Shigaraki hummed under his breath as he stepped into a separate room away from his formal comrade, his shoulder aching from his previous encounter with the hero killer just a few days ago, and his hoodie soaked from the rain. He slumped onto his bed after kicking off his shoes, thinking back to the strange people he had met not too long ago. One a deranged love sick teenage girl that seemed to have a strange obsession with blood, and the other, a man in his early 20's with patch work skin and a stranger personality from the girl that had stood just a few feet beside him. Both were weird but obviously had the skill Shigaraki needed to build his league. He groaned at this thought but knew he needed to let them join, no matter how annoying they were. He removed his hoodie and tossed it to the side just out of sight before laying back on the plush mattress.

The tired male sighed, his sheets seeming to sink with his body as he felt himself slowly start to fall asleep. But his well needed slumber was interrupted buy a soft breeze that somehow picked up in the closed off room. He sat up and looked around unsure of how there was any sort of ventilation in the room when he had made sure that the only exit was the door just beyond the foot of his bed. He stood from the creaky mattress, the floor boards creaking beneath his feet, and scanned the small room, looking for any cracks or crevasses that could have formed somehow. But before he could make his way beyond the small rug that sat a ways from his previous spot, the wind picked up. His hair flowed with it, making it obvious that it was spinning in a cyclone as it picked up loose papers and threw lighter objects from they're spots on shelves that hung from the walls. It must have been somebody's quirk, but how? No one has been in or out of this room beside Shigaraki himself and Kurogiri who dreaded coming in there due to the constant mild mess that Shigaraki had let build up. He dreaded the idea of retreating, not wanting to seem so cowardice in the face of potential danger, so he stood in the room and waited for an opponent to appear.

But no one came.

Instead the wind continued to increase it's speed, nocking Shigaraki to the floor and pushing him up against the bed with force that even he couldn't fight against. He gritted his teeth in a struggle as he tried to fight against the wind but was only pushed back in failure. A few minutes of this continued before abruptly stopping. Shigaraki let out a huff as he pushed his unkempt hair out of his face and sat up from the bed, his breathing heavy and his heart racing. "What the hell was that?" He mumbled to himself in slight anger. Just as he was about to stand from his spot the wind picked up again but this time it felt as if it were pulling him. Shigaraki stumbled in his spot before standing up straight watching the papers and light debris fly to the middle of the room before disappearing as if being sucked into a vortex. He felt his stomach slightly drop before quickly making his way over to the door, the wind quickly picking up the closer he got. Shigaraki fought against the wind and practically slammed his body against the door in attempt to stay close and reached for the doorknob, growling under his breath as his fingers clawed at the crevasses in the wooden door, and gripped onto the handle right after. He felt a slight pang of relief before feeling the pull become stronger. Shigaraki gripped onto the knob for dear life only to watch in vain as the handle rusted and slowly turned to dust, leaving him to get pulled into the vortex. Shigaraki let out one final aggravated yell before being completely absorbed by the seemingly invisible portal.

Abruptly after he had disappeared the vortex stopped all together and left the room a bigger mess than it already was. A quiet nock came from the door before it slowly opened revealing Kurogiri who only sighed at the sight of the room, assuming that Shigaraki had had one of his tantrums again and left not to long ago. "Only master Tomura." He sighed before closing the door.

The sun began to slowly rise above the trees as the cattle all huddled together, and the hens began to spill out of the coop as the rooster sang another heartfelt song of his dominance to his world that only consisted of 240 acres of farm land. The suns warm rays reached over the canopy and lightly caressed it's light onto the decent sized farm house that sat cozily in the middle of the land.

