|Never Let Me Go| Grayson Hawthorne 🔥🔥
(This one's quite short so just be warned. Here's a little background: Avery and Max were in a trio with Blake, who lived with her only relative, her Grandma. But she constantly tried to leave home because her Grandmother treated her awfully. When her Grandmother passes away, Blake is informed she'll be placed in foster care, which terrified her from stories she'd heard from her Grandma. So Blake ran away and wound up in Texas where her friend Avery and Max both currently were. She showed up crying and Avery immediately offered her a room to stay in. She's stayed out of everyone's hair, knowing they're a little sceptical of her circumstances)
As a naturally curious mind, I find myself constantly wandering around Hawthorne House at the brink of twilight. Ever since I started visiting my friend Avery here I've felt lost. I don't know what I'm looking for precisely, however every wall seems to send me into some sort of spiral.
The courtyard at night seems particularly unsettling, the windstorm causing waves to crash around. Branches of trees swing aggressively, clanging against the glass windows and making me flinch every time.
The moon peers down my neck, leaving fearful chills of what could be lying around here unbeknownst to me. With said moon being the only source of light, I find myself having to squint to see.
"Hey what are you doing out so late?" I hear a voice ask forcefully.
I physically flinch and scream at the abrupt frightful noise. I whip around, my curly brown hair flying all over the my face as I attempt to place the sound.
Standing there in the likely freezing water, is Grayson Hawthorne. A particularly disheartened look in his piercing eyes as he stares me down coldly.
"I could ask you the same question?" I find myself snarling.
I shiver, wearing only my pajamas and admittedly now shameful bunny slippers.
"What does it look like?" He cuts sharply. "Swimming apparently. Though in the current states I don't think that's a wise idea." I fire back.
"Maybe not. We'll see. Now what's your excuse?" He challenges. "Can't sleep." I fold my arms over my stomach with what I can only describe to be insecurity.
"And why's that?" He smirks menacingly, he likes that I'm vulnerable, it gives him the upper hand. Regardless of his smug persona, I confide in him anyway.
"Scared." I admit briefly. His grin drops to his usual undetectable expression. "What's there to be scared of?" He asks, propping his folded arms on the edge of the pool to look up at me.
"The storm." I mutter.
A flash and boom coincide in the near wooded area. I cringe and suck in a large gasp of air.
Grayson nods once, a sort of gesture to himself, telling me to come over. I creep closer to the pool, sliding my slippers off and sitting at the edge, dangling two feet in right beside him.
"Cute pj's." He teases, floating out a little so he's in front of me but just far enough that I can't reach him with my feet — not that I'd try to wriggle my toes out to touch him, just for perspective.
Another much louder roar of thunder and brighter dash of lightning makes me scream and squeeze my eyes closed. "Why are you scared?" He asks me.
"Why are you not? Loud bangs and jolts of electricity being shot out of the sky at random points in time with no specific path, eliminating anything getting in its way." I ramble.
"It's not random though. It can be measured, and the further apart the thunder is, the farther away the lightning is. So it's miles away. It's just bright so it looks closer." He explains.
"I know that. It's still scary though." I shiver, clutching my arms around my goose bumped body.
"I'm not scared. When did this fear start?" He asks me. "My Grandmother and I were in the car one night. I had just tried to run away from home, she told me if I tried again mother nature would do its job and the lightning would catch me. Told me karma's a bitch." I scoff in memory.
Grayson swims closer, my knees being pressed up against his firm shoulders.
"And now that you've ran away.. You're scared she was right?" He puts the pieces together. "I know I probably sound stupid-"
He cuts me off, "You're not stupid."
I shift uncomfortably, trying not to flinch, and failing, when another flash comes down. I feel myself shaking and honestly come close to throwing up with how long I've been out here.
"I'm going inside." I bite down on my cheek, about to stand up when Grayson interrupts me.
"Leaving me all on my own in this weather? I thought better of you." He hums.
"You want me to stay?" I furrow my brows. "Well you said it not me." Grayson smirks.
"Grayson.." I frown. "Blake." He replies firmly, pretty serious.
