After I saw Charlie leaving with a solemn face, I was hugging Husky. "Are you okay love? I'm so sorry that I was loud there."

"It's okay baby. But I know how you feel." he rubbed my back.

"I'm still shocked and surprised that Adam is back as a hellbound and it's making me feel very uneasy."

"Me too. But it was even more weird that he brought a present for us."

"He brought the babies rattle guitars. In which I appreciate very much. At least he's starting to be a nicer guy now. I'm willing to plunge in and give him a second chance."

"Really?"

"Yes really." I looked back to see that Ace and Spade were coming this way. "Oh. Speaking of second chances..."

"H-Hey little bro." Spade said.

"Uhh yeah... hi." Ace said.

"Ace. Spade." I came up to them and held both their paws. "I'm so sorry that I was being a bit harsh with my behavior back here. I'm just on my highest guard at the moment."

"That's okay sis in law." Ace held onto my paw. "I understand you completely. I mean he was the national guard of heaven. But now that he's not anymore, he's a sinner down here."

"So, how have you been little brother?" Ace spoke to Husky.

"I'll let you guys talk." I let go of their paws and hugged Husky.

"Babe..." Husky hugged me snug.

"Don't worry. I'll be making myself a plate at the buffet table." I said as I kissed his cheek. "Call me if anything."

"But..."

"Nice and easy. Just breathe and remember what I told you."

"Okay."

I waved to him and made my way to the buffet table.

~Husky's POV~

After I watched my pregnant fiancée going to the buffet table, I took in a deep breath and looked at my older brothers.

"Uhh hey guys. It's nice to see ya both again. I guess." I started as I flashed a small smile.

"Uhh yeah." Spade said.

"Ditto." Ace replied.

"How about a drink?" I offered them.

"Sure." they both agreed.

I went over to the bar and took out a case of beers. I gave them each a bottle and drank one for myself. I chugged the whole thing.

Ace chuckled. "You definitely hold in alcohol more better than pops."

"Way better than pops." Spade agreed.

I chuckled a bit. "I try. But I'd hate to tell you this but Rachel is the guzzler of beer there." I pointed at her who was talking to Adam.

"Oh. You mean that girl that scared us at the dining table? Oh yeah, she's pretty cool."

"She scared us really good." Ace said.

I laughed. "I bet she did. She loves to scare people. She can hold down more booze than me now."

"I'm like our uncle. I can hold my food down."

"More like you had the food in there Chunky." Spade laughed.

"Yeah. Totally chunky. You've gotten really chunky." I laughed.

"Ha ha ha. Very funny boys. Thanks for rubbing it in." Ace laughed as he drank his beer.

"That's him alright." Spade laughed as he also drank his beer. "He loved Miss Rachel's cooking."

"Hehe yeah. She's the chef here in the hotel. She's also married to the Radio Demon and the King of Hell." I said.

"Huh, she got that ace in a hole." Ace chuckled. "Lucky her."

"She's very lucky to score two men in one marriage." Spade said.

I laughed. "Yeah."

And so we kept on talking about what was going on with our lives. To be honest, this was actually kind of nice. It was just me and my brothers. And it was just us, talking, with beers in our paws. And I was enjoying their company again. Even if it has passed 50 years since that fateful day.

"Listen Husk. We just wanted to say that... we're really sorry about you dying. And for us leaving." Spade said.

"Really?" I looked at him. "So what was the reason you both killed me? Hmm?" I gave them a small glare.

"Look. We were forced to do the deed bro." Ace said. "The big boss thought that you cheated. And we were really impressed. Honest. But we just didn't expect him to actually command us to shoot you dead."

"Wait a minute. Are you guys saying that you didn't know?"

"No. We didn't. We didn't know." he shook his head.

"Wow... and I thought you guys just hated me..." I looked down at my beer bottle.

"Bro. We would never hate you. We didn't wanna do it, but he blackmailed us. We didn't wanna die too. So we were forced." Spade said.

"Wow... and after all this time, I thought you guys were after my life."

"We would never do that. That's your life. And we support you." Spade held my paw.

"Ditto. What Spade said." Ace held my other paw. "It's okay if you don't forgive us for what we've done."

"We'll understand if you don't."

This was a tough choice. They were blackmailed by their boss and were forced to kill me because I was accused of cheating. Now that was a lot to take in. I mean, I was still pretty upset that they did kill me and I wasn't able to see Marina ever again. But also on the other hand, I was glad that I was in Hell too. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have done everything I did here.

But I was especially thankful that I met Aqua. If it wasn't for her, my soul would still be captured by Alastor. And I wouldn't have met her, or dated her, or proposed to her, or even starting a family with her. None of this would've happened if it wasn't for my brothers.

I looked up at them and held their paws. "Alright guys. I forgive you. Just like what my wife to be says... You can build trust through forgiveness."

"Thanks little bro." Ace hugged me.

"We're proud of ya." Spade hugged me too.

I laughed and hugged them both. I was glad that I was able to forgive my brothers.

"Cat man! Jackpot!" Lucifer yelled out.

"Jackpot?" I thought about the word. And then I gasped as I remembered. It was my fiancée's codeword. "Jackpot?! Really?!"

"Jackpot?" Ace and Spade asked me.

"My babies! They're coming now?!"

"Yes! This baby shower turned into delivery day! It's time to cash the kittens in Husk!" Lucifer said. "We'll hold down the fort here!"

"Guys? I..." I looked back at Ace and Spade.

"It's okay. You go help your wife to be. We'll help out your friends clear out the room." Spade said.

"We got this bro." Ace winked at me.

"Thanks bros." I smiled and ran upstairs. I was really excited to finally meet my kittens.