Within the house a woman stirred in her sleep, being disturbed by the shrill screeching of the rooster not too far away. Groaning she woke up with a hum and opened her eyes, her vision being blocked by large nostrils that only huffed, acknowledging the fact that she had woken up. "Why are you like this, Clover?" She laughed petting the muzzle of the Highland cow that only pressed it's face into hers in response before licking her face with it's large tongue. "Gross! Come on girl, now I have to take a shower!" The girl complained half-heartedly with a laugh as she pushed the cow's large head away, it's long fur atop it's head slightly swaying with every moment. The girl smiled as she sat up from her bed and pet the top of Clovers head, laughing at the fact that she had stuck her head into the window to see her. "You go back to the field alright? I'm sure Daisy misses you." The girl said with a smile as she pushed Clovers head out of the window and slowly closed it, waving goodbye as the cow slowly made her way back to the field, a small calf running it's way over to her before walking beside her almost giddily. The girl laughed as she closed the curtains and stood from her bed, stretching, her body let out multiple pop's before she relaxed and made her way into the bathroom. She flicked on the light only to laugh at her reflection, seeing her H/C hair sticking up straight with cow slobber. She took a quick picture of herself and posted it to her social media before tossing her phone on the counter and stripping out of her oversized shirt and stepping into the warm shower after she had started it up not too long ago.

After a while she stepped out of the shower and dabbed a soft towel against her skin before wrapping it around her hair and leaving the small enclosed space to her room. She threw on a casual outfit that consisted of a loose white short sleeved flannel shirt that was tucked into her slightly ripped boyfriend jeans, and pulled her hair down, deciding to go natural after she had brushed through the wet strands. Sighing she slipped on a pair of comfortable shoes and made her way into the kitchen, tossing two slices of bread into the toaster before making herself a mug of black dark roast coffee. She slightly jumped in surprise upon hearing the toaster ding, before laughing at herself and grabbing the two slices along with her coffee and making her way to the window seat that displayed the cattle along the fields grazing peacefully. "This is the life Y/N. No one to bother you and no neighbors for acres and acres." She sighed to herself as she took a sip from her mug only to set it down upon hearing her phone ringing. She hummed and started the call, setting the phone down as she put it on speaker. "Hey mom!" She said happily as she continued eating her slightly buttered bread, contemplating the idea of putting jam on it. "Now tell me why the hell you would let a cow lick your face?" He mother said playfully through the phone as Y/N stood from her spot and looked for the jam. "It's not my fault! She caught me off guard!" She laughed as she finally found the jam and made her way back to the window seat, spreading the jam across the surface of the uneaten piece of toast while finishing the other. Y/N heard her mom laugh from the other end of the call. "I just don't know how you do it! Taking care of that entire farm by yourself! I would break down and cry on the first day of just buying so much land!" He mother said in astonishment at her daughter's independence. "I remember you used to ask me how to microwave a pop-tart when you were 17! What happened to my daughter!" Her mom cried playfully through the phone. Y/N flushed in embarrassment upon hearing about her naivety back when she was in the city with her family, placing her warm cup of coffee down so she wouldn't choke on it. "Yeah, well.. I grew up mom. It happens sometimes ya know. I mean that's what you and dad always go onto me about when I had graduated high school. And look at me now. Dropped out of college to put my plan into action and now I'm just living my best life." Y/N said with a lingering smile as she finished her last piece of toast. "Plus I'm stacking my money due to the fact that people love how I harvest my crops! It's awesome!" She cheered happily as she fist bumped the air.

Her mom laughed at her daughter's pride feeling a sense of pride herself. "Alright well at least you're- HEY! WHA-" "When are you gonna come and visit us you little ass hole!" Her mother was cut off by her dad who addressed the girl seemingly violent, but she knew he meant well. "Hey dad! It's been a while!" Y/N laughed as she ignored his question, trying to mess with her dad. "Don't dodge the question! We miss you out here! Your brothers have been talking about just raiding your place out of nowhere and I'm starting to agree with them!" Her dad yelled through the phone. "Dad chill! I'll come and visit next month! By the time I get there I'll have a few days until harvest and enough time to visit!" She laughed as she placed her dishes into the sink and pushed her hair out of her face. "Plus Clover, and Duke would attack the four of you guys if y'all ever did that!" She continued with a smile. "What's that puppy gonna do to us? Nibble us to shreds!?" Her dad laughed. "Duke is a lot bigger than when you last saw him dad. He's capable of helping me heard all the cattle now." Y/N laughed as she looked at the black Cane Corso that laid outside on the porch, basking in the sun as he looked along the fields. "I'll believe it when I see it. But alright. I'll let you go and take care of your shit hole. And you better visit us." "Yeah whatever!" "Y/N, I love you." "I love too dad." "Alright well I'mma hand the phone to your mom now. I'll talk to ya later." The two exchanged before her dad handed the phone to her mother. "I swear I'm going to beat your dad. Anyways. I love you, Y/N.. And we'll see you soon." "I love you too, mom. Bye." Y/N said with a smile as her mom hung up. "Alright! Time to work!" The girl shouted to herself as she quickly put on a sports bra and slipped on a pair of work books before walking out of the farm house.

