Laksh: "Drama is what happened with me. Rubbish is what Papa said about Ragini mentioning that she belongs to middle class family so she isn't of my standard. My own father turned my life into hell asking me to stay away from my love, my lifeline... my Ragini... or else..." – He gulped down and a tear skipped on his chek – "He would have ruined Ragini and her family's life. He would have snatched their everything..."

Sanskar looked at him shocked. He was about to say something when...

"WHAT?!"

Sanskar and Laksh turned around just to see a shocked Ragini and Swara standing in front of them.

Ragini was straightly looking at Laksh stunned.

Ragini: "Is... is this the truth Laksh?"

Laksh looked down realizing what he said.

Ragini went to Laksh and held his collar shaking him: "Laksh please say something! Please!"

Laksh recalled Durga Parsad's words

("You know how much power a Maheshwari has. I can destroy Ragini's house and family in one second. Gadodia family will come to the road and nobody will get to know how, when and why..."

"Forget Ragini. Break all the ties, promises, any kind of relation with her. Else I hope nothing happens to Ragini... by mistake.")

Laksh: "N... nothing! Stay away from me, I don't love you!"- He pushed her a little.

He was about to go looking down but Ragini held his wrist.

Ragini, with teary eyes: "Please Laksh... not again..."

Laksh shut his eyes and turned around falling on his knees in front of Ragini. He held her hands.

Laksh: "I am sorry Ragini... I had to do all this, I was forced..." - his eyes welled up – "That day, before coming to you, I had gone to meet Maa and I was telling her how much I love you; I was just trying because I really can't explain in words what do you mean for me. But Papa came and he threatened to destroy your family if I would have stayed with you. I told him that I will stand by you and won't let anything happen to you and your family but then... he threatened to kill you... I couldn't do anything else even if I wanted; he is a powerful and egoistic man... he can do anything. I could bear your hatred and our distance but not losing you forever. I can't live if anything happens to you, I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself if anything happened with you... I am sorry... I am sorry Ragini..."

Ragini, Sanskar and Swara were stunned.

Swara: "How can a father do something like this with his own son?"

Sanskar was looking down: "Bade Papa is able to do this..." – He looked on – "He can do anything for his so called respect and class..."

Ragini was shocked. She didn't know what to say or what to do. She just let herself fall on her knees in front of Laksh and cupped his face.

Ragini: "You did all this for me... You bore so much just to not let anything happen to me..." - She moved her hands on his shoulders crying – "You listened to everybody's taunts, accepted my hatred without saying a word..."

Laksh looked at her and smiled a bit between his tears: "Had you really started to hate me in such a short time?"

Ragini slapped his shoulder laughing a bit while still sobbing and then hugged Laksh tightly locking his neck in her arms.

Ragini: "Never do this again! We can solve any matter together. You should have spoken about it with me at least once..." - She cried.

Tears flew down from Laksh's eyes too and she caressed Ragini's hair and kissed her head while hugging her.

"Maana ki teri maujoodghi se
Yeh zindagani mehroom hai,
Jeene ka koi dooja tareeka
Na mere dil ko maloom hai"
("I get that this life of mine
is bereft of your presence,
but then my heart doesn't know
any other way to live...")

Sanskar shut his eyes as they welled up and turned around.

"Tujhko mein kitni shiddat se chaahun,
Chahe to rehna tu bekhabar."
("I love you with so much intensity,
if you want to remain unaware of it, remain so.")

Swara noticed it and went towards him. She slowly raised an hand towards his shoulder. She was about to place her hand on it but hesitated and as soon as he spoke, she took her hand back.

"Mohtaaj manzil ko to nehi hai
Yeh ek tarfa mera safar!"
("This one sided journey of mine,
is not dependent on reaching the destination.")

Sanskar slowly said: "She is happy, so is my brother. I should be happy too, right Swara? But why I'm not? How can I be so selfish?"

The screen freezed in 4 showing Ragini, Laksh, Sanskar and Swara. All had tears in their eyes... Ragini and Laksh for the happiness of finally being together and Swara and Sanskar for pain.

