"Yes now" she pulled him up from his chair.
"Rinky" he cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead "I... I..." he stammered.

She laughed "Karan Oberoi is stuttering is he scared of Rinky Khanna" she asked.

Karan smiled at her "may be" he said and paused "Don't hate me Rinky please."
she smiled and pushed him out "Go talk to Leena." She said.

"Will you wait for me here?" he asked.

"Yes" Rinky said and sat on the chair "I will wait for you" she smiled.

Karan went to his sister but Leena was not in the palace so he messaged her on her phone but she didn't replied then he tried calling her on her phone but no response, he walk out of palace and went back to the hotel. He was angry with himself, he wanted to see his father in pain, he wanted to take revenge but due to all this his sister hates him.
Rinky was sitting there on the couch and was playing game on her mobile. She stood up when she saw him enter the cabin.
"Wha..." Before she could complete her sentence Karan ran and hugs her "I just wanted to irritate my father Rinky, due to him my mother and my grandfather died, I wanted him a taste his own medicine but in all this my little princess, my Leena is going away from me, she hates me." He said in low voice.
"Umm.. Karan" her knees weekend by his hug his nearness
He too step back and looked at her "Why don't you go back to your room and take rest" he said.
"Have you spoken to your sister" she asked.
"No, she was not in palace, not even replying my message or picking my call" he said his voice filled with sadness.

Rinky looked at him and walk to his desk and picked the receiver "what are you doing?" he asked.
"Talk to receipts and ask her may your sister is in hotel." She said and passed him receiver.
Karan did as she asked and called the receptionist, "She is in room number 409" Karan said and walk towards the door, "go to your room, We will talk tomorrow" She nodded and went to her room.
Karan went to room 409 he was about to knock when his eyes landed on Do not disturb door tag, he shook his head and went to his suite and changed into shorts and tee and tried to sleep but he was not able to sleep.

Rinky was also not able to sleep she got up and looked out, lake was looking beautiful in moonlight her eyes moved to the palace, "what had happened between Karan and his sister, have he manage to explain her the reason" she thought "why I am so tensed" she mumbled to herself, "because you liked Karan and he was your crush and now you know that he is not wrong so your liking for him is coming back" he heart laughed.

"No I don't like him" she shook her and went to sleep.

Next morning Rinky woke up with the knock at her door, she rubbed her eyes, "I think room service" she thought wrapping a robe around her. To her shock Dev was standing at her door. She pulled her robe tightly around her, "what are you doing here?" she asked angrily.

"This is how you talk to your boss brother-in-law, maybe I will be soon the owner of this hotel" he leaned and whispered in her ears, his hand roamed down her back, "Wow you look beautiful in this robe" he said in low tone. Rinky pushed him away and shut the door on his face she know, she is taking fight with him but again she is a fighter and don't like these type of people, "I will tell Karan about him, today"
Dev laughed and walk towards the elevator "I just like this girl, can't wait to taste her" he was thinking when he collided with Karan who just walk out of the elevator, "What are you doing here?" Karan asked irritated, he just don't like this man, he had no idea how Leena fall for him.
"Karannn bro... I just came to see the interior of this floor, your sister told me that every floor is designed in different theme, and I must say your choice is amazing and beautiful" Dev said thinking about Rinky.
"Hmm ok...ummm...where is Leena? Karan asked.
"Leena is tired" he smirked "she was busy last night when you called. Anyways I should go now" he smiled at Karan.
Karan glared at him and waited for him to go inside the elevator, he don't want Dev to see him going to meet Rinky.
Dev seems smarter he pushed the elevator button for next floor and then again he pushed 10th floor button where Rinky was staying.
Karan knocked at the door, in anger Rinky turned and opened the door "why the hell are you disturbing me?" she said but to her shock Karan was standing on her door, "I... I amm... so. Sor. Sorry" she said.

Karan arched his brow and step inside her room shutting the door behind him.
"I..." she looked at him in shock; he was smirking at her and his eyes smiling at her. She felt butterflies in her stomach due to his behavior, his nearness, his smile.
"What happened? Why did you stuttered when I am near you?"
"I don't" she said.
"You do" he teased and wrapped his arm around her.
"No I...I... don't" She stuttered again but didn't try to move away from him.
Suddenly they heard a knock on the door. Karan turned and open but no one was there he walk outside but still no one.
"I think someone knocked the wrong door" he said and walked inside but Rinky was aware who did this, who knocked at the door.

"Karan I want to tell you something" Rinky said in serious tone.
"I know what you want to say" he smirked.
"Huh"
"Yes," he looked down at her "you accept me as your friend" he said.
"No not this" she shook her head.
"Why not, you still are angry with me?" he asked in serious tone.
"No but ...."
"Then be my friend please..."
She looked at him and smiled, now they are disturbed by ring of Karan's mobile
"Leena" he said.
"Bro I am waiting in your suite" she said.
"Ok I am coming give me five minutes" Karan said and cut the call.
"Leena is in my suite" he said and turned to go "Rinky pack your things your family is leaving for Mumbai after lunch" he said without looking at her.
"And you?" she asked.
"I'll be staying here till my sister goes back to London" he turned and said.
"Well, little tigress we have many thing to talk and tell but save it for our next meeting" he said and slightly smiled at her.

"Karan, Dev is not right for your sister" she finally said.

"I know" he said and walks out shutting the door.
