It's chapter 8! LETS GO!
Warning: contains huge spoilers of the Sock smp/contains Death and blood
(This may be the only chapter where I go into different POV's)

"MEME!"

Meme heard somebody call his name; and immediately woke up. As he vision began to focus, he saw the orange spaceman look at him with relief. Meme sat up and sees Tbh and Blaza, who were worried.

"Are you feeling better?" Tbh asked

"Yeah, but what happened?" Meme Questioned, confused

"You... don't remember...?" Socks replied, the relief disappearing on his face.

"No... why?" Meme answered

"He may be experiencing Short-term memory loss, but it should go away..."
Tbh stuttered

Meme couldn't comprehend what was happening: He was having Short-term memory loss? What caused this?

"What happened? And where is everyone else?" Meme questioned, as he started to stand up.

Meme didn't even realise the state of his friends, Socks had a few marks on his arms and his face, while Blaza had Ash on his face. Tbh looked better compared to the two of them, but nobody looked perfect.

Before anyone could answer, Meme just asked more questions and started to panic.

"Meme, calm down!" Socks advised

"Why? Why should i? You guys aren't answering ANY OF MY QUESTIONS." Meme Growled, his words getting more threatening by the second.

"He... might hear us"
"Who...?"

Silence came, and still, Socks didn't say anything after that.

Meme was getting frustrated, until Tbh whispered one word;

"L... Laff."

"LAFF? WHAT DO YOU MEAN LAFF?" Meme snapped

Why do they mean Laff? What did Laff do?

Silence encased the room yet again, maybe for the better.

Meme saw the state of his surroundings, it was pitch black and there, tall pillars stood, each holding a torch.

"Where... are we?" Meme asked.

Instantly, memories started pouring into Meme's mind, and tears started to fall down his cheek.

I had a wife, her name was Wiktoria, but as soon as we were married, she was shot. Brutally murdered. I blamed Socks and we both went to war with each other.

But there was one person that was Neutral.

Laff.

The man behind the slaughter...

"I, IM SORRY For blaming you Socks! I caused all of this... its all my fault." Meme sobbed.

Socks looked at Meme reassuringly;

"No you didn't Meme, it was Laff. He... did this, he knew our fate, he predicted it all."

Meme wiped away his tears, he knew it was Laff's fault, and he knows what he has to do. He has to stop him.

"Wait, WHERES NADWE!?" Meme realised.

"He's over there, upset..." Tbh replied, and pointed to a far corner, where Nadwe was.

Without replying, Meme rushed to Nadwe, who looked in pain.

"Are you okay Nadwe?" Meme muttered.

"Meme, you're f-fine" Nadwe sniffed

"I'm okay, What's wrong?"

"Everything, we can't defeat L4FF, we aren't strong enough. After killing Laff, I've made things worse"

"You didn't know that, it's not your fault Nadwe, its Laff's fault"

Meme unexpectedly hugs Nadwe, who hugs him back.

"We will beat him, I know we can."

Tbh, Blaza and Socks are waiting for Nadwe and Meme to join them, which doesn't take long.

"We need a plan" Socks stated

"A big one too" Nadwe commented

"He doesn't have a visible weakness, so it may be a mental one?" Meme suggested

"Actaully, we haven't seen him 2 days ago, this maybe a good sign!" Tbh Claimed

"Or it could be a bad one, he could be planning something bigger" Blaza explained

"Socks, when L4FF was talking to you, did he say anything?" Meme wondered

"He did mention the fact that the killer was aiming for You, not Wiktoria, to break the bond between me and Blaza" Socks concluded

"Wait... L4FF is a robot right? Maybe we can turn him off?" Blaza suggested.

"That could work!" Tbh beamed

"L4FF mentioned that he has Joocie, let's try finding him, if he may have information to take him down!" Nadwe
Revealed.

"I forgot about Joocie. Now let's hurry, we don't know when Laff is returning." Meme Expressed.

Without a second to waste, the five of them started to search for Joocie.

