"No!" I giggled as Steve jokingly hit me with a towel in the back room of work. I turned around and hit him with my towel. We giggled as we continued to play around. Steve laughed as he hid in the freezer area. "You can't stay in there all day." I giggled as I tried to open it. He was holding it closed on the other side. I backed away from the door and waited for him to open it.
I didn't have to wait long. He popped out and jokingly hit me. I whipped my towel and hit him in the stomach. "Ow!" He laughed as he tried to hit me with his.
"What is going on?" My brother asked as he walked in. "What are you doing here?" I asked, still laughing. Steve glanced at me before turning his attention to my brother.
"I need your guys help with decoding! I got this weird code when I was searching for a channel. I managed to record it." Dustin exclaimed as the threw a recorder on the table before sitting down between Steve and I, playing it right after. My brother played the recording and made both of us listen to it since Robin was upfront.
"That makes no sense." Steve said as the recording finished. "It has too, they're trying to keep something. And if someone found it like Dustin did, they wouldn't be able to understand it." I explained before playing the recording again. "It sounds familiar?" Steve suggests. "What does?" I asked. "The music, the music right there at the end." Steve says. "Are you listening to the music?" Dustin asked.
Steve slowly nodded. "Listen to the Russians!" My brother exclaimed before playing it again.

"Guys! I decoded it!" Robin says as Steve and I work up front. I serve the last ice cream to our last customer before walking to the back. My brother was sitting at the table, still trying to figure it out. "What does it say?" I asked as Steve walked in behind me. Robin explained what she decoded. "I still don't understand it." Steve sighs. I place my hand on his shoulder in attempt to comfort him. Dustin glances at us, but doesn't pay attention.
Robin explains it again, trying to understand it herself. "I don't know, but my shift just ended." I sighed as I took my hand off my boyfriend's shoulder. I walked over and clocked out on the wall. As they talked, I grabbed my bag and got ready to go. "Aren't you going to help us?" Robin asked. "Sorry, I promised my mom I would do the dishes as soon as I got off of work since I didn't do them last night. I'll be back." I said.
"She did, mainly because mom yelled at her." Dustin agreed. "Yeah, So I'll be back!" I exclaimed before sharing one last glance with Steve before walking out of the back and into the front. No one was waiting at the register, so I started to walk out. "Angel, Wait!" Steve exclaimed as he walked out of the back room. "Yeah?" I questioned as I turned around. He glanced to the back to make sure my brother wasn't looking before gently pressing his lips against mine.
"I'll see you later." I giggled as I pulled away and walked out.

"Hey, mom!" I greeted as I walked in the house. "Hey, honey." My mom smiled as I dropped my bag. "I'm going to change real quick, I'll be right back out." I nodded before walking into my room and changing.
I re-emerged in a old shirt of mine and some shorts. "I'm ready!" I said before joining her in the kitchen and starting to do dishes. "How was work?" She asked. "It was good, wasn't very eventful." I nodded while putting dishes in the drying rack.
"You had a call from that Steve boy, is there something you want to tell me?" My mom chuckled as she sipped her coffee. "I did? He's supposed to be at work?" I questioned as I put the last dish away and stepped towards the phone. "At-at-At! Answer my question about this Steve boy." My mom smiles as he holds the phone away from me. "Fine, you can't tell Dustin, but Steve and I are dating." I confessed.
"Why are you hiding this from your brother?" She asked as she handed me the phone. "He's friends with Steve, and he's always in our business." I laughed before trying to call work. The phone rang as my mom and I continued to talk.
"I'll tell him when I get the chance." I said. "Tell who?" Dustin answered the phone. "No one, it's none of your business. Anyways, is Steve still there?" I questioned. "Steve! Your girlfriend's on the phone!" My brother called out.
I decided I would tell my brother tonight when he got home. Why did I keep it from him for so long? He's obviously okay with it.
"Hey!" Steve greeted. "Hey, I was told you called?" I giggled. "Yeah, Robin found something out. Apparently she cracked the code." Steve answered. "Cool, let me get changed and then I'll be there." I told him. "Alright. I'll see you soon." Steve said before I hung up. "Looks like I'm going back to the mall."

"Alright, so what's going on?" I asked as I walked into the back. I sat down beside Steve as Robin explained everything. "So, the clock points down to that new store opening. We have to get into that store." Dustin says. "Woah, Woah, Woah! What if there's swat behind the door?" Steve asked. "The only way we can get in is through the vents. We plan on doing this at night, so I doubt anyone would be there." Dustin answered. Robin put a blueprint of the mall on the table. "These are the vents, we need someone small enough to fit through the vents." Robin says.
"I can do it!" Dustin says. "No collarbones, remember?" He says as he stands up and opens the vents, grabs a latter, and attempts to get up there. "What?" Robin asked. "He was born with no collarbones." I said as I watched everything go down. "I'm stuck!" He exclaimed. "Push me!" He said as we all crowded around him. Steve pushes on his feet and tries to help him. "Push my butt!" Dustin exclaims.
I furrow my eyebrows as I start laughing. "What?" Steve asks. "Touch my butt! I don't care!" He yells. This only made me laugh harder as I watched my boyfriend try and push my brother into the vents. "I've come to the conclusion I don't fit." Dustin says as Steve stops trying. My brother wriggles out of the vents and jumps down to the ground.