"Safar khoobsurat hai manzil se bhi
Meri har kami ko hai tu laazmi.."
("You are necessary to complete everything that lacks in my life")

LATER

Laksh was in his tent and was getting ready for the next activity when Sanskar came there and slowly said: "Lucky..."

Laksh turned around and looked at him without any expression on his face.

Sanskar went towards him looking down: "I don't know how to apologize to you. I misunderstood you big time and scolded you for doing nothing. But you kept listening to every taunt for Ragini, you never stopped me or replied me back..."- He looked at him with teary eyes – "How did my immature brother get so courageous?"

Laksh looked away and smiled a bit: "A while ago you were ashamed to be my brother..."

Sanskar: "I'm sorry Lucky... I seriously thought you hurt Ragini intentionally..."

Laksh: "You could see Ragini's pain but not mine? How could you even think that I could play with her feelings? You are the best friend anyone could have but it's a pity that something went wrong from either my side or yours in fulfilling a brother's relation."

With this he was about to go when..

Sanskar: "Don't make the same mistake of mine. You could forgive your love so please accept your brother's apology too..."

Laksh turned towards him and looked at him with teary eyes but then looked away again.

Laksh: "I made Ragini believe that I was wrong... but I never thought that I will be taken so wrongly that my own brother will bash me so much. I know that Ragini is your friend Sanskar... and I am grateful to you for taking care of her and being there when she needed someone so much. I wish you could have seen that even your brother needed you..."

And saying this he went away.

After he left, Swara came inside the tent and looked at Sanskar.

Swara: "I had told you Sanskar that Laksh couldn't be so wrong... he loves her a lot."

Sanskar: "I love Ragini a lot too... and I won't let anything wrong happen with her and this time not even with Laksh. If their happiness if with each other then I'll do whatever possible to remove all the obstacles which will come between them."

Swara: "And from where will you get the courage to do this? You love Ragini so how will you bear seeing her with someone else?"

Sanskar: "I just want to see her happy. Wouldn't you sacrifice your happiness for your beloveds' one?"

Swara smiled a bit and shook her head while her eyes welled up: "I might not have the guts..."

Sanskar: "Swara..." - He went towards her and held her hand, she looked at him confused – "Will you help me?"

Swara looked at his hand on hers one and then in his eyes. She just nodded in a yes.

Sanskar smiled.

ON THE OTHER HAND

Laksh and Ragini were walking hand in hand on the path by the river.

Ragini: "How were you feeling without me?"

Laksh: "Incomplete."

Ragini looked at him and smiled. She rested her head on Laksh's shoulder.

Ragini: "And how are you feeling now that I'm with you?"

Laksh smiled: "Complete."

Ragini looked at him again and left his hand. Laksh stopped walking and furrowed his eyebrows looking at Ragini who went a bit ahead and then turned around facing Laksh.

Ragini: "How could you say so many things in just two words?"

Laksh started to walk towards her smiling. Ragini started to step back keeping to look at Laksh.

Laksh: "I just said two words. How could you hear so many things in just two words?"

Ragini, keeping to step back while Laksh was walking towards her: "Sometimes the heartbeat says what lips can't. We have two hearts but our heartbeat is one, isn't it? And my heartbeat translated those two words in so many things."

She laughed but just then her back hit a tree behind her and she winced a bit as Laksh placed a hand on the trunk, a bit above her left shoulder.

Ragini smiled and was about to go away from the right side when Laksh blocked that way placing also the other hand on the trunk, a bit above her right shoulder.

Now Ragini was pinned against the tree and Laksh was looking at her smirking a bit.

Laksh: "You can hear what my heartbeat says but I can understand only what lips say. You have to translate what your heart is saying to mine in three words or else I won't let you go."

Ragini smiled and surrounded his neck with her arms: "In three words?"

Laksh smiled and surrounded her waist with his arms pulling her closer: "Those three magical words darling. This heart is yearning to hear them from your lips."

Ragini: "Really?"

Laksh: "Really."

Ragini: "But which three words? I don't know." - She said acting to be confused.

Laksh kept a hand on her waist and with the other he moved her hair strand behind her ear. He came closer to her ear and gently kissed it whispering: "I love you..."