*Meme's POV*

I walk past the pillars, and gulp in fear. Even to this day, I still find it hard to believe that Laff betrayed us. He made it so believable that he was Neutral. I was blind, I was too focused on the fact that Socks supposedly killed Wiktoria.

Now I have to get revenge.

Nobody deserved this! Not Wiktoria, who was savagely murdered on our wedding. Not Woolf, who was shot by Laff, not Muffin.

NOBODY DESERVED THIS!!

I breathe heavily at the treachery caused by this one man. Laff.

Anger pulses through my arms, as this feeling makes me want to punch something really hard.

I shouldn't be thinking this right now, I should only concentrate on finding joocie. After that, then I can take out all of the anger I feel.

*Socks POV*

Me and Blaza walk slowly, making sure we don't miss anyone.

Blaza has been silent this whole time, it feels strange not hearing his voice. To be fair, he has been betrayed, his helicopter has blown up, many of his friends are either dead or missing so I don't really blame him.

It's been a few minuets, and no Joocie insight. All I see is Darkness and slightly litten torches.

"Do you see Joocie Blaza?" I whisper to Blaza, who seems concentrated in finding him.

"No, I don't" Blaza replies sternly.

"We need to make sure that we check behind all pillars, and if there are any hidden rooms" I point out.

Blaza nods, and without speaking, we both split off.

*Nadwe's POV*

I'm in my bat form, I glide around and make sure I don't loose Tbh out of my sight. I don't want to loose anyone. If I'm being honest, I blame myself for this whole situation. I shouldn't have killed Laff.

Tbh is looking up at me with concern, as if he knows what I'm thinking.

I gesture at him to show that I can't see Joocie anywhere from above, and he sighs.

I don't have really good Night vision, which makes it harder to see in the dark properly. I can talk as a bat but I don't feel like talking, mainly because of L4FF.

I hate him.

Because of him, my best friend is dead and so are many of my other friends. If I saw him and If I was stronger, I would make him pay for what he did.

I wish everything was normal. I wish Meme married Wiktoria without her getting shot. I wish I wasn't a vampire. I wish...

I hear Meme calling for us, so I transform back into a human and tell Tbh.

Tbh looks at me.

"Are you okay Nadwe? You looked deep in thought" Tbh Worridly questions

"I'm fine, just thinking..." I slowly reply, trying to avoid this conversation.

"We should move quick, I heard Meme call us." I continue

Quickly, me and Tbh walk towards Meme.

*Blaza's POV*

I don't feel like speaking. To anyone.

A week ago, My friends Muffin and Woolfster were shot and the true mastermind was revealed.

He blew up our helicopter and ruined our lives.

We didn't deserve this, it only happens because he hates humans. Maybe he just hates me, maybe I'm the problem.

Maybe Laff doesn't like me, and finds Me annoying, so he's ruining everyone's lives because of me.

These guilty thoughts pour into my head, I want them to go away, but they aren't going away.

"Socks, Blaza, come!" Meme yells, maybe a bit too loud.

I swiftly walk towards Meme, whilst trying to shake off these thoughts.

*Third person*

Eventually, everyone arrives and Meme is waiting for them.

"Any sign of Joocie? At all?" Meme asked

All that was said were a few No's and some Head shaking.

"Sorry Meme, but this place is like a maze, it's almost impossible to find anyone here." Socks sighs

"Your right." Meme accepts.

"But that's the problem, Laff thought of EVERYTHING. He still has the upper-hand, without even being here. He seems to know everything." Socks Exclaims.

"What can we do though? Weapons? They're in the court. Friends? Half of them are dead. A pizza man? He doesn't exist. Magic? It's useless." Tbh argues, frustrated.

"But we have something that Laff doesn't, we have friends that care for each other. We have humanity. He doesn't have that, he's a robot!" Socks cheeres.

While Socks was talking, Somebody was hearing everything they were saying...

It was L4FF.

Through the armour and Robotic engineering, he was grinning. A sinister and wicked grin.

He had something they didnt; power. Advantages. Control.

And he had it all.

