Haxus sighed happily after he opened the front door and walked into the house, closing the door behind him before taking his boots off. After a half day at work he was looking forward to seeing his lovely wife, (Y/n). The sounds of the tv playing in the living room met his ears followed by the sounds of footsteps which could only belong to his human mate. As soon as (Y/n) heard her husband come through the front door she got up off of the couch and went to greet him while subconsciously rubbing her somewhat large baby bump. The two lovers met in the living room doorway; Haxus knelt down and carefully embraced his mate while she rested her hands on his shoulders.

"Hello love, how was your day?" Haxus queried while smiling, pressing a soft kiss against his wife's forehead.

"It went well as usual, but I missed you." (Y/n) answered, happy that her husband was back home with her; with their first litter on the way she felt more vulnerable in an affectionate way.

"I missed you too, my lovely mate." Haxus purred affectionately, gazing into (Y/n's) beautiful (E/c) eyes.

(Y/n) blushed and kissed Haxus, feeling her heart fluttering within her chest; she swooned so easily after she became pregnant. After breaking the kiss Haxus carefully picked (Y/n) up bridal style and carried her to the living room before sitting on the couch and sat his mate on his lap. He gently nuzzled her and purred while she placed her hands on the back of his neck and reciprocated the affection. After everything that happened Haxus and (Y/n) finally tied the knot and decided to live on the newly revived Daibazaal. Since (Y/n) was pregnant Haxus only worked half days so that he could be home most of the day to take care of his mate.

"You're very sexy like this, you know." Haxus whispered sexily while gazing into (Y/n's) eyes, lightly rubbing her baby bump with his free hand.

"What, practically swollen like a whale?" (Y/n) questioned humorously, her smile widening while her husband rested his hand over her baby bump.

"No, swollen with our kittens. You know that." Haxus responded with a slightly playful growl followed by a purr, closing his eyes and resting his forehead against hers.

(Y/n) let out a nearly silent sigh from how happy she was feeling during that moment, gently caressing the back of her husband's head. Haxus could feel their kittens moving around; they recently became more active and could finally be felt from outside. There were three of them, the perfect amount for a first litter of galra/human hybrids. Haxus felt blissful while he snuggled with (Y/n) on the comfortable couch in their living room, breathing in her pregnancy pheromones. He would eventually make dinner for them to eat together, but for the time being he just wanted to hold her.

Haxus hugged (Y/n) from behind while purring and nuzzling the back of her head, his nose buried in her hair; they weren't married nor were they living on Daibazaal, they weren't even courting seeing as they were only secret roommates living in the castle of lions. The galran man was only dreaming a dream he never had before, the dream making him feel happy and loved while he was fast asleep with (Y/n). A month had passed since she went with the paladins to the feast on Skaro, the whole hoodie situation left in the past and mostly forgotten. Haxus wasn't aware of his deepest desires when he was awake and conscious, but while he was asleep his desires played out in his dreams. His dream would someday become a reality, but for the time being Haxus and (Y/n) were only roommates and nothing more.