Another boom and flash, I whimper anxiously. Grayson's hands reach out and land on my knees.
"Join me for a swim?" He offers. "I'm in my pajamas." I decline immediately. "Alright. You'll just have to watch me then." He shrugs, starting to swim away.
I grip firmly on his shoulder, not wanting him to swim away. He turns around with confusion. I pull my pajama top over my head, then stand up and let my shorts drop down beside me. I'm left in just my underwear, embarrassingly ones that do not match. A bright pink bra and white underwear, but thankfully they're both my fancy ones.
Grayson looks dazed as he eyes me up and down. I sit back down and start to slide in. His hands reach out to either side of my waist, and he lifts me down into the water. The pool is heated, that makes sense considering how long he's been out here without shivering.
"Swim?" He asks, his voice warm and caressing my cheek. "I'd rather just stay like this." I reply, our faces dangerously close.
"You want me to keep my hands on your waist?" He raises a brow, smirking and waiting for my answer. "I think it's a good place to start. But I know exactly where I want your hands to be in about ten minutes time." I whisper seductively.
His breathing hitches, I wouldn't have noticed, had mine not too. My pulse quickens and I think I might just run away.
"Is that an invitation?" He swallows. "I think it was more of a challenge." I grin.
In almost perfect timing, my hands go to his neck, and he cranes his head down to my face, planting a hesitant and tender kiss on my lips.
"I can never say no to a challenge." He growls huskily.
I reconnect our lips for a much more hungry and heated kiss. His tongue slides into my mouth, working its way around like he owns my mouth. My stomach tingles and those tingles spread down and rests between my legs.
I sort of just blank, letting him do all the work. "You okay?" He separates from my lips. I don't answer, instead I just bring our lips back together, taking all he can give me, and giving him as much as I can manage with how shocked and nervous I feel.
I slide my hands into his hair, pulling on it every now and then, making him growl into my mouth. His hands trail down my waist and grip me by the thighs, pinning me on the wall of the pool and letting my legs straddle him.
He explores my body with passion, tingles covering all of me which is likely felt by his roaming hands.
"You want to go inside?" He groans, his fingers caressing the sides on my underwear. "I think if I wait one more minute I'll throw up." I admit, "Here?" He's quick to ask. I nod ferociously.
He shrugs carelessly and tears my underwear off, throwing them to the side of the pool behind me. He starts removing his trunks now.
"You sure?" Grayson says slowly. "Yeah." I nod eagerly.
He doesn't take a second to rethink things, sliding inside of me and starting the job.
He starts out slow, but picks up the pace in no time, pounding inside of me making my screams echo. Grayson and I become an array of pleasureful moans.
I widen my eyes and my mouth, about to produce a sort of screamish sound I'm unsure I've ever heard before. Pressing my fingers into his shoulder blades I chew down on my lip.
"Fuck." I scream out when I find myself finishing. The sound of my climax brings Grayson's out and causes him to explode inside of me.
Like two dogs, we pant and gasp for air. He just stands there for a moment, staring at me with shock.
When he finally pulls away, ripping our hot skin away, he gets out the pool and grabs his trunks, along with my underwear and tosses it back to me.
We both reclothe ourselves and he wraps me up in the only towel he has, refusing when I told him he should take it.
"Did you realize there was lightning going on the whole time?" He nudges me, one arm over my shoulder as he walks me back up to his room. "I.. No I guess not." I smile.
Grayson helps dry me off in his room, messing around my severely curly hair and laughing as he attempts to braid it. Being given a new change of clothes, some possessions of his I can imagine, I get changed with his shameless eyes watching every inch of me. Though I indubitably did the same thing when he gets dressed.
He holds me in his arms as we fall asleep, gently cooing in my ears every time I flinched at the loud bangs.
I came out there looking for nothing in particular. I guess I found something?
(a/n. That's all, I've struggled updating these oneshots because every time I write something I end up wanting to write a whole ass fic about it. Then I have to remind myself I already have 3 ongoing Inheritance Games as well as these oneshots and maybe one more on the way.. So anyway, hope you enjoyed)