It wasn't long until he decided to mess around with them. He uses his Gravity gun (The Asender) and decides to pick up the closest person.

The victim was Tbh, who was trying to work out an idea on how to stop L4FF.

Unexpectedly, Tbh was picked up and thrown to the other side of the basement. And even his screams could be heard.

L4FF revealed himself.

"LAFF!?" Meme yelled in shock, surprised that Tbh had just been thrown.

"Nadwe, try to bring Tbh" Socks ordered Nadwe, who immediately flew to where Tbh landed.

"Hello Meme" L4FF Smirked.

"Why did you do that? TBH DID NOTHING TO YOU!" Meme Growled

"Why don't you be next?"

"One day, I'm going to get revenge. All that you've caused is Pain"

"We'll see about that Meme..."

Just as Meme was about to reply, he was thrown to the other side of the room.

"MEME!" Socks yelled, and almost immediately, Blaza and Socks ran towards Meme.

Nadwe found Tbh, and transformed back into a human.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Nadwe questioned

"I'm fine, my foot hurts but I will be okay" Tbh answered

"We have to get back to everyone else"

"Is that Meme...?"

Meme landed close to Tbh and Nadwe, and surprisingly got up quickly.

"Guys, we have to go, and run, L4FF is a physcopath" Meme sighed

"Blaza and Socks are heading towards us, we should wait for them then go" Tbh suggested.

Blaza and Socks arrived a few seconds later, so they quickly ran away from L4FF who was chasing them and was not far behind.

"You can run, but you can't hide..."

"You guys go, I'll fight him off" Nadwe huffed, before transforming into a bat.

"No! Are you crazy? I'm not taking any risks, nobody is being left behind!" Meme replied

"But, you'll have a better chance of survival! I need to do this, for everyone"

"Good luck Nadwe, if your hurt, we'll stay and fight" Socks Claimed

Nadwe flew to L4FF while the others ran.

"I have a bad feeling about this, I think we should turn back." Tbh stuttered.

"I also think we should turn back" Blaza agreed.

"Laff" Nadwe Growled, as his wings began to flap around

"Nadwe, the child" L4FF provoked

"I'm going to make you pay. You've hurt everyone."

"It was ment to be."

"That's all your gonna say, really? Pain is ment to be?"

Nadwe could feel himself trying to hold back every burst of anger he had, it was difficult, but it was worth it.

L4FF just chuckled, to make matters worse, Nadwe wanted to fly far away from him.

I'm doing this for Meme, Socks, Blaza, Tbh, for Everyone. I can't run! I need to fight.

"What's wrong Nadwe? Are you scared?" L4FF taunted

Pull yourself together Nadwe, fight now, be scared later...

Before Memes wedding, everything was perfect; a wedding was being prepared, everyone was friends.

Until their inevitable doom.

"NADWE!!" Meme yelled.

Nadwe turned around and saw Meme, Blaza, Socks and Tbh running towards him and L4FF.

"What are you guys DOING? HES GOING TO KILL YOU!" Nadwe warned

"HES GOING TO KILL YOU TOO!" Tbh argued

"LAFF." Socks howled, causing L4FF to land on the ground and face Socks.

"Socksfor1" L4FF mentioned, his face unreadable.

"Today will be the day where you will be stopped"

"Today is the day of your doom" L4FF coldly smirked, the words echoed through everyone.

"Laff, please." Meme pleaded

"Laff is gone. He's dead"

"L4FF then... don't do this, your a good person, you helped so much you cared about people!"

"Laff was a 'good' person, he wasn't really, it was fake."

"He was a better person than you, or what you'll ever be"

"Everything in the past doesn't matter, soon, you'll cease to exist"

"Why? Why would you do this us?"

"Why not?" L4FF chuckled

"L4FF, we're only human, and we've done nothing to you! Yet you've still caused us pain" Meme sadly replied

L4FF was silent, he was maybe in deep thought, but it was hard to tell because of his mask. The scarlet lens that he wore dimed slightly.

