(TW: This includes kitten birth!)

~Aqua's POV~

Just earlier while I was talking with Rachel and Adam, I felt something wet from below. Once I figured out what it was, I told Rachel the codeword which was Jackpot. She didn't hesitate one bit and was bringing me straight to my room. I was surprised that Adam was coming along as well.

"I'm surprised you want to help Adam." I said as I was taking in some deep breaths while walking to my room.

"I've delivered over 60 babies. So I'm pretty much experienced at it." he said. "Rachel, we're going to have to put her in the bathtub and fill it up." he said as we made it into my room.

"Water birth?" she asked.

"Exactly."

"Okay." she said as she went into my bathroom.

What he explained to Rachel got me worried. "Water birth? Wouldn't that drown my babies?"

"No. It won't drown your babies. Since you're having triplets, it'll be safer for you and the babies. And they don't take their first breath until the first minute they're out." he explained.

"Bathtub's ready!" Rachel said.

"Okay Adam. I'm putting my trust in you." I said as I gasped feeling the pain getting worst. "Ah! Oh god it's starting!"

"Her contractions are getting closer. Don't worry. We gotcha!" Adam said as he picked me up and placed me gently into the warm bath.

I continued taking my breathing exercises. "Aww fuck..." I panted out. "Where's my hubby to be? And where's my spider bestie?"

"I'll go see." Rachel said as she went out.

I winced in pain and moaned out. "Ah!"

"Keep taking deep breaths Aqua. They'll be here soon." Adam said as he was taking off my dress and my underwear. Then he looked underneath. "Oh my, I see a head already!"

"We're here!" Husky barged in.

"I'm coming bestie!" Angel barged in behind him.

"I'm here as well." Lucifer came in and had his supplies.

"N-Not off camera you're not!" I moaned out and gripped both their hands.

"Rachel, I see a head. She's ready to push!" Adam informed her.

"Okay sis." Rachel got into the tub and had her gloves on. "I'm ready, now push!"

I took a deep breath and started to push. As I was pushing, I saw Adam putting his hands on my stomach. He pressed onto my stomach which was starting to help me with the pain. After a few seconds, I felt a pop out of me and saw Rachel bringing out the first kitten.

"It's a boy!" Rachel said as she gave my first born kitten to Lucifer.

"I'll take good care of him." he said as he took my baby boy away.

I panted and looked back at Husky. "B-Baby..." I whimpered softly.

"You're doing great love. Just two more to go." he said as he wiped the sweat off of my forehead.

"It really hurts babe..." I whimpered more in pain.

"I have a solution." Rachel said as she pulled out a needle.

I gasped. "No! No! I hate needles!" I tried to scoot back, but my back was killing me. "Fuck!"

"This'll make you feel good. Trust me."

"We'll hold her down." Angel said as he held me down. "Sorry bestie."

I tried to scoot back, but the boys held me down. As I felt Rachel inject the needle fluid in me, I whimpered more and teared up. "You bitch..." I sniffled. "You said you'd keep me away from the bad needle."

"Sorry sis. But now you have to push again. Can you do it?" Rachel asked me.

"Okay bitch. I'll push." I said as I was pushing again.

"Keep going! I see a head!"

"Mmm!" I squeezed the boys' hands harder as I felt another pop come out of me.

Rachel pulled out the next kitten and it was meowing its heart out. "It's another boy!"

I panted with my tongue out. "Oh god... Oh god..."

"You're almost there love. You can do it." Husky said.

"It's too much for me..." I sniffled.

"You're a champ bestie! Just one more baby to go!" Angel encouraged me.

"Maybe you should try putting your hand in here now Rachel." Adam suggested.

"What?!" I twitched my eye.

"Okay sis. Push for me!" Rachel said as she slowly puts her hand inside of me.

"Ah!" I pushed again.

"Uh oh. I think it's stuck."

"Stuck?!" Husky and Angel panicked.

Thinking about my last kitten being stuck inside made me push harder. And the pain was truly agonizing and overwhelming. "Ahh!" I moaned out louder and felt my claws retracting out.

"Ah! Babe!" Husky winced in pain.

"Hurry Rachel! She's in agony!" Angel winced in pain too.

"I got it! Keep pushing!" Rachel said.

"Ahh!" I moaned my loudest.

"Almost there!"

"AHH!" I pushed out one last time and felt the last pop.

"She's out! She's out!" Rachel said as she took my final kitten out of me. "And it's a girl."

"Thank god!" I teared up and started crying. "Husky!"

"I'm here baby." Husky hugged me. "You did so good baby. So good. That's my girl."

"Thank god..." I cried out. I hugged him as I was continuing to cry not just from the pain, but from also giving birth to our new family.

That was truly the most painful thing that I've ever experienced. I mean, delivering 3 kittens in a bathtub? Now that was a story I will never forget.

"You did really great sis." Rachel said as I saw her cleaning up.

"I'm really impressed. You gave birth to twin boys and a girl." Adam said.

"We'll bring them to you once we've checked them out. Okay?"

"O-Okay..." I panted.

~A little while later...

I was laying in bed with Husky and Angel by my side. We were waiting for Rachel to come back with Adam, Lucifer, and our triplets. As we waited, I was licking Husky and Angel's wounds from when I clawed them in.

"Sorry for doing that to you boys." I said in a hoarse voice as I groomed their hands.

"It's okay bestie. I'll manage." Angel said as he rubbed me down. "You did really good. Right Husk?"

"Yeah. That's my girl." Husky petted my head.

I giggled very very softly even though my throat hurts after all that screaming during labor. Man, what a day it's been. First the baby shower, then Husky's brothers, Adam arriving, and now our kittens were finally here. I just couldn't wait to meet them nose to nose. It's like everybody says, slice of life never fails.
