She does have a creepy eye imbedded in her foot that is animus enchanted. It is basically Mad-Eye Moody's electric-blue eye from Harry Potter, as it has all of it's powers, just more dragon-like. Also, it can swivel around inside her foot.

And the scar on her arm/wing is where a thorn punctered her. She is good at first-aid, so she fixed it to not be infected.