"A few weeks ago, It was one of the most happiest days of my life, until... Wiktoria was shot, right in front of me, in front of e-everyone" Meme continued, his voice beginning to turn into a sob.

"Then I- blamed My friend... I wasn't thinking straight, at all. I was too vengeful and sad to even think properly.
I threw Socks in prison because of..." Meme stopped and stayed silent after that.

It had been a few a few minuets and yet L4FF hadn't spoken.

Maybe I can get him to sympathise and make him stop all of this. But then I'm not sure what'll happen to him.

"Laff....?" Meme gently asked.

The others were watching from quite a distance, just in case anything went wrong, they would have another plan.

"I'm sorry Meme..." L4FF whispered, as he shut his eyes.

"But I have to do this."

Without a moment to waste, L4FF flew into the air and took out his Gravity gun.

"Meme, GET BACK." Blaza yells, as he approaches L4FF

"BLAZA, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WE NEED TO GO!" Meme questioned

"Im sick and tired of this."

"I'm staying with you then"

"I'm also staying with you, this needs to stop" Socks agrees, as he walks toward both of them.

"How you Humans claim to care for each other..."

Blaza was annoyed at this point, he had never felt pure anger and hatred until now, which made him feel almost inhuman.

Tbh and nadwe were observing them, making sure that nothing bad happens to either 3 of them

"Nadwe, we should start searching for an escape, while the others are distracting L4FF" Tbh whispered.

Nadwe silently nods before transforming into a bat and flies into darkness. Tbh quickly follows him.

*Socks POV*

I've never seen Blaza so... agitated before, even before he didn't look so angry, but now, he looks as though he can snap anything in half.

I could feel the tension in the room, as Blaza's eyes concentrated so deeply in getting revenge, you can almost see it.

I think L4FF had other plans, since he wasn't bothered at all about Blaza, as if he expected this to happen.

Meme stood right next to me and his hands were held with his fist.

It wasn't long until he finally spoke.

"Laff, you're outnumbered."

It was true, but Laff was a robot, not to mention the fact that he was smarter then any of us.

Laff, to no surprise, just Laughed.

"I may be alone, but I have the power none of you can hold..."

"And what is that?"

"Understanding."

It had only been a few minuets since they were searching for a way out, but Nadwe and Tbh seemed hopeless.

"I don't understand! We've searched EVERYTHING! WHAT ARE WE MISSING?" Tbh questioned, as his patience started to slip.

"I don't know. Nobody knows, except for Laff." Nadwe sighs in hopelessness

"I swear to god we've checked everything, and all I can see are JUST STUPID PILLARS!"

"lets hope the others are still alive..."

"Lets hope we all get out in one piece, and just pretend like nothing has happened"

"That's impossible..."

"I know..." Tbh sighs in defeat

"The way we came in is just a confusing as to how well get out" Nadwe admitted

"Wait... THE WAY WE CAME IN!" Tbh suddenly stood up and looked in all of his directions.

"What are about the way we came in?"

"Laff used a teleport block, but he left it on the ceiling of this basement. And since you can turn into a bat, you can get it and place it on the floor!"

Exitement and hope lit in Nadwe's eyes, it had been so long, since he law the light of day. Although he was allergic to light, it was still a great sight.

"Then we can figure out what day it is, how long we were there for, and BEAT LAFF!" Nadwe Cheered

"But first... we need to figure out where we started."

*Memes POV*

Something isn't right, I mean nothings ever been right, since the day wiktoria died. But... I think Laff has other plans.

Firstly, he was way too calm when Blaza was threatening him, as if he knew what was going to happen.

Secondly, he isn't going full-on turbo mode like last time, I wonder why.

I glare at my surroundings. Blaza looks like he is going to kill Laff, which he probably will, if he wasn't a robot. And Socks looks worried and concered.

I have a bad feeling about this. I'm not sure why but I don't think we'll make it back out again. Its sending shivers to my spine. Maybe it's because I'm anxious about last time.

Where I had short-term memory loss...