Ragini closed her eyes.

Laksh looked at her and smiled: "Now it's your turn..."

Ragini opened her eyes and looked at him: "But... I still didn't understand." - She chuckled and pushed him a bit starting to run away.

Laksh smiled and chased her: "Ragini you won't escape from me today!"

Ragini looked at him stopping to run and shouted: "Try stopping me!"

She laughed and was about to start to run again when her foot slipped on the wet sand which was on the banks of the river.

Ragini screamt: "Laksh!"

Before Laksh could even react Ragini fell in the river.

Laksh: "Ragini!!!!!!"

He immediately ran towards the river and jumped in it shouting Ragini's name while she was slamming on the waves of the river.

Laksh swam to Ragini and held her before she could drown.

Laksh placed a hand on her back and one on her cheek shaking her: "Ragini!!!"

He was hell tensed and was about to swim towards the banks with Ragini in his arms when a splash of water hit his face.

Laksh looked at Ragini and saw her laughing loudly.

Laksh: "Ragini was this a prank?"

Ragini nodded keeping to laugh.

Laksh: "I don't like such pranks!"

Ragini splashed again water on him: "I don't like you!"

She pushed him a bit and was about to go on the bank laughing. She was about to go out of the river when Laksh held her wrist and pulled her in the water again.

Laksh and Ragini started to play with the water splashing it on each other and laughing together.

AFTER A WHILE

Ragini and Laksh came out of the river laughing.

Laksh looked at Ragini and slowly stopped laughing and just smiled staring at her. His eyes welled up.

Ragini noticed it and placed a hand on Laksh's cheek.

Ragini: "Why this tear?"

Laksh placed his hand on Ragini's one which was on her face.

Laksh: "I had snatched this laughter from you for so many days. I'm scared that it might fade away again because of me."

Ragini smiled a bit and removed her hand from his cheek. She held his hand and cupped it: "Laksh you just did a mistake which is thinking that I will be happy if you go away from me. But Ragini's happiness is just with her Laksh and until Ragini and Laksh are together, nobody can snatch our laughter."

With this she hugged Laksh who hugged her back.

AFTER A FEW HOURS OF ACTIVITY

Ragini came near the tree against which she and Sanskar sat the last evening.

As she came there she saw Sanskar was already there and he was looking at the sunset like the last evening.

Ragini smiled and sat beside him.

Ragini: "Seems like you love this view a lot, don't you?"

Sanskar: "You too right?"

Ragini: "Of course, that's why I'm back here again." - She looked at the sunset smiling – "By the way Sanskar, you didn't tell me anything about your love yet. What's the name of the lucky girl?"

Sanskar: "Ragini..."

Ragini looked at him furrowing his eyebrows.

Sanskar looked at her too and smiled: "How many questions do you ask? And you ask like I'm gonna answer you."

Ragini smiled and raised her eyebrows: "Why? Won't you?"

Sanskar: "You hadn't tell me that you love Laksh as well."

Ragini: "I told you about it later!"

Sanskar: "It was too late by then."

Ragini looked at him confused.

Sanskar looked at the sunset again: "I mean I'm your best friend so you should have told me about it before."

Ragini: "Ok baba sorry sorry! At least tell me if I know her?"

Sanskar nodded in a yes.

Ragini: "Then let's do one thing. Tell me how she looks and I'll tries to guess."

Sanskar sighed: "You're so stubborn Ragini!"

Ragini laughed: "That I am! So... start from the eyes!"

Sanskar: "You know Ragini, there are two ways of looking at a person. First, looking in her eyes like they are part of her face; second, looking in her eyes like they are her face." – He smiled and looked at Ragini – "Her eyes are really expressive. They are the mirror of her loyalty, her innocence, her cuteness, her smartness. It's like her beauty is locked in her beautiful eyes."

Ragini made an impressed expression: "Wow. And hair? Long or short?"

Sanskar: "Like the calm waves of the sea, colored by the darkness of the night."

Ragini: "Wow... means long, straight and dark?"

Sanskar nodded smiling.

