"And now, for your final project-"

The students groaned.

The teacher rolled his eyes. "Do you all wish to graduate or not?"

That caught the students' attention.

"Mhm, that's what I thought. Anyway, you are all going to type out an essay 500-1,000 words long-"

The students groaned even louder and longer.

"-You didn't let me finish." The teacher sighed and shook his head in disappointment before continuing on. "Now where was I?"

"Ve~ you were talking about typing out an essay for our fi-"

"SHUT UP, FELICIANO." The class yelled angrily.

The teacher chuckled. "Ah, yes, thank you, Feli. You are all going to type out an essay 500-1,000 words long about your years here as a World Academian. From the moment you stepped foot on our grounds, to what you see when you hopefully leave it wearing your graduation cap and gown." The teacher explained. "Tell me what you felt the moment you stepped foot through our doors. Tell me about those stupid decisions that you made, and the decisions you don't regret. Tell me about the friends and enemies you made along the way; the memories you shared- good, bad, and everything in between. Tell me-"

"Mr. Vargas, I think we get the idea." The Colombian, Tulio Valencía, pointed out.

"Well nonetheless, this is a pretty big project. So if you have any questions or concerns, please, do not hesitate to see me and address them at once."

"Yes, Mr. Vargas." The class responded unanimously.

"Good. Any questions?"

Maria's hand went up.

Romulus acknowledged her. "Yes, Ms. Dela Cruz?"

"Umm, when is the final project due, po?"

Romulus thought about it for a moment. "Hmm, I'd say a month before graduation."

"HUH?!"

"What? I need time to read and grade your essays."

Though angry and annoyed mutters could be heard around the room, no one openly and loudly protested the set due date.

"Alright, any more questions?"

No hands went up.

"Okay, well, in that case-"

Riiiiiiiiiiiinnnngggggg!

The students wasted no time getting up, packing their things, and heading out for lunch.

But they just weren't quick enough to leave before their teacher could stop them.

"Hold it!"

Annoyed, many students groaned as they stopped what they were doing and looked at the teacher with a scowl.

Romulus ignored their facial expressions and continued on.

"One more thing-"

The students groaned in annoyance.

'Is groaning all they ever do? What are they, ghosts?' How were they even offered a scholarship here?" Remus thought.

He shook the thought away and proceeded to make a final statement before dismissing them.

"This final project will make up a large percentage of your grade, and may be the determining factor of whether you graduate or not."

The students paled at the thought. There's no known record of a World Academian student that was held back from graduation before.

And none of them seemed to wish to be the first one.

Romulus smiled, satisfied to have seemed to get them thinking; and hopefully work on it right away.

"Class dismissed."
