(Y/n) was able to go back to her normal schedule. As much as she hated having her period every month, she knew that she needed it to stay healthy. Haxus went back to his normal self after she stopped menstruating, no longer acting sweet and cuddly. Haxus tried denying that he acted protective of (Y/n) during her period; he didn't want her thinking he was going soft. However, roughly about one week after her period ended, (Y/n's) fertile window started and Haxus started acting weird again; but instead of acting protective, he started acting flirtatious.

(Y/n) was definitely weirded out by the ex galran lieutenant occasionally flirting with her, so she tried to ignore his advances towards her and forced herself not to blush. She was completely unaware that she was on her fertile window, but she couldn't be blamed for not knowing. On the other hand, it was driving Haxus crazy when he smelled how fertile she was; he hadn't exactly been around any fertile women for a very long time.
