After making sure the man she accidentaly hit with the car was really fine, Ragini went back to her car and was about to get into it when.

Laksh: "It's not easy to be like Lucky... there is still that Laado in you."

Ragini glared at him.

Ragini: "Who does even want to be like Lucky?"

Laksh went towards her and stood close to her: "You."

Ragini gritted her teeth glaring at him angrily.

With this she went inside her car while Laksh chuckled.

Sanskar shook his head angrily looking at him.

Swara went in the car with Ragini too.

Ragini: "We have the meeting in the record company in half an hour. We shall go directly there."

Swara: "But we didn't inform Maa and Papa."

Ragini: "Send them a message."

Swara looked at her and sighed taking her phone. She sent the message to Sharmishta.

On the other side

Sharmishta saw the message.

Sharmishta: "How can they do like this? Couldn't they come and eat something before leaving? What happened to them?"

She said desperately.

LATER

Ragini and Swara were sitting in front of the owner of the record label in his studio.

Owner: "So you think you can sing very well."

Swara: "We are sure we can."

He looked at Swara and then at Ragini.

Owner: "Are you both sure you are sisters? You don't look so by your dressing sense."

Ragini: "Sir we are here for music. The dressing sense shouldn't matter."

Owner: "I like your confidence and attitude. So we should start. There are the headsets and mike there, if you have talent then show me."

Ragini and Swara looked at each other and then went to stand near the mike he indicated putting on the headsets.

Both closed their eyes.

Sanskar's face came in Swara's mind. She smiled a bit.

Swara:
"Jaane kab hothon pe
Dil ne rakh di dil ki baatein
Samjha nahi yeh dil
Isko hum toh rahe samjhaate..."
(I don't know when
The heart placed words on my lips
The heart didn't heed to me
Even though I kept trying to make it understand)

Ragini recalled Laksh standing close to her and saying "There is still that Laado in you."

Ragini:
"Maine dekha tujhe bhula ke
Har ek tarqeeb laga ke
Har nuskhe ko aazma ke
Par dil se kabhi na utre..."
(I tried to forget You
I tried all ways
I tried every possible trick
But it doesn't leave my heart)

Both Swara and Ragini together sang:
"Hangover teri yaadon ka
Hangover teri baaton ka..."
(The hangover of your memories
The hangover of your talks...)

Swara recalled her first meeting with Sanskar.

Swara:
"Jaane kab meri neend udi
Soyi soyi raaton mein..."
(I don't know when I lost my sleep
In these sleepy nights...)

Ragini recalled hugging Laksh.

Ragini:
"Jaane kab mera haath gaya
Soneya tere haathon mein.."
(I don't know when my hand went
In Your hands, my beloved...)

Swara:
"Chal badhte teri ore
Main jab bhi kadam uthati hoon..."
(My feet start going towards You
Whenever I start walking)

Ragini recalled Laksh pinning her against the wall as she was behaving too friendly with the guys in the academy.

Ragini:
"Jaaun tujh se door door
Toh paas tere aa jaati hoon..
Maine dekha tujhe bhulaake..
Har ek tarqeeb lagaake
Har nuskhe ko aazma ke
Par dil se kabhi na utre.."
(When I start going far from You

I tried to forget You

Swara joined her:

Swara&Ragini:
"Hangover teri yaadon ka

Swara blinked twice recalling moments with Sanskar.

Swara:
"Jabse dekha tujhe
Jo huaa nahi wo hone lagaa.."
(Since I've seen You
What hadn't ever happened has started happening)

Ragini recalled how she had hugged Laksh and he pushed her away.

Ragini:
"Dil mera mujhe jaga ke
Khud seene mein sone laga.."
(The heart woke me up
And it itself is sleeping in my chest)

She looked away wiping her corner tear.

Swara:
"Meri fitrat badal rahi hai
Jaise barqat koyi huyi hai
Bas ab toh duaa yahi hai
Ki dil se kabhi na utre.."
(My nature is changing
As if I've been blessed
Now my only prayer is this
That it doesn't ever leave)

Ragini recomposed herself and returned to sing.

"Hangover teri yaadon ka
Hangover teri baaton ka..
Hangover..hangover.."

At the end of the song both Swara and Ragini stayed still for a while.

Then suddenly the owner of the label started to clap.

Swara and Ragini looked on.