Or maybe i'm anxious about everything. Which I probably am if I'm being of honest. Speaking of Honest, I think Tbh and Nadwe are looking for a way out of this place. Hopefully, because staying in this place is starting to make me go insane...

"Socks, are Tbh and Nadwe here?" I whisper to Socks, who is staring at L4FF and Blaza.

"I don't think so, they must be searching for an escape route" Socks mumbled

Blaza and L4FF are talking, which reminds me of the good old days. However, they're not really talking, they're arguing.

At least Blaza is doing a good job at distracting L4FF. I look at Blaza's face, it's full of scratches and his eyes show his lack of sleep.

I wonder what it would be like without all of this, would we all living days full of happiness? Maybe Wiktoria and Nadwe would get on well with each other, Socks would go to space, I would open a working medical center.

It had been many minutes or so, and still, Blaza and L4FF are arguing, but this time L4FF is slowly reaching for his Gravity gun.

This isn't going to end well...

"BLAZA!"

Blaza had just been thrown many miles away from us, causing L4FF to realise that Tbh and Nadwe aren't here.

Without a moment to hesitate, L4FF angrily flies to Tbh and Nadwe.

*Tbh's POV*

Finally, we're going to leave this nightmare at last! I think we are near the place that we came in.

Nadwe is flying further ahead of me, and is also very eager to leave this place. A sense of worry washes over me as I realise that L4FF is our biggest problem, what if he follows us, and we are forced out of this village?

The thoughts made a cold shiver run through my body, I start to breathe heavily as my legs ache at all this walking.

"TBH, I FOUND IT!" Nadwe yells, as he turns into human and lands right next to me.

"Okay Nadwe, now can you see the block on the ceiling? Go get it, we need to hurry" I excitedly gleam.

Nadwe transforms into a bat and flies towards the block.

I can't wait, we are finally going to escape!

Time moves on slowly, until I realise there is somebody approaching Nadwe...

It's L4FF. With a wooden stake.

"NADWE, L4FF!" I scream.

Nadwe didn't hear me in time, I watch in horror as the L4FF Stabs Nadwe, causing him to turn into a human and fall.

"NOOOOOOO" Pure rage is rushing through my veins, I dash to Nadwe without thinking.

Meme, Socks and Blaza heard me scream, they sprint towards me and Nadwe.

"What's wrong Tb?" Meme worridly asks, as he moves closer towards me.

"N-Nadwe..." I Sobbed.

Meme looks at Nadwe, the wooden stake is on the floor, and scarlet blood is pouring out of Nadwe.

Quickly, Meme tears a peice of his clothing and places it on the wound.

Socks and Blaza are standing silently, making sure we have some space.

"Will he... be okay?" I ask desperately.

A tear rolls down Meme's cheek;

"He's h-had too much blood loss, and he's been s- s- stabbed by a wooden stake, not to mention the damage he took by falling." Meme quickly replies, his voice tearing.

I look at Nadwe, hoping that he will be okay. I know it won't happen, but a lot of impossible things happens, like having a Dinosaur in our broken friend group.

I shakily sigh, then look around to see L4FF.

He's nowhere to be seen.

"NADWE!" Meme Sobs, his face full of sorrow.

"H-hes stopped breathing..."

No, no no! This can't happen, this isn't true, Nadwe isn't dead, Laff hasn't betrayed us, this is all a twisted dream and I'm going to wake up.

I open my eyes, and expect myself to be in my bedroom, but instead I'm still here, where Nadwe's dead body lies, a broken Meme, a pained Socks and an angry Blaza.

After this, Laff won't see the light of day. I'll make him suffer. For everything.

*Third person*

Socks and Blaza both had been weeping. It had been several minutes since Nadwe's death, and nobody felt like moving.

L4FF had been gone for a while now, making sure that nobody is following him.

"Guys, we should look for L4FF. This ends now" Blaza fiercely says.

"I'm with you Blaza, for everyone" Socks agrees, as he wipes his tear from his face.

Both Tbh and Meme stand up silently, and nod their head.

It's time.