Ragini: "Ok then... is she tall? Short? Slim? Fat?"

Sanskar: "So many questions Ragini! Tall and slim."

Ragini: "There must be an imperfection in her!"

Sanskar: "Actually there is one imperfection" - He stood up and looked around trying to avoid any eye contact with Ragini as his eyes welled up.

Ragini stood up too.

Sanskar: "She loves someone else."

With this he went away while Ragini looked at him from behind a bit taken back.

Just then Swara came there and went to Ragini.

Swara: "Ragini you are here and I'm looking for you everywhere!"

Ragini: "Why? What happened?"

Swara: "Ragini don't you think you punished Laksh so much when he hadn't done nothing?"

Ragini: "I know Swara but I'm not understanding how to apology to him for that."

Swara: "I have an idea. There is that new restaurant which opened recently near our academy, right? You should take him for a romantic date there!"

Ragini: "I should take him for a date?!"

Swara: "Who else?"

Ragini thought about something and then nodded: "Yeah you are right. I will go to tell him right now! Thank you so much Swara, you are the best sister in this world!"

She hugged Swara who hugged her back smiling.

Ragini then left the place and Swara looked at her from behind smiling.

Just then someone placed an hand on her shoulder. Swara turned around and saw Sanskar in front of her.

Swara: "Done!"

Sanskar smiled and they exchanged a Hi5.

Swara: "What was Ragini asking you by the way?"

Sanskar: "Who do I love" - Swara looked down – "Leave all this. By the way Swara, who is the one you are in love with?"

Swara looked at him and smiled a bit: "Leave all this."

With this she went away leaving Sanskar confused.

MEANWHILE

Laksh was in his tent and was fixing his hair looking at the screen of his phone when he saw Ragini's reflect in it. She was behind him and was slowly coming towards him tip toeing and with a sly smile on her lips.

Laksh smiled and as Ragini came closer to his back he quickly turned around and held her by her shoulders. Ragini winced and lost her balance. Both Ragini and Laksh slipped falling on the sleeping bag.

Laksh was on the top of Ragini who was lying on the sleeping bag on the ground. They looked in each other's eyes.

"Nae nae naina mere dhoonde
Dar badar kyu tujhe..."
("My new vision is searching everywhere for you")

Laksh smiled a bit and run a finger on Ragini's cheek while she turned her face towards the left as she blushed.

"Nae nae manzire takde hai
Is qadar kyu mujhe.."
("These new scene around me, why are they are staring at me in this way")

Laksh gently placed his lips on her cheek planting a kiss there. Ragini closed her eyes.

"Zara zara phoolon pai jhadne laga dil mera"
("Slowly slowly my heart started disliking the flowers")

Ragini turned her face towards the right and Laksh kissed her right cheek.

"Zara zara kaaton se lagne laga dil mera"
("Slowly slowly my heart started falling for the thorns")

Laksh placed an hand on Ragini's cheek and made her look at him. He started to come closer to her lips but suddenly Ragini pushed him away from herself and chuckled while getting up.

"Mein pareshaan.. pareshaan.. pareshaan.. pareshan!"
("I'm confused, surprised, disturbed!")

She was about to run out of the tent but Laksh held her wrist still lying on the sleeping bag..

"Aatishey woh kaha.."
("Where are the fireworks")

Laksh pulled her towards him making her fall again this time on his top.

"Mein pareshaan.. pareshaan.. pareshaan.. pareshaan!

Ranjishey hai dhuaa"

("I'm confused, surprised, disturbed!
Complains have disappeared like smoke.")

Ragini placed both her hands on his chest and then rested her chin on them looking at Laksh.

Ragini: "I'm here to tell you something so can I if you have finished with this romantic you?"

Laksh sighed smiling: "I'm not done yet but it's important to listen to you too..." - He surrounded Ragini's neck with his arms – "Say what you want to say."

Ragini: "You wanted to hear those three magical words..."

Laksh's eyes brightened: "You wanted to say them! Do it quickly then!"

Ragini slapped him on his chest: "Let me complete what I want to say! Swara was telling me that a new restaurant opened near our academy and I want to go there so of course you need to come with me! I will tell you those three words there only."