Y/N walked down the porch to the other side of the house where a small stable stood. Duke followed along, and let out a low bark as he caught up to her. "Peppermint! Get out here boy!" She called, only to watch a white and red horse come trotting from around the stable with a quiet whine. "I know it's been forever since I took you out to help me! The four wheeler is just too fun though!" She joked mostly to herself as she ran her hand across the speckled horses fur before putting a saddle on his back and climbing on right after she made sure it was secure. "Come on Duke." Y/N chimed as she had Peppermint start to trot his way to the crops. 'Alright so tomatoes, watermelon, and blueberries are ready to be harvested and should be the most popular by this time of the year.' Y/N thought to herself as she neared the crops before hopping off of Peppermint and attached a horse drawn wagon before grabbing a hold of the reigns and having the large mammal follow behind her as Duke went ahead and hopped into the wagon himself.

With a quiet hum Y/N looked out over the field of various crops, unable to notice the strange crater that had appeared in the blueberries not to long ago.

"Alright! Let's get to work boys!" She laughed as she slipped on a pair of work gloves and began to carefully walk through the field of watermelons that all shined with various green stripes and yellow patches. Lifting one of the large vined fruits Y/N carefully placed it in the wagon and continued this process for quite a while, barely breaking a sweat as she quietly sang incoherent songs to herself with a smile.

Sighing, Y/N placed the last small basket of tomatoes into the wagon before turning to the rows of blueberries. "I can't believe it's so late! I'm starting to lack over here!" She laughed as she looked at the sun that was starting to set, painting the sky and clouds with vibrant oranges, pinks, and purples. "Eh I did wake up late. Oh well! Say Duke! You feel like having lamb chops tonight?" She chuckled looking at the large dog that was paying no mind to her. "I take that as a yes. Let's go ahead and go back home. The next order won't be up until next weekend so we've got enough time." Y/N hummed mostly to herself as she grabbed a hold of Peppermints reigns and walking back towards the house.

But of course something had to happen. Like always.

Before the small group could even make it close to the threshold of the fields Duke began barking at the field of blueberries before jumping out and booking it. "Duke! What the hell has gotten into you!" Y/N called confused as she stopped and watched the black Cane Corso run in a blur through the blue berries before stopping and seemingly barking at nothing. Peppermint let out a whine as he rested his muzzle on Y/N's shoulder and watched Duke as well. "Not now Peppermint. If he's got a mole I'm so gonna flip." She said through slightly gritted teeth, not wanting to deal with another mole infestation like two summers ago. Throwing her gloves into the wagon, Y/N began jogging over to Duke who would not stop barking at whatever he saw and would sometimes snap at it with a quiet snarl. Letting out a huff as she arrived, Y/N placed her hands on her hips trying to straighten out her chest as she heaved and stood next to the roaring dog. "What in the world is that?" Y/N mumbled to herself as she saw a hefty piece of metal sticking out of the ground. Sighing she gingerly grabbed a hold of the metal, finding that her hands could easily wrap around it before her fingers stopped at a leathery feeling. Shrugging to herself, Y/N easily pulled the strange object out of the ground only to see a hand on the end of the metal. "The hell.." She mumbled to herself as she dusted the leathery object off unsure of how to feel about the hand randomly appearing in her Blueberries. Quirking her brow she stood up straight and looked around only for her vision to home in on a pretty large crater that seemed to have settled earlier in the day.

'That's where this thing must have come from!'

