Prologue
A mysterious angel with short blonde hair with a spiral on one side and golden-brown eyes. Her attire is white and purple clothing with golden trimming. She was an Archangel except she has 4 wings as she was standing in the center of an area where time itself slows and the surroundings were full of stars.
(A/N Not my art, I'm showing what her outfit looks like.)
She was cupping something on her hands as though she was holding for dear life. She looked up to the white entity who was taller than her. The white being extended its hand, asking it to hand over.
She nodded as she opened her hands, revealing some kind of light orb containing soul of life. There were some orbs of light dancing, circling around them, awaiting to see what fate awaits each of them. It was her responsibility as the Arbiter to ensure whose souls to be judged and were sent either heaven or hell. That was her duty at first until something unexpected happen when she saw one orb that is different from the others.
Usually they saw colors like Red that represents committing a sin while Yellow represents a good deed. But a yellow orb yet a black energy swirling around it had not been seen in a eons. Yet, there it was in front of her. The rarest type of soul to ever pass through. Her eyes widened as she gestured the orb to come to her before bringing to another area.
And that's where she stands as she placed the orb on its hand before lifting it, inspecting the strange orb as if it was an anomaly
"Oh my......", The white being uttered, staring at a dimly lit colorful soul in front of it. It gently reached out and held the soul in its hands, afraid that even the simplest touch would cause it harm. "It has been far too long, I've wonder this would never happen. Yet, here you are..."
Staring into the soul, it watched as its memories unfurled. Each and every moment of the soul's life witnessed and memorized by the being in only an instant.
Every decision judged.
Every smile seen.
Every tear fallen.
Every pain felt.
The white being bore witness to the weight of the soul's life and felt as if through its own eyes as if it were it's own.
"You poor thing...You've been through so much..." It said with an unsteady voice. What felt like a lifetime took only moments to view, yet it weighed heavily on them. "You were so young when you passed...and life treated you harshly, others unjust and cruel."
"And Yet...at each and every turn, no matter what came your way, you just carried on with a smile..." it stops, closing its eyes and bringing the soul closer. "You gave others a kindness that you rarely received. You endured... and though you feared letting those around you get too close, you helped them with anyway. Choosing to keep to yourself. A life spent so utterly alone..."
The being let out a small pained laugh as it looked at it with amazement.
"And even now in death, you try to help," a soft smile graces its form, and places the orb gently upon at the Archangel. "Such a curious little thing, isn't it?"
She nodded with agreement.
"I've seen her life was never fair to her, never kind, never gentle. Yet... despite it all, She showed compassion and kindness to everyone she came across. Even those who hurt her..." a mixture of confusion and admiration graced the being. "She endured it until the very end, an end unfit for her actions in life."
"Normally, I would send this one to heaven but her soul is troubled, her past actions weighing on her, so heavily she can't see the good within her. She's an extremely rare case." The being added.
The white being contemplated for several moments. Watching the soul, it replayed its life over and over again as it thought and after a few moments, it came to a conclusion.
"It's settled. Let's go with the plan that you proposed 300 years ago. Beside, I'm tired of waiting for something to happen. Now it's time." The white being said as the reddish glow began to fill the area.
The Archangel shake in fear, afraid of the orb's safety as the white being assured, "Don't worry, I'll make sure nothing happens to her."
The white being placed its finger on the orb as it began to pulse brighter and brighter, vibrating in place as the newfound power coursed through it. It glowed brightly where the golden light swirled around the orb as the symbol appeared on it, much to the angel's surprise.
"I only bestow her a minor blessing since this one needs to be protected. Not to mention, it needed to suppress the curse she carries as well." The white being said before turning to the orb.
"Most of the demons of hell arrive with power equal to the sins they committed in their living life. However, this will not be the case for you. Instead, your power will come from your strength in life, the creation you weave and your unwavering resolve. Every soul you helped, every trial you withstood, every impact you made shall all be your power. And my what a power it will be."
