After introducing Rinky to his event management team Karan took her to his office.

"If you need any help just call Anisha, she is manager here" he said checking his wrist watch.

"Are you going out?" She asked.

"Yes I am going to palace, I mean my sister is here in India" he happily said, "she came last night so I am going to meet her and I'll have lunch with her in palace" He said, he wanted to take Rinky with him but it's not the right time for him to introduce her to his sister when she hates him and only treat him as a boss.

Rinky nodded and went back to the team and they discussed everything about decoration and food, she checked with every staff and planned as per her sister liking, she even called Jaipur team to decorate Ronit suite and dinner for two in Ronit terrace garden.

Karan was in bad mood after meeting his sister, her word still rung in his head "I hate you bhai(brother)" he don't even had lunch and went back to hotel and called Rinky to join him for a drive. Rinky was confused but then without any question she went to the waiting car.
"Where are we going?" she asked while fastening her seat belt.
"Jaipur" he said his eyes on road.

"I already had given instructions about the decoration to the team, we don't need to go there" she said looking at Karan.

"I want you to check every details, it's about my brother and sister-in-law happiness, you don't take me as family but for me Ronit is my brother and Ridhima my Bhabhi" he said still his eyes were glued on road. Rinky sensed that he was in bad mood.

Karan was feeling sad, his sister, his little princess was angry with him not only angry she said she hate him now, Leena hates him, he looked at Rinky who was now looking out from the car window, "she also hates me" he thought. He drove directly to Jaipur without stopping and Rinky too kept her mouth shut. But she was not liking his silence, his serious mood, he always look happy but today he look broken and sad.

They reached Jaipur by five in the evening. Karan went to his cabin while Rinky went to check with decoration and explained the details to staff. After finishing her work she went to Karan's cabin but he was not there, she called him and found that he is in his suite.

She went to his suite, door was already open and Karan was standing against the door, his hand folded over his chest and as always his top two button of shirt was open, she could clearly see a very intricate design pedant hanging down from the golden chain around his neck.

"King" he said.

"Huh" she looked up at him meeting his eyes.

He pulled out his chain and showed "King, it's a family jewel , passed to son when he carries forward the family business and kingship, we are no more king but still" he shrugged and said.

"Oh" she said, still her eyes on his, they were blood red as if he had cried.

"You don't mind having dinner with me, I know you hate me and I am not the guy whom good girl wants to dine with" he said.

Rinky shook her head and without saying a word went inside his suite, dinner was already placed on the dining table, she looked back at him and then walk to the table "come dinner is getting cold" she said and started serving on the plate. They both had dinner together but no words were spoken between them, after dinner Karan got up and picked his laptop bag.
"I am going back to Mumbai, tomorrow is auction, stay here in my suite, in morning my driver will take you back to Udaipur" he said. Rinky nodded, she don't want to make him angry today not when he is already sad, "what had happened in his palace that affected his mood" she thought looking at his retrieving back, suddenly Karan turned and smiled at her making her heart beat louder, she kept her palm on her chest and smiled back at him "Thank you for having dinner with me" he said and walked away.

Karan reached Royale Deewan, Mumbai at three in the morning after sleeping for 4hrs he woke up and got ready for auction. As per planed Karan and Ganesh together bought the mansion and gifted it to Ronit as his birthday gift.

Karan was sitting on his jet with his friends but his mind was reeling back to yesterday conversation with his sister, Rinky and his sister is important to him and both of them hate him. He looked at Ronit and Ridhima who were made for each other couple, Ridhima filled Ronit's life with happiness, "will Rinky ever understand him, can he have such a beautiful relation with Rinky" he thought and made up his mind that he will tell everything to Rinky.

Next day was hectic for Rinky she left Jaipur after having her breakfast she reached Udaipur before lunch and then she met the chef and asked to prepare all the dishes of Ronit choice and then she checked the decoration of the boat. By evening she was tired so she went to her room early, had her dinner and was about to go to bed when she heard a knock at her door.

She opened the door and to her surprise Karan was standing there, a smile playing on his beautiful lips, her heart skipped a beat when she saw him smiling. Yesterday he was in bad mood but today he seems happy she moved slightly so that he can walk inside.
"Ronit is the owners of the Lal mansion." He happily said and removed his Jacket and kept it on the couch.
"Yea di called and told me" Rinky replied back, she was looking at him; he was behaving as if he is in his personal suite.
He looked at her then he walk to the window and stood there, he folded his shirt sleeve and stood against the wall "Rinky what will you do when you're near ones hate you?" he asked.
"If I am wrong then I will find the cause and try to change thing... Why are you asking me this Karan if you are pointing about my hatred towards you then please you don't need to bother," She said and walk to him, he was still looking out.
"Rinky all those news were fake, paid news" he slightly turned towards her meeting her eyes.
"And the kisses you shared" she asked.

He is aware she feel something for him more than hatred, he took a step towards her causing her to step back and hit the window "Publicly I shared one kiss with Geeta, that supermodel, she deliberately kissed me." he said looking down at her lips, he want to kiss her and tell that he only wants her no one else.
"Why these fake news and PR? Your hotel is at the top then why?" she asked, she wanted to know the reason, she had crush on him, truly saying she liked him a lot but his news created hatred inside her heart.
"My father, my hatred towards my father" he said looking at the palace which was visible from the window "can you see the palace with those lights" he pointed at the palace which was shining like a gold.
"Yes" she turned and said, Karan step back from her, "Prabh Mahal" He said and keep on looking at the palace but suddenly they heard a knock.
"Yes" Rinky said while opening the door of the room.
"Where is Karan bhai?" Leena slightly pushed Rinky and walk inside, "You lied to me, you said you are going to have drink with Ganesh bhai but I think you were busy with someone else" Leena looked at Rinky hatred visible in her hazel eyes.
Karan walks to the door and took her elbow and walks out "sorry" he mouthed to Rinky.
Rinky was confused with this; "the lady look similar to Karan difference is she is girl with brown eyes and younger to him. She called him bhai it mean she is Leena, Leena Oberoi Karan younger sister" Rinky thought.
Rinky closed the door and now her mind wanders to what Karan had said but still confused why he did all due to his father.