The owner stood up and started to walk towards them: "It was outstanding! Now i got the reason of so much confidence! You both are really good."

A smile appeared on Swara and Ragini's faces.

Ragini: "Then Sir, are there chances for us to get the contract?"

Owner: "Hold on, hold on! Of course there are full chances but I need to talk to some sponsors and all. Launching two stars requires time!"

Swara: "How much time?"

Owner: "One month or two. But we shall stay in contact in the meantime so I can give you updates."

Ragini and Swara looked at each other and then at the owner smiling..

Ragini: "We will be waiting..."

They shook hands with the owner and went out of the studio.

Swara: "I still can't believe what just happened! Are you sure that... we'll be launched?!"

Ragini put on the goggles looking on.

Ragini: "Let's just trust ourselves."

With this she went in the car followed by Swara.

THE NEXT DAY

It's time of the party.

Sanskar and Laksh were already in the disco and were standing near the bar having a drink.

Loud music was playing and lots of boys and girls were dancing.

Laksh: "I don't think Ragini will come to such a party, that too late night."

Sanskar looked at him and smiled shaking his head.

Sanskar: "Then you don't know Ragini. She'll reach her goal."

Laksh furrowed his eyebrows: "Goal?"

Sanskar took a sip of his drink and smirked a bit: "You started the game, let her end it. See, Swara is here."

He indicated Swara coming towards them wearing a black jumpsuit.

Swara: "Hi guys!"

Sanskar replied waving his hand.

Laksh: "Hi! You are here alone?"

Swara smiled: "Ragini is here too."

Laksh: "Where?"

Swara was about to say something when...

Ragini: "I was mentioned at every moment in the night, so what if I was a little late in coming."

Laksh and Sanskar turned to look on the left and are shocked to see Ragini in a very short black dress walking towards them a bit unsteadily. But what shocked them more was seeing Ragini holding a glass of alcohol.

Laksh was about to say something when Sanskar went towards her first and standing a bit close to her whispered: "Ragini you're drank? I know you want to teach a lesson to Laksh but aren't you exaggerating?"

Ragini chuckled.

Laksh was looking at them angrily as Sanskar was standing too close to Ragini.

Ragini to Sanskar: "This is just a mocktail Sanskar! I'm just doing a bit of drama..."

Sanskar smiled: "You!"

Laksh went towards Ragini and held her elbow pulling her towards him: "What are you wearing?"

Ragini looked at herself from bottom to top: "What's wrong in this?"

Laksh: "It's too short!" - He looked around. There were some boys looking at Ragini smirking and whispering in each other's ears.

Ragini: "You like such dresses only, don't you?"

Laksh held Ragini's wrist: "We're leaving right now from here."

He was about to drag her with him when Ragini pushed his hand away.

Ragini warned Laksh showing him a finger: "Dont you dare to touch me again! Who the hell do you think of yourself? You have no right on me."

Laksh looked at her shocked.

Ragini placed the glass on the bar table and intentionally entangled her arm with Sanskar's one and loudly said acting to be drunk: "There is so much noise here Sanskar! Let's go up on the terrace where we'll be alone?"

She chuckled and left the place with Sanskar.

Laksh didn't like at all how Ragini ignored him and how she was behaving with Sanskar. He tightened the grip over the glass he was holding and looked away gritting his teeth.

Swara looked at him and then at Ragini and Sanskar going upstairs.

Sanskar was holding Ragini who was faltering by her shoulders.

Swara looked at Ragini's drink she left there but then looked away.

AFTER A WHILE

ON THE TERRACE

Ragini and Sanskar were laughing loudly and exchanging hi-fives.

Sanskar: "Did you look at his face? He clearly looked stunned and upset. Your plan is working right girl!"

Ragini chuckled but then looked at Sanskar with a serious expression and asked him slowly: "Laksh is your brother. Aren't you feeling bad for the way I'm treating him?"

Sanskar turned serious too.

Sanskar: "He is my brother but I can't forgive for what he did to you. I hadn't expected that he could do so bad with a girl."

Ragini: "But he did bad with me so why are you..."

Sanskar put a finger on her lips: "Shhh! don't ask so many questions. Can't I stand on my best friend's side?"

Ragini looked at him while his finger was still on her lips.

And it's just then that Laksh came on the terrace too and is shocked to see them like that. He felt hurt.

