Reginald POV

I glare at Stolas while still being pinned to the wall if this moron hadn't put his own daughter up as the collateral mine wouldn't be in danger right now I look back at where Alastor is standing over Y/n his eyes still radio dials "Alastor! Leave her be! It's Stolas' collateral you're after right!? she has nothing to do with that or anything else Stolas did" I watch as he regains his composure and I get dropped from the wall I quickly stand up ready to use the one spell Lucifer permitted me to use on Alastor if he gets out of hand.

"I take it she is yours then Reginald? Seeing how she went on the defensive only after I pinned you to the wall" "yes she is Alastor now if you don't mind I have a report to give to Lucifer and I'd like to tend to my daughter whatever business you have with Stolas is none of my concern I only mediate between lord Lucifer and you lot not between you overlords" he nods and I grab my papers and the grimoire and rush over to Y/n I put my things on her chest and set a hand on her shoulder and snap my fingers teleporting us home, as soon as we arrive I push the papers and grimoire off Y/n and rush her to her room, I had a sickening feeling that something wasn't right with her usually if you get far enough from alastor his static effect wears off and you wake up but she hasn't yet.

Y/n POV

Black and red is all I see everywhere I look it's just swirls of black and red I walk around a little then come across an old looking door I walk up to it and what look like little voodoo dolls open the door for me I slowly walk in and it feels like I was sent to another world everything looks like it belongs to a different era from what I'm used to. "Seems I was a little too harsh on you my dear I only meant to stun you for that whack you gave me with the candle stand, not send you into my inner sanctuary"

I quickly turned around to face. Alastor shocked that I didn't hear him walk up to me "inner sanctuary? So I'm..." "In my mind yes and the only way to get your conscience back to your body is if I fiscally touch your body but your father seems to have teleported without leaving a trace" "he does that to protect me and my mom from the more vulgar overlords" "by vulgar you mean the likes of Stolas and Valentino?" " Yeah mostly those two ... Dad has to be loosing his mind right now not knowing what is going on with me" I try to look strong but my legs start to quiver and I feel dizzy.

"Easy dearie overwhelming yourself in here could cause you more harm than you know" he helped me sit in a chair that I didn't even realize I was standing near.

"why are you being so kind to me don't you despise meditators? Or anyone that's loyal to Lucifer?" He laughs and shakes his head " my dear I simply dispize how your father carries out his work when it comes to the meetings between him and myself they are never private like the ones he has with the others as far as the loyalty part yes I do dispize them but I can tell that you are not fully loyal to Lucifer like the rest  even though you are the next mediator" I noticed him eye me with a knowing grin, did he know? But how could he, we have never interacted with each other before this there's no way he knew that I didn't want to take my father's place as mediator unless " were you listening in on Octavia and my conversation before you attacked? For someone claiming to be a gentleman that's extremely rude".

He laughs again and everything around us changes I don't know how to describe it but when I looked up the sky wasn't red like the one I grew up with " what is this place?" I watch him look around and pause like he was shocked at the scenery around us " these are the woods I used to hunt when I was alive, I didn't think I still had a memory of this place" he mumbled the last part but I still heard it I stand up and walk over to him " you miss this place don't you along with the room we were in just moments ago?"

Alastor POV

I look at the young demoness in all my years in hell I've never had anyone talk to me the way she did most would talk with nothing but respect out of fear and then there were those that would talk down to me but since they were higher in power and had that wretched spell I couldn't do anything against them but this dame talks to me like we're equals and there's no fear laced in her words I knew I couldn't let someone like this vanish from my mundane afterlife and waste her potential working for that ungrateful Lucifer that's when an idea came to my mind "how about a deal? You tell me how to get to your home so I can return you to your body and I free you from what will surely be a boring future in hell"

Y/n POV

I think about it for a bit it's an interesting offer but "what's the catch? And don't we physically have to shake on it if I agree?" He chuckles "Reginald raised you well, the only catch is that you stay by my side as mine and mine alone and we could shake on it once I return you to your body" I think about it more dad always said a catch can come from both ends of the deal and this deal isn't that bad but it's missing a little something "Alright Alastor I'll take your deal but I'm putting my own catch on it if I'm to be yours alone then you'll have to be mine alone, don't think I don't know about your past with Rosie and mimzy" he chuckles pulling me closer to him our faces inches apart " it's a deal then darling" after I told him how to get to my house he told me I would have to wait a little while he tried to talk to my dad about what happened at Stolas' Manor and that my conscience has been in his head this entire time I told Alastor if he wanted to convince my dad he would have to act as if I've been driving him insane this entire time after what felt like a few minutes I began to black out again.

when I woke up I saw Alastor holding out his hand seemingly wanting to help me up but I knew better and took his hand the air in the room getting a little chilly that's when my dad realized what happened "y/n what did you make a deal with him for?" I smile staying by Alastor's side his arm wrapping around my waist "simple dad I tell him where the house was and in return I become his and he becomes mine, I never really wanted to become a mediator for Lucifer and go from meeting to meeting and barely have time to myself and I did think it through before I made the deal, twice actually, and I'm happy with it" I smile up at alastor, but when I look back at my dad he looked ready to kill Alastor must of seen it too  since he moved in front of me ready to sheild me from a possible attack when my mom suddenly walked in and pulled my dad out of the room by his ear "y/n sweetie grab whatever you need and go I'll deal with your father, Oh and Alastor if you harm my baby you'll wish you hadn't been born to begin with, by the time I'm done with you" I snicker knowing that that was the same thing my grandma told my dad when my parents first got together when they were alive mom told me all about grandma too bad I never got to meet her I started to pack some of my favorite clothes and other things and by the time I finished all you could hear were my dad's painful shouts coming from the basement I look at Alastor and smile " I have everything so where to?" He smiles at me grabbing my bags. " Well my darling I've been helping and staying at a hotel in pentagram city" I smile knowing exactly the place he's talking about " I've heard about it, so is that where you took Octavia? Since that feather brain decided to put her as the collateral" as we were walking he looked at me surprised.  "How did you know I did that?" I just laugh and walk ahead of him a little "she was talking about running away to that place before I told her about my issues so I figured you heard that and that was the real reason you went to Stolas' Manor" he just shakes his head "you my darling are smarter than I originally thought, oh and please don't tell the others about that,it would ruin my image" we both laugh as we walk into the hotel to start our new afterlife together.