"Well, L4FF came from that way, so that means he went that way" Tbh pointed

They moved almost as quick as a heart beat, each one of them having a deep hatred for Laff.

"We need a proper plan" Socks realised, as he suddenly stood in place.

"I think Me and Meme should talk of Laff, and then you two should go behind him and take away his Gravity gun" Tbh replied

"Sounds good to me"

L4FF had been busy planning something, and had been waiting for the right moment.

This is it.
Their doom.

His Robotic hand grabbed the object that layed in front of him, and made sure he wouldn't press the red circle in the middle.

Everyone had been searching tirdly, it had been many days since they've slept, which made their heads ache, begging for sleep.

Pillar after pillar, torch after torch, and still no terminator to be found.

"This is stupid." Meme sighs.

"When was the last time anyone slept?" Tbh asked, the black eyebags under his eyes were unnoticeable.

"A week or two" Socks replied, his face still determined to find L4FF

"After this, we will rest, but for now, remember why we are doing this." Blaza Stated sternly

"Gentlemen..." A familiar voice appeared out of the shadow, it was none other then L4FF.

"Laff." Meme Growled

"Do you know what you did? You monster?" Tbh asked angrily

"Of course, I killed the child"

"THAT IS ALL YOU ARE GOING TO SAY? REALLY? 'CHILD'?" Meme was loosing his patience very quickly, like a time bomb.

Silently, Blaza and Socks had been ambling towards L4FF.

"He was a Vampire, Vampires are a curse"

"So now you are calling him a curse? A CURSE? HE DIDNT CHOOSE TO BE A VAMPIRE!"

"If so, then why didn't he change back into a human if he had the opportunity to?"

"He was scared, alright? If you were a Vampire and you had somebody that was going to murder you would you be feeling scared? Oh wait, your a heartless robot."

"Say what you want, because these are your last words..."

"Wait, what do you mean by that?" Tbh interuppted.

"Death is knocking on your door" L4FF gave a chuckle, one that echoed the empty hall.

It didn't take long for L4FF to realise that Socks and Blaza were behind him, so he quickly turned behind him.

"Socks and Blaza, how unfortunate."

"What have you done Laff? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" Blaza yelled

"Why don't you see for yourself?"

L4FF took out his hand and revealed the button, without a moment to waste, he flew into the air, making sure that nobody could reach him.

"No... what does that button do Laff?" Socks gasped in disbelief.

"Ends everything, all pain, all life."

Meme stares around him, all there is is just Darkness and pillars. What did Meme want? A life with all his friends and no pain.

"Y-you" Meme stuttered, his mind all over the place.

Socks looks at Meme like he just read his mind;

"You aren't thinking of giving up? Right....?"

"I know Socks, but what's the point? We've tried so hard. We can't seem to win. All we do is suffer"

"But we are so close! Why do you want to give up now?"

"Socks, you and I both know we aren't even close. We can't win... its our fate."

Socks paused and thought Deeply.

Even Meme's given up hope, but he's right- Even though Laff wants to blow up the world! That's wrong.

Socks shook his head undeciecivly, stop Laff or accept it?

L4FF had even paused to hear what everyone was saying.

"Alright, it's gone on for too long. Say goodbye."

"Socks, I'm sorry..." Meme sobbed, tears dropping from his eyes.

"I'm also sorry Meme, if it weren't for me, Wiktoria would've never died" Socks replied, his eyes also filling up.

"Tbh, Blaza, I'm sorry things had never worked out..."

And with that, L4FF had pressed the button.

Hundreds of TNT's were set off at that moment, each one of them casing a horrific blast.

Seconds later, and the world was destroyed...

I'm alive!

L4FF thought, as he stood up.

His suit had many scratches and marks on it but he was fine.

As he stood up, he realised something behind him, something that was illuminating everything around him...

It was a portal.

Also I know that when a stake hits a vampires heart, a vampire instantly dies, however, L4FF Stabs Nadwe's chest.

And yes, I know this chapter answered a lot of questions, but it brought up more!
