The Illusionist is a godlike entity. I have to put his character sheet in the fanfic so everyone can see since this OC is incredibly important. If I took him out, that mean most of my plans for him would've been a waste of thinking.

He's the man in the painting I've described in a chapter. He's a God a lot of people worship.

All his followers wear a neckwear which has a golden heart to as a symbol him since he wears a golden heart-shaped locket.

His personality is charming but when he's not charming he acts cruel and laughs at the misery of others. He tricks people into doing what they want and even as far as making one kill another.

His powers: the reason he got the title of 'The Illusionist' is because of his powers. He makes people hallucinate. He can put someone in a hallucinating state and the person thinks it's real and the illusion can feel like an entire lifetime even when it's only been thirty seconds. The power comes from his eyes which glow pink and purple and the pupils are in the shape of a strange star. If he's using his abilities, the eyes glow psychedelic pink. The hallucinations always work if he is looked in the eyes for even second.  The hallucinations are he uses are torturous. He tortures them by getting into their mind and seeing all their memories and use their fears and insecurities against them. He can posses people but usually doesn't unless it's a human. Once he gets into peoples minds, he sees their memories and can change their opinions on certain things. He was given the ability by a Goddess to absorb energy and stop people from using their powers.

Whoever is granted an ability from the Illusionist recurves his most famous feature, crack-like markings (Sound familiar?). If they use their powers, their Markings will glow psychedelic pink.

More information about the Markings: As the Markings happen, the Illusionist controls where the markings are. The markings can put a strain on the human body and disable them. It takes an hour to adjust to the Markings till the affect finally wears off for good. He even gets into peoples dreams. The reason Caroline had dreams of Will with those markings is because he made her hallucinate. 

Honestly, I've had this OC for over a year. If something weird happens, I'll explain it since it'll most likely be due to the Illusionist. I'll do some concept art about his eyes, markings and clothes.