Putting the hand into her pocket, Y/N walked over to the crater, careful not to step on any of the pink flowering vines that had been lucky enough to not get caught in the crossfire. Making her way over the small hill that had blocked her vision, Y/N gasped at the sight before her.

A man in his seemingly early 20's laid in the bottom of the crater with minor injuries yet his clothes were tattered, torn, and covered in smashed blueberries. His seemingly dyed hair blocked her vision from his face yet she could easily see the scars that ran along his neck, some old and scared while others appeared fresh.

Snapping out of it Y/N whistled a jagged tune and watched as Peppermint made his way over as quick as possible, the heavy wagon that he was dragging slowing him greatly. Swallowing the non-existent saliva in her dry throat, Y/N slid down into the crater easily, and made sure to dig her feet into the dirt before she crashed into the already injured male. Standing up straight she looked down at the man before her, before lifting one of his arms over her shoulders, and grabbing a hold of his wrist. Grunting, she lifted the both of their weight and pulled the nocked out male out of the crater, huffing unevenly as her grip tightened and she got closer to the edge of the crater. Letting out a series of curses, she climbed over the edge of the crater and gently laid the man down before placing her hand on his wrist and checking for a pulse. After waiting for a slow second she could feel a faint heart beat. 'He must be in a deep sleep if his pulse is like that.' she thought to herself in bewilderment. Wearing a quiet whine, Y/N looked over to see Peppermint and Duke standing nearby. Sighing, Y/N lifted the stranger from the ground and laid him across the horses back with a bit of struggle. "How the hell did you get here?" She mumbled to herself looking at the crater as she took a hold of Peppermints reigns and began making her way back to the house.

Y/N sighed as she sat down on a white and gold swivel chair and looked at the now patched up man, her focus aimed on his wrapped up neck. "This is just too fuckin weird." She sighed before pulling out the clammy hand in her pocket, looking over the realistic features not sure if it were real or fake. She ran one of her fingers across the palm, feeling the defined crevasses, and creases as it held it's clawed position. "You know what. It's whatever. I'll ask what's going on tomorrow." She sighed before putting the hand back in her pocket, getting up from the chair, and residing back into the living room, making sure to close the door behind herself. "Why are the weekends always so weird." She groaned to herself as she put the hand on the coffee table and changed into some loose shorts and a tank top. "I guess this kind of stuff just kinda happens." She sighed as she laid on the couch and hugged onto one of the decorative pillows that matched the rest of the living room, as she slowly began falling asleep.

'Everything fuckin' hurts.' Shigaraki thought to himself as he woke up but held his eyes closed in exhaustion. 'What the fuck happened? Whoever's quirk that was must have drained my energy after throwing me around like that.' He slowly opened his eyes before quickly slamming them shut at the immense amount of light that flooded his vision. Groaning he slowly opened his eyes again, letting them adjust to his bright surroundings. 'This isn't the bar.' Shigaraki thought to himself as he looked around the cozy room, ignoring the sleeping hairless cat that rested on a cushion that sat on a floating shelf across the small space. Rubbing at his eyes, Shigaraki sat up on the bed and looked at the comforter that was layed across him. "This is too weird." He mumbled to himself as he pushed his hair out of his face and looked around once again seeing a large window behind himself. But what was stranger was a large highland cow stood behind the glass barrier looking down at him with a snort. Looking over Shigaraki took notice of the night stand at his side that held a small stack of clean clothes and a folded piece of paper. Letting out a confused grunt, he grabbed the paper, careful not to use all five fingers as he unfolded it and read the messy hand writing.

"Hey there! I'm sure you might be just as confused as I was am. No matter! Go ahead and wash up in the bathroom, the door should be open, and have clean towels ready for your disposal. I've got some extra clothes for you to wear as you can probably see. I'll be in the living room just outside of the door. Breakfast should be ready by then. I'll try and help figure out what's going on and how I can help you if you need a ride somewhere else. Oh! And let me know if you need help with your bandages. That gash in your shoulder looked pretty gnarly. Anyway, I'll see you later! Oh, and good morning! :)"

Shigaraki hummed as he furrowed his brows, and put all five fingers on the innocent piece of paper, watching as it quickly turned to dust. 'Whoever wrote the note obviously has no idea who I am. Might as well take advantage while I can. But first I gotta get out of these clothes.' Shigaraki pulled at the tattered and sticky clothes that slightly clung to his skin do to sleeping in the fabric protection. "Why the hell do I smell like blue berries?" He mumbled to himself as he stood from the bed, the scent of the crops from before practically taking over his senses.

