"The human body can last two weeks without food. But it can't survive without water. If worst come to worse, we can drink this." Erica explains. "Hate to break it to you, but that's not water." Robin says as she takes it from her hands and examines it again. The doors started to open, so we all hide behind a bunch of boxes. Two men in uniform come in with a large truck and start loading boxes into the truck. They pull out soon after with a trunk full of boxes. After we're sure they're gone, we slip out of the room and into the large hallways.
"Should we follow the direction they went?" I asked as I pointed down the long hallway.

"You did it! You finally won a fight!" My brother laughed at Steve as Steve pushed a now unconscious guy to the ground. "Guys?" Robin asked as she gestured to a door at the top of the stairs. We all looked up at it. "Should we go up?" I asked. Everyone agreed, so Robin and I walked up to check it out. We looked into the small window to see a large machine trying to break open a wall. "Is that the gate?" I questioned myself as I turned back to the group.
"They're trying to open the gate Eleven opened last year." I exclaimed. Steve furrowed his eyebrows and ran up to see for himself with everyone else. "That is the gate." Steve agreed. "What gate?" Robin asked, Erica agreeing.
"Last year-." Dustin started, but a bunch of man burst into the room.
"Dustin! Erica! Run!" I screamed at my brother and Erica as a couple men grabbed, Steve, Robin, and I. All of us attempted to break from their grip, but no luck. One of them hit me over the head with something, which resulted me blacking out.
"Angel! Don't lay a finger on her!" I heard Steve yell as I drifted off.

My eyes fluttered open to meet a bunch of men by the door. I lifted my head and looked around. A groan slipped past my lips as I felt my head throb from where the man hit me in the head earlier. I tried to raise my arm to try and fix it, by my arms were strapped down. My arms tugged at the rope that was keeping me attached to the chair.
"Steve?" I asked as my eyes landed on him beside me. He turned his head and looked at me. "Angel! You're awake!" He exclaimed before a man punched him. "What did I just say? Answer my question! Who do you work for?" The man yelled. My eyes watered as I saw my boyfriend's bloody face and black eye. I looked over to see Robin still passed out.
"Ack!" I hissed as a needle pushed through my skin and injected some type of fluid into me. "Stop! Don't hurt her!" Steve shouted as my vision blurred. The man lifted my head and looked into my eyes. I yelled as he pressed his finger against the injection site.
My eyes started to feel weird as the fluid started coursing through my body. Almost as if, I couldn't control what I was saying. "Now, tell me who you work for." The man said as he threatened to push on my injury again. "Scoops Ahoy! It's an ice cream shop in the mall!" I cried out as he pressed on it again. Robin and Steve screamed as they got injected too. My eyes started to water as I heard my boyfriend's agonizing scream. Tears streamed down my face as I heard him whimper in pain.
"Stop, please don't hurt him." I sobbed. All I wanted to do was hold my boyfriend in my arms and never let go. The man moved on to Robin. I cried as I tried to move my hand to reach for Steve's. "Steve?" I whimpered as I extended my hand as best as I could. I waited for his hand to engulf mine as I sobbed. His hand enveloped mine, which immediately made me calm down. The man stepped away from Robin and stood in front of me again. "This is the last time I'm asking. Who do you work for?" He spat. "Scoops Ahoy!" I shouted in his face before he injected me again. I shrieked in pain as he pulled the needle out of my skin.
"Is everyone okay?" I sobbed. "I'm fine, are you?" Robin asked. "Could be better, Steve?" I questioned when I didn't hear anything from him. I twisted my head his way to see him looking at scissors on a table farther away. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" He asked as he realized I was looking too. "Yes." I answered. "If we hop at the same time, we should be able to jump over and somehow get them." Steve explains. Robin and I nodded with him.
"Okay, on the count of three, jump." Robin says. I nod as Steve counts.
"Three!" He exclaimed. All three of us jumped, which made the chairs move. "We did it!" Robin cheered. "We're not there yet." I said. "One, two, three!" Steve said a couple more times.
On our last jump, we fell over. "Ah!" I exclaimed as I fell. My chair was sticking straight up since I was on the end. My head hit the back of the chair, making my body flood with pain.
"Shit!" I yelped. "Angel, keep your eyes open, please." Steve says. I tried my best to keep my eyes open, but they closed on their own.

Dustin and Erica frees us from whatever just happened. I broke out of the ropes and urgently pulled the ropes off of my girlfriend's unconscious body. Even if I couldn't say the right things, I tried to talk to her.
"Angel, please wake up." I sobbed into her shoulder. She was still breathing, so that calmed me down a little bit. "What happened?" Dustin asked as he helped us up. "We we're trying to get the scissors, but we fell over and Angel passed out." I cried as I picked her up bridal style. Her lifeless body slumped in my arms as we tried to leave this weird facility.