Laksh: "Offo! I'll need to wait more!"

Ragini and Laksh laughed and then Laksh engulfed Ragini in a hug.

The following days passed happily for Ragini and Laksh who got the chance to spend quality time together. Everyday Ragini and Sanskar used to stare at the sunset together and talk: Ragini was trying to get who was Sanskar's love interest but he always used to change the topic or say something that she couldn't understand. Swara was happy too because she could spend time with Sanskar as he was her partner in joint activities.

There was a last activity on the last day of the trip. There was a wood near the camping site and all the students had to orient themselves inside it. Beyond the wood there was the spot where they had to meet and take the bus. Each of the student had to take different pathways.

Ragini was walking down a path using a map given by the trainer. Suddenly she heard a strange noise and she got scared .

Ragini looked around and saw there was nothing and no one.

She took out a bottle of water from her bag and took a sip. Just then she saw something moving under the leaves on the ground. She furrowed her eyes and was about to step ahead when a snake came out from under the leaves and Ragini winced backing off. Her foot hit a branch fallen on the ground and slipped falling down.

Ragini started to back off sweating and shivering.

Suddenly a twig fell near the snake which immediately crept away. Ragini looked on and saw Sanskar there. He threw the twig on the snake.

Ragini, whose eyes were a bit welled up: "Sanskar!" - She tried to get up but hissed as her ankle was twisted.

Sanskar rushed to her: "Ragini are you ok?"

Ragini, hissing again: "Sanskar I am not able to get up! I guess my ankle got twisted!"

Sanskar knelt near her: "Ragini don't worry. I'm here. Hold my hand... we are not far from the spot."

Sanskar put Ragini's arm around his neck and held her hand helping her to get up and then to walk.

After a while they reached on the spot where many students were already reached.

Laksh and Swara were there too and immediately rushed to Ragini and Sanskar seeing them coming.

Laksh: "What happened to you Ragini? Are you ok?"

Ragini immediately left Sankar's hand and hugged Laksh weeping: "Laksh I got so scared! There was a snake there!" - she sobbed – "Thank God Sanskar came there on time!"

Laksh looked at Sanskar while trying to calm Ragini down.

Sanskar smiled a bit at him and then turned going towards the bus. Swara followed him.

Swara: "Didn't you feel bad? You saved Ragini but she went into Laksh's arms..."

Sanskar: "I was just a traveller in Ragini's path. Her destination is Laksh. I'm happy if they are happy and I'll always be there if Ragini needs me to reach Laksh." - He smiled – "There is passion in love but there is peace in friendship."

With this he went on the bus while Swara looked at him from behind.

Ragini and Laksh were about to get on the bus too when the teacher came there.

Teacher: "Ragini you can sit with someone else if you want. You didn't want to sit with Laksh when we came here but I had to force you for organization issues but now all the activities are over so you can sit with whoever you want."

Laksh smiled a bit and said: "Yes Ragini, I have no problems too. You can sit with someone else" - He looked at a girl passing there and indicated her – "I can sit with Tina too, is that ok with you Tina?"

Tina chuckled: "I have no problem."

Ragini looked at him angrily and held his arm showing a smile to the teacher: "Don't worry mam. I can sit with him... I have to teach him a lesson." - she pinched Laksh's arm.

Laksh: "Auch!"

Ragini giggled and both went on the bus sitting together.

The old cheerful and chatty Ragini was finally back.

THE NEXT DAY

Laksh came to pick up Ragini for their date.

He was waiting for her whistling while standing near his car when Ragini came there. Laksh saw her and got mesmerized.

She was wearing a dark blue anarkali, simple but gorgeous. Her hair was gathered in a lateral braid. She was looking like a fairy, perfect.

Ragini: "How am I looking?"

Laksh: "So much beauty on a single face? People seeing you may get a heart attack."

Ragini slapped him on the shoulder laughing.

Laksh opened the door of the car and invited Ragini to sit inside.

Ragini smiled and sat in the car followed by Laksh who sat on the driver seat.

Swara was looking at them from the balcony and as they left, she called someone.

