Preparing for E-Day Part 1

~A few weeks later...

~Aqua's POV~

Today was just another extraordinary day here in Hell. One day, Rachel and I were coming back from Carmilla's Fighting School. As we came inside of the hotel building, I looked ahead to see Charlie panicking.

"Charlie. Calm down." Vaggie comforted her.

"Huh? Hey Vaggie, what's gotten Charlie like this?" I asked her.

"What's wrong sweetheart? You look stressed." Rachel said to Charlie as she hugs her.

"I-I screwed up... I was trying to talk to the Heaven Council and they rejected my proposal. And now they're going to lay Extermination Day upon the hotel!" Charlie panicked.

I gasped. "No way! They're coming here?!"

"What the fuck?!" Angel said.

"We can't let that happen. We've build so much and worked hard on this place!" Husky said.

Husky was right. We've worked really hard on this place since our arrival. And there was no way the angels were going to destroy it. I looked back at Vaggie. "What's our time limit?"

"7 days tops." Vaggie said.

"Looks like we have to prepare for the battle everyone." Alastor said as he walked in.

"Well lucky for you guys, I'm a fallen angel. I already know what to do. To hurt an angel, you need an angelic weapon. Those are the weapons that Carmella uses to fight." Rachel said.

"No. I don't want anybody getting hurt during this fight. I don't want anybody here to get killed. I understand if you guys leave for your own safety." Charlie looked down.

I looked at her. "What? No way. And miss the fight of our lives?"

"Charlie. You're talking crazy. I'm not leaving." Angel shook his head.

"Neither am I. I'm willing to fight for the hotel." Husky said.

"Since coming here in Hell, you're all like family to me. And I'm not gonna let anything like this happen again." Rachel said.

"Charlie." I laid my paws on her shoulders. "We're all in this together. This hotel is our home. Ever since coming over here, you've all changed my life completely. And if we have to fight the angels, then I'm willing to give it my all or die trying." I said.

Charlie sniffled. "You guys... You guys are the best! All I know is that this won't be pretty easy."

"It's never going to be easy Princess. There's never a dull day around here." Angel said. "Not until these girls made it interesting." Angel smiled at me and Rachel.

"What Legs said. We have the best fighters here on our team." Husky smiled as he gave me a hug.

"Aww Husky." I hugged him back as I wagged my tail.

"You're my fighter angel."

"But I'm no angel love. Speaking of angels, I have a whole list of questions about why they rejected me from heaven 6 months ago."

"The keyword is 'Why' right?" Angel asked me.

"Yes." I nodded.

"Honey, I'm home from the park with Alucard!" Lucifer said as he walked in with my baby nephew in his hands. "And we also went to pick out his first rubber ducky." he said as he approached us.

"Lucifer, Alucard." Rachel went over to hug them.

"Dad, that's really cute and all but we have bigger problems." Charlie said to Lucifer. "Extermination Day is in 7 days and they're coming to attack the hotel first."

Lucifer gasped. "No... No... This won't be a safe place for Alucard." he looked down at his son. "I can't afford to lose our baby."

"I know honey." Rachel said as she hugged him. "I don't want to lose him either."

"None of us don't." Alastor went to both of them. "But we must fight in order to protect him."

Just then, I remembered something. "Hey sis, what's it going to be like when you finally start fighting your ex?"

"Ex?" Alastor and Lucifer said at the same time.

"Yeah. Adam."

"What?!" everybody gasped.

"Oh shit! More beans have spilled!" Angel said.

"Whoops, it slipped." I covered my mouth.

Rachel laughed nervously as her ears drooped down. "Uhh... yeah. I was dating Adam until his crazy ex-girlfriend betrayed me."

I gasped. "Now this finally adds up!" I pulled away from Husky's hug. "So that's what drove her nutso to betray you on that fateful day. Well damn, she's gonna get it if I see this bitch." I took out my angelic knife from my chest fur. "No one messes with my big sister but me." I started to laugh in a maniacal manner.

Alastir and Lucifer gulped and took a step back from me.

"Mmm, I like this side of my girl~" Husky smirked.

I stopped. "Don't worry guys. I won't get worked up."

"Well overall..." Charlie started and we turned our attention back to her. "If you guys are willing to fight, then I really appreciate it. But if things get really bad..."

"Don't worry Charlie. We'll do everything in our power to protect our home at all costs. Even if we have to sacrifice our own selves." I said.

"Thank you. But now we need to figure out a way to be prepared before that day starts."

"I may know somebody that can help us Charlie." Alastor said to her.

"That would be great!" she clapped her hands. "Any more ideas?"

"We can fortify the whole hotel so it won't take as much damage." Angel said. "Nifty and Husker can help me out."

"That's another great idea."

"Little sis and I can do more training under Carmella. And maybe if we're lucky, we can have some angelic weapons prepared as well." Rachel said.

"That would be great!"

"Speaking of training, Aquamarine?" Alastor said my name.

"Hmm? What's up Alastor?" I asked him.

"I trust that you'll have double the training power you'll need to beat the angels. And hell, maybe you can use that anger of yours for something very useful during our battle."

I gasped and backed away from everybody. "No... No!"

"What's wrong babe? Are you okay?" Husky held my paw.

I took my paw away from him. "Absolutely not Alastor! Why must you give me a choice like that?"

"It would be beneficial." Alastor said.

"Out of the question!" I growled. "Remember all the damage I caused in that deadly sponge room? And I did make that promise to everybody here that I wasn't going to go back to that overdramatic phase ever again. I was a bitch back then..." I turned away from everybody.

It really was true. With all that anger I had inside me with everything that's happened to me, there was no possible way I can control it. Most of my anger came from my past, and it was still there. I couldn't afford to release that anger or else I will get backstabbed here in Hell.
