Chapter Nineteen
"We're back!" Colt Cabana exclaimed. "I'm here with the Redneck Princess, Sabrina Slater. You know, why isn't Heath called the Redneck Prince?"
"That would imply that we're married," Sabrina pointed out, frowning. "I may be the Redneck Princess, but I'm not marrying my brother."
Colt just laughed. "No, that's not what I meant! I mean, since he's the princess's brother, wouldn't that make him a prince? If you guys were married, wouldn't that make you king and queen? Not prince and princess?"
Sabrina sighed. "I'm not smart enough for this. This is why I became a professional wrestler. I don't need to know about royal families and shit."
"Are you implying that professional wrestlers are dumb?" Colt asked, laughing.
"No, of course not," Sabrina objected. "Some of the smartest people I know are professional wrestlers. You know Xavier Woods is getting his PhD, right?"
"I think I did know that," He replied. "That's awesome."
"I really wish I had gone to college," Sabrina admitted.
"Why?"
"When I'm done wrestling, what am I supposed to do?" She reasoned. "I didn't go to college, so I'll be stuck flipping burgers or something."
"Why didn't you go to college?" He asked.
"I was going to go to West Virginia University, but about a week after I got accepted, I got a call telling me that I got accepted into a wrestling school, too," She explained. "Wrestling was, and still is, my life. I went to the wrestling school instead of college. I guess I could still go to college."
"It's never too late to go to college," Colt agreed. "You should definitely go to college when you're done wrestling. It gives you a backup plan in case you decide to never wrestle again."
"I like to think that I'll be wrestling forever," She said. "But I'm probably not. There's always the possibility of an injury, or the bosses finally get annoyed with me for always being angry."
"Are you angry a lot?" He asked, chuckling.
"Only when I hear something I don't like," She replied. "Which, when I'm with them, is a lot. It's not their fault or anything, but sometimes storylines make me angry."
"You don't beat them up or something, do you?" Colt asked.
"No, I normally just yell at them," She said, laughing. "Actually, when I found out I had to be in a tag team with Chris Jericho, I got mad, yelled at them, and walked out of the room. I was pissed off."
"Why? Jericho is your boyfriend," He said.
"Well, at the time, we weren't dating. We actually hated each other," She said. "And for a while, we still hated each other. But I guess being around each other a lot, we grew to like each other."
"And then you fell in love," He said.
"Yeah, pretty much," She said. "Oh, remember that time he kissed me after one of our first matches? The first time he kissed me?"
"Yeah..."
"That wasn't planned, and that pissed me off, too," She explained. "They put us in a romantic storyline and it made me angry, but now we're dating, so I guess it turned out okay."
"Have you seen a therapist for these anger issues you have?" He asked, jokingly.
"I probably should, shouldn't I?" She asked, laughing. "Ooh, do you the WWE would pay for it? They might like me more if I stopped yelling at them."
"You should ask about that," He said. "If people stop getting yelled at, they'd probably pay for it."
"I'll be sure to ask."
"So, that's all the time we have for today," He said. "Where can the listeners find you on social media?"
"I'm at BrinaSlater on Twitter, and at SabrinaSlaterWWE on Instagram," She replied. "Are there others that I should have?"
"Do you have Snapchat?" He asked. "I think that's a popular thing these days."
"No. Should I have one?" She asked.
"I don't know," He answered. "Everyone, tweet Sabrina at Brina Slater and tell her if she should get a Snapchat."
"I'll think about getting one," She said.
Colt went on to talk about his upcoming events, and ended the show.

Sabrina stepped off the plane at Yeager Airport in Charleston, West Virginia. As she walked to baggage claim, she pulled out her phone to see if Chris had texted her back. He was supposed to be picking her up. She had texted him when she was still in Chicago, but he hadn't responded. She sighed as she took her bag and rolled it over to a bench.
She looked at her phone for a few seconds, assuming her phone just hadn't received his message yet. She had it on airplane mode, and had taken it off of it when she arrived in Charleston. Finally, she locked her phone, and when she looked up, there was a little girl standing in front of her.
"Hello," Sabrina greeted.
"Are you Sabrina Slater?" The little girl asked.
Sabrina smiled. "I am. What's your name?"
"I'm Anna," She replied.
A woman walked up to them, taking Anna's hand.