Swara: "Yes Sanskar, Ragini and Laksh have left."

She informed him.

AFTER A WHILE

AT THE RESTAURANT

Laksh and Ragini were waiting for their order to come sitting on the table.

Laksh cleared his throat and Ragini looked at him.

Laksh stood up and knelt near her: "May I have the pleasure to dance with you?"

Ragini smiled and put her hand on his one: "Why not."

They went on the dance floor where few couples were already dancing.

Laksh placed his hands on Ragini's waist and pulled her towards him. Ragini placed her hands around his neck and both started to move on the rhythm of the music of the piano on the background.

Laksh: "By the way madam, you had to say something."

Ragini smiled: "What? I think I forgot."

Laksh made her turn around and merged her back to his chest placing his hands on hers ones which were on her belly.

Laksh, placing his chin on her shoulder: "The 3 magical words..."

Ragini: "There are so many words I know. Which three are you talking about?"

Laksh held one of her hands and made her twirl on herself and then made her half fall in his arms. He placed her lips on Ragini's forehead planting a kiss there and then looked at her.

Laksh: "I.. love.. you.."

He recomposed making Ragini stand again and she surrounded his neck with her arms again merging her forehead with his one.

Ragini: "I..."

Laksh: "I..."

Ragini looked at him and ran a finger on his cheek. Laksh closed his eyes.

Ragini: "Love..."

Laksh: "love..."

Ragini smirked a bit stifling a laughter: "Sorry Laksh, got late! The order has been served."

With this he left him chuckling and was about to return to the table when Laksh held her wrist.

Laksh: "Why do you enjoy making me suffer?"

Ragini smiled and turned around. She started to walk towards him looking straight in his eyes. He was still holding her hand.

Ragini was about to say something when suddenly someone separated their hands jerking them away.

Ragini and Laksh winced a bit and looked on.

They got shocked seeing Durga Parsad standing there and looking at them angrily.

Laksh looked at Ragini.

Dp angrily held Laksh's wrist and started to drag him away.

Ragini: "Laksh!" - She went behind them.

Laksh: "Papa leave my hand! Papa!"

As they came out of the restaurant Durga Parsad left Laksh's hand and angrily said: "You didn't do right Laksh! I told you to stay away from this girl!"

Ragini got a bit scared and hid a little behind Laksh's shoulder.

Laksh: "I love Ragini! I already made a mistake listening to you once and I won't repeat it."

Durga Parsad: "Do you know what can I do with her and her family? They'll come on the road and nobody will be able to do anything. I can get her killed right now and nobody will get to know how she dies because nobody will have any proof of that. What do you think of yourself? How could you even dream about the son of such a big business man being a middle class girl only?" – He said to Ragini.

Laksh: "Enough Papa! Your threats don't scare me anymore! You can't do anything!"

Durga Parsad: "I know you won't understand just by words. Whatever will happen now is just because you didn't listen to me." - He looked at Ragini.

Just then few goons came out from the van which was parked there and few went to Laksh holding him while the others held Ragini and pointed a gun at her.

Laksh shouted: "Ragini!!!!!" - He angrily looked at the goons – "LEAVE HER!! I said leave her!"

He struggled to free himself.

Ragini tried to remove her wrist from the goon's grip but in vain.

Durga Parsad: "Tell me Laksh. Will you try to meet this girl again?"

Laksh: "Papa I beg you, leave her!

Durga Parsad: "Promise first that you won't meet this girl again."

Laksh and Ragini looked at each other with teary eyes.

But just then...

Durga Parsad's voice is heard again

"They'll come on the road and nobody will be able to do anything. I can get her killed right now and nobody will get to know how she dies because nobody will have any proof of that."

Durga Parsad turned around. Ragini and Laksh looked on too.

Durga Parsad got shocked to see Sanskar there holding his mobile from where Durga Parsad's voice was coming. He had recorded it all.

Sanskar: "Will this proof be enough Bade Papa if anything happens to Ragini or her family? If not I have also clicked some pictures of what was happening right now."

Ragini and Laksh smiled a bit while Durga Parsad was stunned.
