from the school," Usagi soon begins to shed tears, "I wanted to live my dream as a designer and Aria destroyed it. Something inside of me snapped and the next thing I knew, I grabbed my dad's gun, went to the fashion show where the students display their work and killed Aria's three friends. There I was screaming and yelling in tears, confirming Aria and her friends for everything she and her friends did. However, seeing Aria quiver in fear, I realized that I became no better than what Aria and her friends did, maybe even worse, so I ended up shooting myself with the gun, and the next thing I knew I ended up here."

"That's awful," Charlie says.

"Shit. Sounds to me that you used to be a good girl before the whole thing went down," Angel says.

"Yes. I felt like I was sent to Hell to be punished for my actions. I could have found a different way, but at that point, I was really crushed and distraught that I couldn't think straight," Usagi says with tears falling down her face.

"I think I remember hearing about your case on the news and it appeared on the paper and internet. As it turns out, Aria didn't get off scot free either, not even the teachers who were involved," Zelda says.

"What happened?" Vaggie asks.

"Well, as it's been revealed, this wasn't the first that Aria has stolen designs from other students. In fact, there's a lawsuit against her. It's revealed that many students were expelled unjustly because Aria has not only stolen their designs, but bribed the teachers to expel them. And even her friends help her with the scandal. After what happened, the truth has been uncovered. The school ended up with so much bad publicity that it ended up being closed down and Aria ended up being sent to a mental hospital," Zelda explains.

"A mental hospital?" Usagi says, confused.

"Yes. Apparently, once according to the witnesses. After seeing you kill her friends and take your life, Aria was practically torn apart. In tears and guilt, she tore the clothes she made using your designs, crying and confessing to everything she did. That's when the investigation was launched when she tried to shoot herself with your dad's gun," Zelda explains.

"I... I had no idea," Usagi says, still shocked.

"I heard it took her five years to get mentally stable. What happened really broke her. And after she got out, she had to work to pay the lawsuits she had on her. She can never be part of the fashion world again after that. So in a way, because of your action, there's been an investigation and that led to cover the school's scandal, Aria's misdeeds, and lead the school and Aria's family to ruin."

Usagi is shocked, "Wow... I... I didn't expect that to happen."

"Yes. That was an unexpected turn of events," Charlie says.

Vaggie crosses her arms, "I agree. I say it's karma after everything she and her friends did to you and to many others."

"I suppose," Usagi says, and lets out a sigh, "But still, it didn't change the fact that I ended up killing them out of rage."

"Well, it's not your fault. It's basically this chick's fault for causing all this and try to get ahead of herself by using other people's work and cause problem for others," Vaggie says.

Zelda says, "And I can tell that you're a good person."

"Thank you, but I'm nothing special. I'm just a normal person who goes to school and be with friends and try to work hard on my future like any other," Usagi says.

"Well now you're with us now," Angel says.

"Yeah," Niffty happily says, "It's very nice to make new friends here."

"So Usagi, what have you been doing in Hell?" Charlie asks.

"Not much. I got to Hell around eight years ago and was working at the tailors at the west side of Pentagram City. Sadly, the shop was destroyed during the recent turf war," Usagi says. "I was walking around the city, thinking of what to do until I saw Charlie's interview on the television. I did want to join the program, but I wasn't sure if I could redeem myself. After being unemployed and deep thinking, I've decided to give it a shot."

"And we're happy to have you here," Charlie says with a smile.

Usagi shyly smiles, "Thank you."

Then Husk asks, "Hey Princess, you've mentioned that there's something else important you need to tell us. You mentioned something that involved Zelda being in trouble.

Sir Pentious raises his hand, "May I help explain it Charlie?"

"Sure," Charlie says.

Sir Pentious explains, "Well, you see, me coming to the hotel isn't really an accident. Originally, I was sent here by the Vees to send cameras around the hotel."

"Excuse me?" Alastor questions.

"Sadly, Angel caught me right away. And thanks to Charlie, I'm finally ready to turn over a new leaf and better myself," Sir Pentious says.