Shrugging off the thought he walked his way into the bathroom and flicked on the light too look at himself in the mirror. 'Damn I look like shit.' Shigaraki looked at his unkempt hair that held many knots and poked out every which way while some patches held a darker tint of blue after being stained by the blueberries. He reached up to scratch at his neck until he felt rough bandages wrapped tightly around where he would injure himself. That lead him to look himself over, finding a few more appendages that were either wrapped up or were covered by small adhesive bandages. Shigaraki furrowed his brows, unsure of how to feel about a stranger touching on his body while he was asleep but didn't complain as he stripped out of his tattered clothes, and looked through the drawers for soap. Only then did his eyebrows shoot up at the sight of various soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and bath salts. "What is this, a bed bath and beyond?" He shouted in surprise before hearing a loud clank from the living room, assuming it was just his 'caretaker' who was preparing breakfast as mentioned before. Shrugging, Shigaraki grabbed a bar of soap and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner that held a light purple color. Humming he quickly removed his bandages and stepped into the shower, the cool water relaxing his muscles and soothing his aching body.

"That probably wasn't the best outfit to give that guy. Joseph is so frickin built, that his clothes will probably be hanging off of the dude." Y/N practically cackled as she whisked some eggs with minced up peppers, onions, and other additions. "I'm just glad Bret had some extra vegetables lying around. I can never seem to grow any spinach or onions." She said to herself gratefully as she poured the egg mix into the skillet and continued cooking for two.

Shigaraki rubbed the damp towel against his hair at the base of his neck as he finished buttoning up the oversized shirt he had been provided. Looking himself over he cringed at the black slightly torn boot cut jeans and light grey button up shirt that he let hang off of his shoulders limply. This was not his ideal fashion but it'll have to do for now. He looked over at the leather jacket that had been folded with the rest of the clothes and sighed in slight annoyance as he put on the large jacket. Furrowing his brows, he rolled up the jacket sleeves along with the shirts, making the cuffs appear light grey. Nodding in approval, Shigaraki adjusted the jacket against his body trying to get comfortable in the large piece of leather, before looking himself over in the large bathroom mirror. "This'll have to do." He hummed before stepping out of the bathroom and standing before the exit of the room.

Empty.

That's all Shigaraki saw once he had opened the door to the cozy living room. No other people, no animals, not any sign of life present except for himself and the hairless cat that was now resting at the foot of the bed. He looked around confused as he walked further into the living room that was conjoined to a kitchen, and dining room. It was until then Shigaraki took notice of the platter of food set neatly on the dining room table along with a mug of what he could only guess was coffee or tea. Overcome by the sensation of hunger, and the smell of food wafting through the air, Shigaraki quickly took his seat before the plate of food and looked it over carefully, checking for any chemical scent or the smell of common rodent poisons. But nothing seemed to be poisoned and all the food appeared to be cooked not too long ago. Nodding to himself Shigaraki began to eat his meal almost savagely, the freshness of the meal satisfying his needs. He picked at the foreign meal, savoring every bite he put into his mouth. 'Sucks I'm gonna have to kill whoever made this. This American style meal is amazing.' Shigaraki huffed as he finished the meal and looked at the beverage that was placed before him before taking it in his hands, lifting his index finger, and taking a small sip from it, only to then take a few more. The creamed coffee with honey, sugar, and a bit of cinnamon threw him off but intrigued him. Shrugging, Shigaraki continued to sip the coffee with no care in the world, the warm beverage calming whatever anxieties he held.