Next day Rinky checked with the team and was happy with the outcome.

"Rinky" Ridhima called and smiled at her.

"Beautiful arrangement and decoration" Ridhima appreciated her work and kissed her forehead. Rinky smiled "so how was the night at Jaipur" she teased and looked at her elder sister, "Rinku" Ridhima shyly said and pulled Rinky into hug "I am so happy Rinku, I am blessed to have such a handsome and loving husband" Ridhima said.

"So it means he loved you whole night" Rinky again teased, Ridhima blushed and pulled Rinky ears. Both the sisters walk to the room where her family was getting ready for party, "di I am also going to get ready" Rinky said and walk towards her room.

"Hey sexy" someone called her, she ignored and walk towards her room that guy walk to her and grabbed her hand "you are staff here Miss, you should know how to behave with soon to be owner" Dev said with smirk.

She looked at him with shock "whoa beautiful, I just wanna have some chit chat and if you don't mind we can have more than that" he winked and said.

Rinky guessed that he is someone related to Karan she didn't said anything she just removed his hand from her elbow and walk away from him.

Karan walk inside the boat to his surprise his sister Leena and her fiancé Dev and step sister Leela are also present there. Leena walk to him and hug him "I don't want Ronit bhia and Ganesh bhai to know about our fight" she whispered in his ear.

"Who has invited you in this party?" he whispered angrily.

"Not you're new pet, but bhai she is not a model and she is not your taste and why are you keeping her secret" Leena paused and looked at him then again spoke "ohh she is your assistant, I got it, and she is not as sexy as those model that's why you are keeping her away from tabloid and news."

"She is not my pet and don't talk about her like this, she is Rinky Khanna, sis-in-law of your Ronit bhai" he said and step back from her hug but Leena pulled him, "Think about what I said in palace, I don't want to ruin my life, I love Dev and can't live without him, your pleasure is hampering my relationship with him" she said and walk to Ronit who just entered and everyone was wishing him.

Rinky eyes were on Leena she had seen her saying something to Karan and from that time Karan mood was off "she is Leena Karan sister, little princess" Ronit said taking Rinky into side hug "and you are my little princess" Rinky looked up, Ronit was smiling at her "thank sis for this" he said gesturing towards the arrangement "don't thank me jeju, all due to your wife and my sis"

"Yes but you managed everything well" he kissed her forehead and said.

After party they went back to room, Rinky after settling work with his team searched for Karan but he was no were to be found, she need to ask him about her going back to Mumbai, she was walking in the lobby when Dev pulled her "so you are Ronit's sister- in- law" he said.

"Leave me Dev"

"I will, just after sharing a kiss"

"What?" she tried to pushed him away but he was too strong.

"Oh!! Come on just one kiss but if you like we can have our one night party in your room" he cupped her back and said. Rinky pushed him by all her strength.

"Oh!! Girl you are strong, I was just joking with you" he squeezed her back and laughed. She ran to the office tears were rolling her eyes, may be Karan is still in office, she rubbed her tears and knocked at the door, Karan lightly open and let Rinky in, her eyes landed on Leena, she felt bad for her, she is going to marry that cheap Dev, "I need to speak to Karan about Dev" she thought.

"Miss Khanna don't mind but I am discussing something important with my brother, so leave" Leena said her voice was authoritative the one which Karan had never used on her.
"She is not going anywhere we need to discuss about project" Karan angrily said.

"At this time you're gonna discuss project" she said looking at Rinky hatred was clearly visible in her eyes.

"Yes Leena and now you can leave" he gestured towards the door Leena angrily stomped her feet and walked out of his cabin.

In anger Karan got up from his chair and throws away all the thing from his table "Karan" Rinky ran to him and took his hand in hers his palm was bleeding.
"Why? Why are you angry?" She asked.
"Go away Rinky, please leave me alone" he tried to push her away, but she was holding his hand.

"Your hand is bleeding," she took the paper napkin and tries to stop the blood.

"She hates me, you hate me and the whole world hates me" Karan said and closed his eyes, tears roll down his cheeks.

"What had happened Karan, should I call Ronit jeju and Ganesh bhai?" She asked.
"No Rinky please I'm fine"

"No you are not" she made him sit on his leather chair and turn to go but he took her hand and stopped her "Rinky my sister hates me," he said.
"But why?" she turned and looked at him.
He laughed "she had same reason for hating me, the one you have."
"Then explain her, tell her the truth"
"I can't she will never believe what our father had done"
"Then just tell her it was fake and stop all this else you we lose your dear ones" she said looking at him.
"I don't want to" he said.

"Then go and explain her"
"Now" he asked.
"Yes now" she pulled him up from his chair.
"Rinky" he cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead "I... I..." he stammered.

She laughed "Karan Oberoi is stuttering is he scared of Rinky Khanna" she asked.

Karan smiled at her "may be" he said and paused "Don't hate me Rinky please."
she smiled and pushed him out "Go talk to Leena." She said.

"Will you wait for me here?" he asked.

"Yes" Rinky said and sat on the chair "I will wait for you" she smiled.