Ragini saw him with an eye. She intentionally hugged Sanskar in front of Laksh. Sanskar was surprised first, but then he saw Laksh too and understood. He hugged Ragini back.

Laksh turned around shutting his eyes which were welled up. He angrily went downstairs clenching his fists.

Ragini broke the hug and looked down: "Sorry... I..."

Sanskar: "Madam, friendship has a rule: no sorry, no thank you!"

Ragini smiled.

LATER

Ragini and Sanskar came downstairs and they were laughing together.

Laksh was looking at them while having a drink.

Swara went towards Ragini and Sanskar.

Swara: "Where had you guys gone? I was looking for you since so much time!"

Just then a waiter came near them with a tray of drinks.

Ragini: "No, thank you. I don't drink."

Waiter: "Mam it's just a soft drink."

Swara: "Ragini take it na, there is nothing wrong in a soft drink."

She took two glasses and gave one to Ragini and one to Sanskar and then took one for herself.

They had their drinks while talking and laughing together.

Laksh was looking at Ragini with red teary eyes. She seemed so happy also without him.

Suddenly Ragini felt a terrible headache. She placed a hand on her head.

Sanskar noticed it and asked: "Ragini are you ok?"

Ragini slowly nodded: "I need to go to the washroom. Excuse me."

She slowly went towards the washroom faltering a bit and holding her head.

Sanskar: "What happened to her?"

Just then also Swara placed a hand on her head feeling it heavy.

Swara: "Sanskar..."

Sanskar looked at her and got confused: "Swara are you fine?"

Swara: "Sanskar... my head is... my head is spinning..."

She placed a hand on Sanskar's shoulder to keep balance.

Sanskar looked at it and then at Swara.

He was about to say something when suddenly he heard the sound of a glass breaking down.

He turned and saw Laksh, completely drunk, looking at the pieces of broken glass near him. He had thrown the glass.

Everybody stopped dancing and looked at him.

Laksh walked towards Sanskar: "Bhai you seriously revealed to be a smart jerk." - He chuckled..

He looked around. People were looking at him.

Laksh, drunk: "Why are you guys looking at me? Clap for my brother! He is handling two at the same time after all!"

Sanskar: "LAKSH!!" – He shouted.

Laksh: "Don't shout." - He wasn't conscious. He went near Sanskar and smirked.

Laksh:"Why are you getting angry? Isn't what I'm saying true? Or is there any third one too?"

Sanskar: "Laksh just shut up or else..."

Laksh pushed him: "Or else what? What will you do? You've already snatched everything I had. You've snatched my, MY Ragini from me!"

Sanskar looked at the poeple looking at them.

Sanskar: "Laksh just think of your own self-respect if not mine."

Laksh was about to say something but, as he stepped towards Sanskar, he slipped and was about to fall when Ragini came and held him putting her hands on his shoulders from behind.

Laksh looked at her with half opened eyes and said: "Ragini?"

Ragini looked at him with a serious expression. Their faces were very close.

Swara and Sanskar looked at them furrowing their eyebrows.

Suddenly Ragini burst out laughing.

Sanskar: "Ragini you..."

Ragini: "Sanskar see! I thought I was the only one who is falling down but here everybody is actually falling!"

He indicated Laksh who was rubbing his eyes.

Sanskar: "Ragini what are you saying?"

Ragini: "Really Sanskar! I can't understand why the world is spinning continuously today. Are we on a ride?"

She was drunk too.

Ragini furrowed her eyebrows and started to draw circles in the air with a finger stepping back: "Just like a circle, like this..."

She was stepping back when she hit Laksh's chest with her back.

Laksh held her wrist to not let her fall.

Ragini looked at him straight in his eyes. He blinked twice looking in her eyes too.

Sanskar felt a bit uncomfortable seeing them close.

Ragini made a crying face: "You! You are the one who broke my heart in pieces, aren't you?!"

She talked like a kid.

Ragini recomposed and shouted: "Bloody love!"- He chuckled but her eyes welled up with tears – "It will kill me."

Laksh looked down making a sad face.

Sanskar went towards Ragini and held her elbow making her turn towards him: "Ragini what the hell are you doing?"

Ragini made a puppy face: "Areyou scolding me? Will you hurt me too? Like he did?"

