Both were once weak fish. Now they're both Water-type serpents. They'd obviously be great together!

Well, let's take a look. While, yes, Milotic is a good pokemon to ship in general, Gyarados' aggresive nature REALLY offsets that. I can just imagine.

Milotic: Honey, are you home?

Gyarados: Yes, sweetie!

Milotic: I know that face... were you destroying cities again?

Gyarados: Urm.....

Still, if there would ever be a ship to put Gyarados in, it'd be this one.
