In that moment I wanted to kill that mother fucker! Just rip him from limb to limb and feed on his organs.

"Isabella?" Parker questioned from beside me.

I clenched my teeth in annoyance. He's lucky he is sick or I would've finished him off slowly and painfully.

I didn't realize that he was sitting directly opposite to me until his foot glide its way up my legs.

My eyes widen at the coldness of his bare feet, he must of taken off his shoes and damn him and his long legs!

Out of surprise I chocked on my food, greedily drinking down the water Parker gave me as he caressed my back worriedly.

"Are you okay? And why are you blushing?" His voice was clouded with worry and confusion.

"I...am...er...well-" I was tongue tied and my breath continued to hitch in my throat as I felt endless electricity playing with my bare legs.

I saw Haven smirked from my parallel vision and I so badly wanted to kill him for even touching me but, surprisingly, my wolf didn't appreciate the image i was giving her of the mere future if he continued.

"Oh I think I might have an idea on how she is blushing" haven said in a fake dumb voice but he didn't wait for anyone to reply as he continued, "See...thing is, I'm not sure how to phrase this but, your mate and I happened to be ex's".

"WHAT!?" Parker and I yelled at the same time.

"Oh shit, I'm sorry, I taught she told you. I didn't know that mates doesn't always tell each other everything..." He said putting on a 'guilty' and 'confused' face.

"I'm such an idiot.." I muttered to myself as I played with the hem of my dress.

How did this even happen? Why did I call him sexy? he rejected me and I shouldn't feel this amount of pleasure when he touch me! I feel like a sult!

"Isabella, is this true?" Parker asked with a sadden voice, I gulped and had no other choice than to nod cause if I didn't i know haven wasn't going to give up.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Cause I wanted to forget the failure part of my life, my choices and my mistakes so I could regroup everything in my messed up life, so I can start over and live happily with the love of my life...with my mate" I looked parker in the eyes as I said the last part, it was half the truth though and I wanted to really forget the part when haven rejected me.

Parker searched my face to see if I'm lying and in that moment I thanked the moon goddess for blessing me with the power to have a poker face.

He sighed and nod, "Excuse me and my mate" he excused looking down at me lovingly.

I smiled brightly and took his hands in mine, ignoring the growl that escaped haven and his burning stare as I leave with parker to our bedroom.

"You look so good in blue, you know? Especially with the length of that dress..." Parker whispered seductively in my ear as he closed the bedroom door.

"Oh yea?" I Challenged as I smirked up at him.

He smirked back as he pushed me against the wall gently, I raised an eyebrow at him in questioning to why he pushed me gently as he just studied my features.

"Whats wrong?" I asked caressing his tense shoulders.

"Something isn't right..."

"What do you mean?" I asked feeling guilty for not telling parker about haven's rejection.

He shakes his head, "Never mind that now and besides....I'm home now and that mark of ours isn't their anymore" he tries to be seductive again but I shake my head and step side him.

"Its okay I'm not in the mood either...I just want to cuddle and fall asleep" I said truthfully as I took of my dress and slippers.

Parker did the same as we walked over to the bed and get tangled in one another.

"Today felt really weird..." Parker commented as he played with a stray strand of hair on my head.

I nod agreeing but I was already falling asleep.

"I don't like the way how haven was looking at you and I want you to be by my side always" his voice was fading and I wasn't really hearing any of it honestly.

"Promise me, Isabella?" His voice was a little demanding but I didn't really have energy to put up a fight so I just nod like last time. "Good".

I snuggled closer to parker feeling his cold body next to mine makes me shiver slightly but other than that its completely normal.

I wonder how haven body will feel next to mine? Will we fit perfectly like mates do? Or am I just overwhelmed by His sudden appearance?