She indicated Laksh with a finger.

Sanskar: "Ragini are you drunk!?"

Ragini shook her head in a childish way but then put a finger near her chin and acted to think.

She smiled: "Maybe... just a little." – She laughed.

Laksh laughed too. Ragini noticed it and went towards him laughing with him.

Sanskar passed a hand on his hair sighing: "What's happening here?"

Just then his eyes went on Swara who was about to faint and fall down.

Sanskar: "Swara!"

He went towards and held her before she could fall.

Swara, half unconscious: "Sanskar my head is paining a lot!"

Sanskar looked at her and then at Laksh and Ragini who were showing tongues to each other and making strange expressions, behaving like kids.

Sanskar picked Swara in his arms and went towards Ragini and Laksh.

Sanskar: "Ragini, Laksh!"

Ragini and Laksh turned to look at Sanskar with big eyes..

Ragini: "What?!"

Sanskar: "I'm going to leave Swara in the car and then I'll come to take you both. Don't move from here! Got that?!"

Both Ragini and Laksh stood in salute position and said together: "Yes Sir!"

Sanskar shook his head and went away with Swara in his arms.

Ragini and Laksh looked at each other still standing like statues.

Ragini recomposed and held Laksh's wrist: "Let's go!"

Laksh: "Where? Mogambo said not to move from here!"

Ragini laughed: "Mogambo! Who listens to him?"

Laksh started to laugh too and the two exchanged an hi5.

Ragini then held again Laksh's wrist and took him out of the club.

They came in the courtyard and stopped there.

Laksh: "Now?"

Ragini put her hand on Laksh's mouth: "Shhh! Mogambo will come!"

Laksh looked at Ragini's hand on his mouth and then at Ragini.

They shared an eye-lock.

Ragini removed her hand from his mouth and held his arm.

Ragini: "But if we stay silent like this alone, then love might slowly happen again."

Laksh slowly asked: "How?"

Ragini smiled but instead of replying she sensually run her finger on Laksh's cheek.

She passed the finger from his forehead till his neck and then held his collar stepping back and dragging him with her.

"Bahon mein chale aa..
Bahon mein chale aa.."
(Come into my arms..)

Laksh was stick on her.

Ragini stopped walking and turned merging her back with his chest and held both his hands putting them on her own waist. She rested her head on Laksh's chest and placed a hand on his cheek looking in his eyes. Laksh was looking down at her too.

"Humse sanam kya parda
humse sanam kya parda.."
(Why this shyness from me?)

Ragini turned and hugged Laksh. Laksh closed his eyes feeling her closer and engulfed her in his arms.

"Yeh aaj ka nahin milan
Yeh sang hain umar bhar ka.."
(This union is not just for a moment,
it's a bond of complete life)

Ragini broke the hug and placed a hand on her lips looking at Laksh: "Sh, sh, shhh"

Ragini turned and started to go away but Laksh hugged her from behind and inhaled her scent placing his face near her neck.

"Bahon mein chale aao
humse sanam kya parda
humse sanam kya parda.."

Ragini turned around and cupped Laksh's face singing:

"Chale hi jaana hain nazar churake yun.."
(If you wanted to leave quietly like this only...)

She turned and was about to walk ahead when Laksh held her wrist. Ragini looked at him with questioning teary eyes.

"Phir thami thi saajan tumne meri kalayi kyu..."
(Then why did you hold my wrist?)

She removed her wrist from his grip.

"Chale hi jaana hain nazar churake yun..."

She walked around him and stopped behind Laksh placing her head on his shoulder.

"Phir thami thi saajan tumne meri kalayi kyu.."

She came in front of him again.

"Kisi ko apna banake chod de.."
(Leaving someone after making her yours)

Ragini hit Laksh's chest with her fists making an angry cute face.

"Aisa koi nahin karta!"
(Nobody does like that!)

She looked down sadly and slowly hugged Laksh who surroanded her with his arms..

"Bahon mein chale aao
humse sanam kya parda
humse sanam kya parda.."

Both closed their eyes.

They were lost in the moment when suddenly Ragini pushed him breaking the hug.

Ragini: "No! This is wrong! You're bad!"

Laksh looked at her with a sad face: "I said sorry..."

Ragini backed off before Laksh could touch her.

Ragini: "You've hurt my heart so much that it got broken. I won't forgive you!"