The white being smiled as looked up to the angel as it spoke, "This is the first time I've ever done this. The rest is up to her. I hope this plan of yours work, for this will be the test to see if she can succeed in their quest."
The Arbiter sighs in sadly as she hugged the orb and said, "I am so sorry, for the sacrifice to come but you must make it through. For that world is too precious to lose. As much as we wanted to send you heaven but your heart is imbalance and lost that you cannot enter the paradise. I hope some day you would redeem your true self."
As the angel's tear dropped on the orb before she said lastly, "Farewell. May your heart of courage continue on, little star."
She stepped back and stretched out her arms as the air began to vibrate, a smell of sulfur grew potent. Suddenly, a deep red portal was ripped open under the orb, pulling them through in an instant as it began to fall.
She wiped away her tears before the white being leaned over to her and said with a grin, "You know Sera will be displeased when she finds out what has happened."
The Arbiter chuckled as she said, "True, but that is her problem, not mine. Beside, She needs to understand and learn the true difference between what is right or wrong."
The white being whirled his body around and said with a wave, "Send me the update of our progress. But if it doesn't work, that would be their loss."
As the area disappeared which she was teleported back into a an empty room. She sighs as she left through the tunnel where the turtle cherub was waiting for her.
"My lady, There you are. You just disappeared from your office. Listen, something happen to St. Peter's book." the turtle cherub said frantically.
"I see. Let me see to it." She said nonchalantly as she resumed her duty and head towards the hallway.
'I really hope she's ready for this.'

Somewhere in Hell, A pale, young blonde demon girl was leaning on the railing of the outside balcony. She crossed her arms as she looked out into the city, lost in thought about her current situation. She was devastated that her dream plan didn't work, no matter how much she tried. Her mother supported her but her father.....didn't like the idea.
But she'll do whatever it takes to make her dreams come true. She hoped one day she can help her people by redeeming without being killed on the next extermination. She have to come up a plan to advertise about her hotel.
She sighs sadly.
She stared up at the sky and noticed a shooting star falling from the sky off in the distance. That was an odd sight, but she figured it was another sinner falling. So many would fall daily that it was no wonder they needed a cleansing every year. She shrugged as she turned around to walk back inside; if she had only one wish, it was to see her dreams become a success.
She went back to inside as she lay down on her bed. Closing her eyes, she succumbed to exhaustion and tiredness in her body and mind.
Unkownst to her, the shooting star falling towards Hell had gotten more attention than the average sinner.
Some thought it was the appearance of a new overlord arriving. This would surely mean some of the current overlords could be taken down. One could only hope for that anyway.
To the overlords, there had been several thoughts that ended similarly. If this was a powerful sinner, it would be useful to get that sinner under their control before another overlord had gotten to them. If it was something else, it would surely cause trouble to the empires they had built in the pride ring.
However, there was one Overlord who seems intrigue as the mysterious female watched the brightly colored flame landing far into the city from a balcony. The demonic female only observed as her demeanor shifted from a serious one to surprisingly calm. Her smile widened at the sight. She had seen that kind of flame before which only mean one thing; Another fallen angel had entered the king of hell's kingdom.
'Oh, How interesting.' She thought
The shooting star crashed towards the forest, creating a large hole. Usually, when sinners fall they can't even scratch the concrete, whilst this particular sinner managed to cause a crater on the ground.
The smoke cleared away, revealing young pale girl with red hair and cat ears. Not only that she had some kind of pink halo and translucent wings. She was unconscious at first but managed to recover as she slowly got up from her spot. She wondered where she was but her instinct tells her to leave the place.
Eventually, some imps and sinners went to investigate when the smoke and fire finally cleared, but she was no longer there. Little did they know, was that this new sinner was what Hell and its inhabitants needed. She who would become their little piece of heaven in Hell.
(A/N This is my first chapter in making this. I hate to admit after watching the animation. I was a bit amazed but it was a shame that the ending in S1 wasn't what I was expecting. So, anyway I'm just gonna leave this chapter until I decide to make more or not.)