Sighing, Y/N wiped the sweat from her forehead and placed her hands on her hips looking at the small shack full of fruits and vegetables that she had recently picked. 'Next week I'll pull up some sugar beet to make some pies for Bret. He's so cool! Always looking out for his neighbors. Might make myself some sugar too.' Y/N smiled as she turned on the cooling system, already feeling the temperature in the shack suddenly drop. Slightly shivering, she closed the double doors and looked up at the white and red horse. "You head back to the stables. If I don't see you there when I go to check I'm so not taking you on any rides for a week." She laughed before lightly slapping Peppermints thigh causing him to whine and run back to the stables. Smiling, Y/N began making her way to the house, the scent of various fruits clinging to her like white on rice.

Upon arrival Y/N took notice of Duke who was asleep on the porch and KFC standing on top of him. She laughed at the sight as she climbed up the porch, only to have the rooster himself come charging at her. 'Oh shit. No.. No. NO. NO!' She mentally panicked as she she tried to keep the flightless bird off of her. With a loud caw, KFC performed some sick parkour, and tackled Y/N to the ground thus asserting his dominance. The girl only laughed before wrapping her arms around the rooster and standing up, ignoring the pecks and scratches of protest. Chuckling she set KFC down and smiled. "You seriously get on my nerves dude." She laughed lightly scratching under the roosters feathers. KFC only let out a shrill caw before running off of the porch, back to the coop where the hens were. Laughing, Y/N stood from her kneeling position and adjusted the hat on her head while removing her work gloves. "I wonder if that guy's awake." She mumbled to herself as she set the gloves down and walked into the house with a warm smile.

"Ah, your awake. I'm glad to see nothing too bad happened to ya. That would have been bad." Y/N said happily as she took notice of Shigaraki sitting on the couch, who only looked confused. "Did you like breakfast? I kinda whipped it up last minute because I had woken up late." She said said with a laugh as she sat her hat on the dining room table, and picked up Shigaraki's leftover dishes, setting them in the sink to be washed later. "ああ、何言ってるの?" Shigaraki asked in confusion, squinting his eyes at the girls foreign tongue. 'The hell is she saying? Is she speaking English? German? Swedish?' Shigaraki thought to himself as he took in the girls features. Her C/W/S H/C hair framed her face well, her E/C eyes complimented her glowing S/C skin, her body was covered well by the large clothing she wore but he could easily tell that she was a bit more on the chubby/skinny side. Either way she was still an annoying obstacle he had to get through.

"What was that?" "あなたは何てことを言っているんだ?" Shigaraki asked in slight aggravation as he stood up slowly from the couch squinting at the girl just across the room. "Oh! You must speak Japanese! Thank God I took that trip back in high school or I wouldn't know what to say." Y/N said in relief before clearing her throat and speaking in the foreign language. "I asked if you enjoyed your meal? The waffles must have been a bit dry once you woke up." Y/N said with a laugh as she leaned back on the kitchen counter. 'How the hell did we go from a disconnect to instantly being able to communicate so easily?' Shigaraki thought to himself in annoyance as he reached up and began to scratch at his neck. Y/N furrowed her brows upon seeing this. "Those are bound to become infected if you keep scratching at them like that." She said almost concerned. Sadly Shigaraki took her tone as pity and looked at her in fury. "Don't tell me what to do." He growled under his breath as he glared at Y/N, the scratching of his neck becoming more vigorous the longer he looked at her. "Ah I'm not telling you what to do. I have a few anxious ticks mys- The hell!?" Y/N looked at Shigaraki in surprise as he quickly closed the gap between them, and shoved her back against the countertop, wrapping his hand around her neck making sure to leave his index finger up so he wouldn't kill her just yet, wanting to see the fear written expression on her face before she died.

Shigaraki grinned maliciously at the sick, and twisted idea before looking down at the girl expecting her to be sobbing her eyes out or at least paralyzed with fear.

Yet that's not what he got.

Instead the exhausted girl was glaring up at him while putting her hands on her hips, her calmness, and dominance almost surprising to Shigaraki. "So do you do this to every girl you wanna fuck? If you ask me, your coming on way too hard." She said boredly as she quirked her brow in annoyance.

'What the hell is wrong with this chick!?!?'