She made a heart with her hands and then separated the hands breaking the heart and making a crying face.

Laksh stepped towards her and was about to put a hand on her shoulder when she pushed him away and started to walk away.

Laksh followed him with the head down.

Ragini kept walking for a while and Laksh kept following her in the dark road under the dark sky of the night.

"Zindagi se chura ke
Zindagi mein basa ke
Zindagani banaya hai tujhe"

Laksh: "Please Ragini forgive me. Please don't hate me. Beat me; bash me if you want..."

Ragini turned around and Laksh held his ears.

Ragini giggled: "The last option was nice."

She turned and started to walk again.

Ragini: "You are a jerk."

Laksh sighed.

Ragini: "Idiot!"

Laksh: "I know right."

Ragini: "You are dumb and a confused soul too."

Ragini laughed turning around and was about to walk towards Laksh when she slipped. Ragini was about to fall when Laksh ran towards her and held her by her waist.

Laksh looked at her and Ragini was staring at him.

"Roothe rab ko mana ke
Aasmaan ko jhuka ke
Zindagani banaya hai tujhe"

Ragini: "I can't understand what do you want but you surely won't get me now because..." - She indicated Laksh to come near her with her chin while they were still in that position.

Laksh put his ear near Ragini thinking she will whisper something when..

Ragini shouted: "Because I hate you!"

Laksh winced hearing her shout and lost the balance falling down and dragging Ragini with him.

So both Ragini and Laksh fell on the road and rolled one above the other.

"Tu mila jis tarah saba mile
Tu mila jis tarah sila mile
Tu mila jis tarah duaa mile... Bakhuda"

Laksh found himself lied on the top of Ragini.

Both looked at each other.

"Tu mila toh jaise main jee gaya
Tu mila mukammal main ho gaya
Tu mila toh phaila hai noor sa.. bakhuda"

Just then Ragini started to cry like a kid making Laksh return in reality.

Laksh got up from Ragini and asked her: "Why are you crying? You know I can't see you crying... I feel like crying too then..."

He made a crying face.

Ragini crying indicated a scratch on her leg: "You hurt me again! See!"

She cried.

Laksh sat down near her and held her leg. He placed his lips where Ragini got the scratch.

As his lips touched her skin, Ragini felt a thrill over her body and closed her eyes..

"Tu mila jis tarah saba mile
Tu mila jis tarah sila mile
Tu mila jis tarah duaa mile... Bakhuda"

When she opened her eyes Laksh looked at her too.

He smiled: "Are you fine now?"

Ragini shook her head.

Laksh: "Why?"

Ragini: "It's cold."

Laksh put a finger on his head and acted to think and then smiled removing his jacket.

Laksh: "Wear this."

Ragini looked at the jacket furrowing her eyebrows and then wore it. It was large for her. She chuckled.

Ragini: "You're so fat!"

She laughed.

Laksh made an angry face: "I'm not fat!"

Ragini giggled.

Laksh stood up: "Stand up now!"

Ragini looked at him and then at her leg and made a crying face again: "I'm injured!"

Laksh sighed and then picked her up in his arms.

Ragini looked at his face while he started to walk still faltering a bit as he was still under alcohol effect.

"Mehfooz tu mehsoos kar, tere paas hoon main sada
Tujhse nahi ho sakta main pal bhar bhi ab juda.."

Ragini sobbed.

Ragini: "You're so nice... then why did you do so wrong with me?"

Laksh made a sad face while walking.

Laksh: "I didn't want to do that all. It's Mogambo's fault!"

Ragini: "Mogambo? But Sanskar is my best friend. Why would he do anything wrong with me?"

Laksh: "Not Mogambo Bhaiya! Mogambo Papa!"

Ragini: "Who's that? And what did he do?"

Laksh made a crying face: "He asked me to leave you. I didn't want to go away from you but he threatened me. He is very bad."

Ragini: "Who is Mogambo?"

Laksh was about to say something when suddenly a car stopped in front of them and the headlights dazzled Ragini and Laksh who closed their eyes.

Ragini hid her face in Laksh's chest shrinking herself.

The door of the car got opened and a man came out.

It was Durga Parsad who looked at Ragini and Laksh in rage.

Laksh: "Mogambo Papa..."

Ragini slowly opened her eyes to look on..