"The fuck?" Husk questions with a frown.

"Yes, it's true, but Sir Pentious is willing to turn his life around. What's more, he let us know about something very important," Charlie says.

"What's that?" Niffty asks.

"The Vees know Zelda is at the hotel and are apparently after her. Sir Pen doesn't know why, but they seem keen to keep her out of Smiles there," Angel says.

"And to keep Charlie and me from making deals with him," Zelda adds.

Husk rolls his eyes, "Do they think you two are stupid or something?"

"I don't think so, but I don't think they'll risk it, especially with Zelda. Even though she seems to have angelic powers and has been told about Alastor, they don't want to risk any deals made between them," Sir Pentious explains.

He then remembers, "And even if I ended up being killed or kicked out, if I placed the hidden cameras in the hotel and perhaps Zelda's bedroom, Vox could use them to get into the hotel."

"Wait, what?" Zelda says, confused.

"What do you mean?" Usagi asks, confused.

"Vox can transform into electricity and use that ability to enter and travel through other electronics like phones, televisions, and security cameras," Charlie says.

Zelda grows worried, "So even if sir Pentious is no longer in the hotel, and if we didn't find the cameras, Vox would have been able to get into the hotel."

"That's right. Vox will be able to get in the hotel easily, and will be able to get into your room if Pentious was able to put it in there," Angel says.

"So in other words, what happened last night was too close of a call," Zelda says.

"You got that right toots. It was too close. If I didn't see him, you would've been in the Vees' clutches by now," Angel says.

"What can we do?" Usagi asks.

"Hmm..." Zelda thinks for a minute and says, "Well, I do plan to make costumes for myself. I do cosplay all the time so I'm good with costumes."

"Really? I love making costumes too. Sure I love making nice clothes, but making costumes is second nature to me. So I'll be happy to help you make more clothes and costumes," Usagi happily says.

Charlie giggles, "Glad to know you two have something in common."

"But still, now that the Vees know that Zelda is here, we need to be extra careful. They might something," Vaggie says.

"But still, why do they want me anyway, besides to prevent me from making a deal with Alastor?" Zelda wonders.

"That's something we need to find out," Vaggie says.

"Well, now that we covered what we can for the time being, it seems that everything we can cover. So you're all free to go. Vaggie, Zelda, and I can help Usagi get settled in," Charlie says.

And with that, everyone begins to take their leave.

Zelda turns to Angel and asks, "Angel, has your boss, Valentino, mentioned anything to you about me."

"Not that I know of, which I thought was strange. You think after seeing me with you on TV and possibly learning where you were, he would have talked to me about it by now, which has me confused. But hey, I promise to keep things underwraps, and I promise to not let the Vees anywhere near you or this hotel," Angel says.

Zelda smiles, "Thanks Angel."

Angel then walks away, "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get to work. Val needs me for a few shoots and scenes."

"Okay, bye Angel," Zelda says.

Soon, everyone left except Charlie, Zelda, Vaggie, and Usagi left in the lounge.

"Alright Usagi, let's get you settled in and I know a great room for you to stay in," Charlie happily says.

And with that, the four girls begin to head to the stairs. Zelda grabs the terrarium with Kai sleeping inside after having a meal, to take him back to the room.

Meanwhile...

Alexander is looking at his laptop in his private study to see if there's anything been reported about Zelda's whereabouts. He lets out a yawn of exhaustion and shows he has bags under his eyes. Truth be told, Alexander has been up for a few days, trying to find anything about Zelda.

Just then, the door opens and Lucifer walks.

"Hey little bro, how's the search and your royal duties going?" Lucifer asks.

"My duties have been going well," Alexander answers. He then sighs, "Wish I could say the same of finding Zelda."

"I see, but you should take a break. I actually have something that might interest you," Lucifer says, "Besides..." He then uses his magic to conjure some food and drinks on the table with chairs, "You look like you could use something to eat."

Alexander simply smiles, "Well, I guess I could use a break."