She looked at Sabrina. "I'm so sorry. She ran off."
"Oh, it's fine," Sabrina assured her.
"Mommy, it's Sabrina Slater," Anna explained, getting out of her mom's grasp. "She's a wrestler."
"Oh!" The mom exclaimed. "You're her favorite Diva!"
"No!" Anna protested. "She's a wrestler. She fights guys!"
Sabrina laughed. "She kind of has a point." She looked at Anna. "Would you like a picture?"
Anna grinned and looked up at her mom. "Can I?"
"Of course."
Sabrina and Anna stood next to each other, smiling, and her mom took their picture. Before they left, Anna gave her a hug.
"Thank you so much!" She exclaimed.
"You're so welcome!" Sabrina said. They released the hug. "Be good for your mommy, okay?"
"Okay!"
Anna and her mom left, so Sabrina pulled her phone back out. Chris still hadn't texted her back, so she stood up, picked up her crutches, slung the bag over her shoulder, and walked outside. When she didn't see Chris anywhere, she got a taxi. She told the driver her address, and he drove her home.
***
"CHRIS, GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE RIGHT NOW!"
Sabrina slammed the door shut. She knew she was being loud and probably disturbing her neighbors, but she didn't care. Chris had completely ignored her.
"Chris, you made me get a taxi and carry my own bag, when I'm on crutches," She said, walking further into the apartment. "The least you could do is tell me why."
There was no response, so she groaned and dumped her bag on the couch. She noticed the apartment looked cleaner than usual, so she walked around. Her room looked the same. In the bathroom, she noticed only her stuff was in there. Chris's stuff was missing.
She walked back into the living room, then into the kitchen. On the counter, there was a piece of paper. It had Chris's handwriting on it, so she picked it up, walked over to and sat down on the couch, and read it.
"Sabrina,
I am so sorry that it has to be like this. Before you read this, I just want you to know that I love you with all of my heart.
I left.
If you're reading this, you've probably already figured that out. You probably yelled first, assuming I was there, looked around for me, then found this note. This note is explaining why I left.
Life is just so busy right now. Fozzy is going on tour soon, I'm not going to be wrestling much (or at all), and I'm going to write a book. I'm not going to take you on tour with me, away from the WWE, because I know that wrestling is your passion. I'm not going to take you away from your passion.
I know I should have told you all this in person, and I was going to, I really was, but I didn't. I keep telling myself it's because I could never find the right time, but I know it's because I'm a coward. I'm a coward that is hopelessly in love with you and should have explained this to you in person, but I just couldn't.
I couldn't live with myself if I saw the heartbroken look on your face.
Hopefully someday I can explain this all better, but for now, this is all I have to say.
You're probably angry and I don't blame you. This was a horrible time to leave, but Fozzy starts touring in a week.
I hope you had fun doing your podcast with Colt Cabana. I'll be sure to listen to it.
I'm so sorry, Sabrina. I love you so much.
This isn't goodbye. It's just see you later.
Chris."
Sabrina dropped the paper, and it fell to the ground. She didn't know when, but at some point she had started crying. She leaned back, let her head hang back, and cried. She didn't know how long she cried, but when she was done, she knew one thing.
She couldn't stay there. If she did, all she would do was mope around and be miserable. She took out her phone, dialed a number, and waited for him to answer.
"Sabrina!" He exclaimed. "It's great to hear from you."
"Hey, Vince," She said. "Do you need any commentators?"

So...
This is the last chapter. I finally completed this story on Wattpad!
I have a sequel planned called Break Down These Walls. I'll be posting it on FanFiction, where I know I have a lot of readers. If you want me to post it on here, leave a comment letting me know! If enough people are interested, I'll definitely post it on here!
Thank you to everyone who's stuck around. Whether you've been reading this from the beginning. or you just started this story yesterday, I thank you. You guys are the reason I write. :)
If you happen to really love my writing for some reason, and you don't want to wait for the sequel, I have a story called Hello Brooklyn that you can check out. It's nothing like this, but I personally think it's pretty good. Plus, it's a Zack Ryder story. Who doesn't love Zack Ryder?
If you're looking for something much less serious, check out All I Want because it's pretty good, even with three chapters. And Cracked. That story will get good, I promise.
Okay, that's all, I promise. xD
Thank you all for reading! I really appreciate it! :)
