I placed my head on the library desk as the peaceful evening settled in making me somewhat nostalgic to libraries. The millions of books calmed my soul and I was ready to doze off with my bag under my head. The eerie calmness was cocooned by library dimmed lights and flowers on each table, I was still amazed at how big their library was but I wasn't up to reading right now.

My phone buzzed with a text and I opened it to read.

Where are you?

It was Reign, I hoped that the asshole has gone out of the room. I was in need of a shower and sleep.

The library, is your guest out?

I texted back and got a reply as soon as I sent mine.

Yes, missing my roommate :(

I chuckled at Reign's dramatic tone and stood up to grab my bag and get out of here.

My legs finally reached the dorm and I knocked twice only for Reign to appear with a robe and dishevelled hair.

"Hey, welcome aboard." Reign greeted and I rolled my eyes at his theatrics. I placed my bag on the table and laid down on bed after I took my shoes off.

"Today was hectic and I have a business course early morning." I groaned to Reign and he gave me sympathetic eyes.

"Oh, you will have fun with Mr. Hottie." He commented as he fanned himself mockingly.

I felt comfortable around Reign, he has that crazy easy-going vibes to him like everyone could approach him without any prior judgements. I got to know him today morning and I already liked him. He wasn't an obnoxious guy at all.

"That got me so excited." I retorted sarcastically and received a pillow to my face in return.

"Apologize right now," he mocked dramatically as I threw the pillow right to his pretty face. "You are going to regret that." He toppled over me as I laughed when he tickled my sides, my legs bashed into his rock hard chest and our position looked deadly wrong.

A knock on the door was what it got me on my feet instantly. "I am going to shower, got class tomorrow." I informed Reign as he walked to get the door and I entered the bathroom then I locked the door and pressed my ear to the door.

"Hey man, something weird happened now." Lucas's voice was heard and I grew anticipated about what he was going to say to Reign.

"Shouldn't you be in Carrie's arms?" Reign asked, obviously, Carrie was Lucas's girl toy, "and what happened?"

"Read this," I was sure that it was the hate letter I placed it in, "some sick jerk put this for me." I heard the rustle of a paper that has been handed over to be read by Reign.

My hands shook against the door when I sat down on the floor with tears in my eyes when I remembered the way he insulted me the moment he broke up with me but I didn't make any sounds.

"Who sends hate letters in this generation?" Reign mocked, "I mean, whoever it was has so much hatred in their hearts towards you, you must have done something wrong in your life buddy." I heard a smack after that.

"Shut up, I haven't done anything to anyone. We need to find whoever did this and see what's their problem." He countered and I hugged my knees to my chest when I heard their insults loud and clear.

"Dumbass, the anon doesn't want us to find out, it could be some silly heartbreak letters by one of your many exes." Okay, that hurt properly as I cleaned my tears and stood up. Reign was somewhat right; it was a heartbreak letter but not a silly one.

"Probably, just wanted to drop by, also who is your room mate?" Lucas questioned and I covered my mouth with my hand praying that Reign wouldn't tell on me.

"She's a sweetheart." He complimented me and I sighed lowly in relief.

"I need to see her later, gotta go back to Carrie, see you around." I heard the door shut and I undressed myself to get into the shower.

Under the hot soothing water, I leaned my head on the wall to my side as I thought about what happened just now. I couldn't ever expose myself; I had to be a secret agent if I didn't want Reign to find out.

I soothed my head with a massage as the steams hugged me making me feel light-headed, after the shower, I dried myself and cleaned the bathroom before I got out.

Reign was already snoring his way through and he faced the opposite side much to my relief, I got my towel off and dressed myself to my cute panda Pjs, I made sure to put on my alarm as I took in my schedule for the last time to confirm the timings.

I laid down under the covers of my soft bed after I tied my hair up in a clean bun. My mind couldn't stop imagining worst case scenarios and what would happen if my new friends find out.

What if Lucas decided to hit back if he finds out that I was here?

The 'what ifs' continued and I found myself turning to the other side when I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, but to no avail.

I stared up at the ceiling of the room as my mind roamed around how Lucas's appearance hadn't changed a bit with his known curls and his eyes that made the people around him attracted to him.

Reign might be drawn into him. Lucas was affecting us all and I couldn't help but wonder how was I going to survive my new start when Lucas roamed around.