Alexander closes his laptop and sits down with Lucifer at the table.

Alexander drinks the cup of tea after the teapot pours some in.

He lets out a sigh of relief, "I could really use a break. So you were saying you found something interesting?"

"Well, it was difficult to find, especially since it's been revealed that the Extermination has decided to come in six months instead of a year, but I've learned that Zelda is in the city," Lucifer says.

"Really?" Alexander asks, feeling hopeful.

"Yeah. However..." Lucifer begins to explain, but shows a sheepish smile, "Well... it turns out Zelda was able to unlock her powers like you sensed, but it happened turing a Turf War/

Alexander spits his drink out in shock, "A TURF WAR?! How the fuck did she ended up in a Turf War?!"

"Well, I'm not sure. All I heard was that she ended up with a Turf War battling against some snake demon with two other demons. And I think one of them is an actor of a Porn Studio," Lucifer says.

Alexander sighs and pinches the bridge between his eyes, "What kind of mess did my daughter get into?"

"I'm not sure, but all I know is that she did earn a lot of demons' attention. Many are trying to find out who she is, where she came from, how she arrived, and where to find her. So far, her location seems to be unknown. And she managed to get out that Turf War without any more problems," Lucifer explains.

"I just hope I can find her before anything else happens," Alexander says.

"I'm sure we will. And we'll do our best to make sure no demon discovers her power and identity before we finish with the search," Lucifer says and eats a cookie.

"Hmm, maybe we can get Charlotte to help?" Alexander questions.

Lucifer soon grows uneasy, "Uh, well, I'm not sure. After Lilith and I separate, we haven't really talked, even when Lilith has lifted without a word. Charlie and I did try to contact each other, but no dice."

"I understand things haven't been easy for you and Charlie. I'm still reluctant about telling her about Zelda. I did keep this from not only you and Lilith, but Charlotte as well," Alexander says.

"That's true. Guess we'll handle this ourselves. For now, we know Zelda has her powers now, and she seems to be okay for the time being," Lucifer says.

"I guess the best we can do is to search the best we can and be discreet about it," Alexander says.

"Good idea bro..." Lucifer says.

Back at the Hazbin Hotel...

Charlie, Vaggie, and Zelda have helped Usagi get settled into her room. It's a simple room, with a bed, furniture, closet, restroom, and other items you see in a hotel.

"Thank you for helping me settle in. Although, I don't have much so it was not hard for me to move my important stuff to the hotel," Usagi says.

"We're just glad that you're willing to try the program. I can't wait to help you redeem yourself," Charlie happily says.

Then gestures to the desk with a sewing machine and it's next to furniture that has a large mirror attached.

"And it's also a good thing I have an old sewing machine in the attic," Charlie says.

"Why do you have that?" Zelda asks.

"Well, I did try to do sewing and such, but I was..." Charlie says and nervously giggles, "Not really good at it, but I'm sure you and Usagi can have better use for it."

"Thank you, Charlie," Usagi says.

"No problem," Charlie says.

Usagi then asks, "Um guys, do you really think Sinners like us can be redeemed?"

"Well, so far, we don't really know," Zelda says.

She then smiles, "But I'm sure there is a way for Sinners to be redeemed and be accepted to Heaven. It might take some time, but I'm sure there's a way."

Usagi smiles, "I hope so too. I'm sure it will work somehow."

"Glad to know you believe in us," Vaggie says.

"And it's also nice to meet someone who's the same age as Zelda. Kind of, but it's nice. Alastor mentioned that Niffty is only a few years older than Zelda, but yeah," Charlie says.

Usagi then blushes, "I hope Niffty doesn't get mad at me for any fur on the ground. I guess I'm more similar to a rabbit because I tend to shed from time to time."

"I'm sure she'll understand," Charlie says.

"And hope we can be really good friends," Zelda says.

Usagi smiles and says, "I think we're going to become great friends."

And with that, the hotel has another residence and a new friend. The hotel is finally able to get a little recognition.
