HARRYS POV

It was a long time before anyone came to bother me after that, Hulion visited once in a while to drop off an apple and some other food for me to eat and I was shown where the bathroom was.

Otherwise many days had gone by without anyone talking to me or coaxing me out from under the bed.

Finally after the 20th food drop Hulion sat down in front of the bed again and I poked my head out hoping he wasn't angry at me for how I treated his friend.

"I-i'm sorry Hulion. I won't anger anyone again" I whispered to him gently as I took my food and curled back into a ball.

"Hey, harry, nothings wrong with having an argument with someone, its okay, I wasn't angry at you or anything, I was setting up your room whilst on the ship, you will be bunking with me if thats okay?" Hulion told me comfortingly.

I blinked at him my eyes widening slightly, "u-um its ok you don't have to share a room with me, you can have one all to yourself if you would prefer, I won't mind" I said anxiously.

"Hey, little human, I have to share my room, everyone on the crew does, I haven't got a room mate yet because they picked me up at the last space station a few months ago, if its not you they will put the next person on the crew in with me, besides if you don't bunk with me you will have to bunk with someone else who you don't know so come on little human lets go."

i sighed and stood, bravely leaving the blanket in the room taking my food with me to eat on the way.

We passed many aliens as we entered a huge corridor of doors each one for a room, I clutched my wand anxiously and brushed my long hair out of the way.

Hulion led me to the end of the corridor where he opened the very last door on the left.

Across the hallway the other door opened and I froze, instinctively casting a disillusionment charm on myself and melding into the walls colours.

Karlum walked out greeting hulion I froze holding my breath. No such luck, he noticed my faint outilne and I flinched taking a step back.

Karlum knelt down his three legs bent strangely like a kneeling horse, I scooted back until I hit the wall "I-i-i'm sorry I-I won't do it again, I'm sorry" I stuttered to him as I shrunk in on myself trying to disappear fully

"Hey !, thats what I should be saying squirt I won't call you a kid anymore ok?" If it upsets you that much" he spoke gently with his gruff voice.

I nodded and hesitantly took off the disillusionment charm, my body freezing once again at the cooler temperatures.

My arms and neck had goosebumps and my body was gently shivering my breath every now and then fogged up slightly it was even colder here than it was in the mess hall.

Karlum was watching me examining me closely "you're cold aren't you?" He told me more than asked.

i flinched and nodded rubbing my arms, he reached out with his three fingers and grabbed me much more gently than last time his hand a gentle pressure instead, and dragged me to his door across the hall " terulia! (te-rule-eee -ahhhh) the little human is cold in these temperatures can you make him something to wear so he won't be so freezing" he called inside

"Yeah sure thing I'll be out in just a second" came a female voice from inside, cautious my eyes darted around for an escape, karlums bat ears twitched and his three fingers tightened I flinched.

He looked down and i frowned.the door opened and terulia moved into the light, my eyes widened and my face paled my magic instinctively reacted to my fear and panic and I vanished again a strong sheild covering me and pushing karlums hand off me as I whimpered.

Terulia was blood red and had the bottom half of a spider reminding me of the spiders killing people in the war reminding me of hagrids death, she was terrifying, her upper half was covered in fur two arms with black patterns on them were holding a tape measure, her face had four eyes like karlum and pincers like a spider as a mouth she also had spines on her head much like a echidna. She was the scariest alien I had met, my breaths were coming in gasps as I panicked unable to draw in enough air, I flew across the hall to my door and opened it before entering and slamming the door behind me I slid down still having trouble breathing as flashes of the war started filling my mind.

I was brought out of flashbacks as hulions panicked voice broke though them, "harry breathe why aren't you breathing come on breathe you're scaring me" eventually i managed to get my breathing under control and I calmed down. "Little human, what could possibly have terrified you so much?" He asked gently, I shivered "terulia" I whimpered just the thought sending a shiver down my mind.

Hulion laughed gently "Karlum is a trunponse(trun-ponse) and terulia who you just met is the daughter of a trunponse and marlonsa (m- are-lons-ah) inter species children are called guradon (grr-a-don)"

I relaxed slightly and stood up looking around the room, it was large and spacious to one side was a long bench where half of it was covered in drawings, different dialects and many many books along with notes everywhere.

The other side of the bench had many pencils and paints to use along with different sized of parchment. I looked back at hulion amazed and saw an anxious look on his face, my face broke out in a large smile and his eyes widened and his red stars blinked happily.

I went over to my side of the bench and examined everything when hulion cleared his throat, I turned to see him holding a large book, it intrigued me its cover was a smooth red leather with a simple buckle and strap to keep it shut.

Hulion smiled at me and carefully handed the book to me ignoring my flinch my eyes widened "I know that you don't want to tell me much at the moment, and I was hoping you could explain your home planet in these pages so that people like me who study new cultures can know about it." He told me gently I eyed the book and a small smile appeared on my face as I nodded a yes to him.

The other side of the room was just as amazing a massive double bed was set up made with a red wood which gave it a certain adventure like quality, hulion smiled at me before climbing to the top bunk where his bed was I walked over to my new giant strange bed its curved up edges actually made more sense now if people regularly slept in bunks. if the top bed fell down the curved up edges would protect the lower sleeper from the impact.

I smiled and crawled up into it I was very glad to discover that this bed had many thick blankets of different textures but all were undeniably soft.

I reached out and grabbed a soft fluffy brown blanket and wrapped myself up in it as I examined my new room from the bed.

It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door and hulion went to answer it I could hear Karlums voice and hulion explained that terulia had frightened me.

Eventually hulion walked in with karlum whose bat ears were flicking around nervously, "terulia won't hurt you little human, she just Needs to measure you for some warmer clothes, we wouldn't want our new crew member to get ill, I mean it won't be THAT bad"karlum called from the doorway

I sighed where is that Gryffindor courage you were oh so famous for, huh you going to chicken out all because you are scared of someone, it never stopped you from facing Voldemort so why should it be any different now! I thought to myself.

I hesitantly slid out of the safety of my bed and dragging my new found blanket with me I followed karlum and hulion outside to see terulia who was waiting by her door looking terrifying.

I gulped and froze hiding behind hulion "little human, why are you so terrified of me!, I haven't hurt you I only want to make you some new clothes so you won't be so cold." her voice was gentle and calm making me relax slightly.

I ever so slowly began inching toward her where I watched her every move ready to bolt if I had to.

Eventually after 10 minutes I was finally close enough for her to reach me with the tape measure

Her furry arms slowly brought the tape measure towards me and as she began measuring my arms it took everything in me not to flee back to the safety of my bed. It was an agonisingly slow process for both of us.

Eventually she finished and I was instantly back over behind hulion, "little human, I need to know the normal temperature in Celsius of you're home planet" she called to me before I could make my escape.

I froze stuttering out the answer "m-my home pl-planet is n-normally 24 degrees" after that I went back into the safety of my bed where I clutched my wand and blanket possessively and fell asleep as hulion worked at his side of the bench taking notes in one of his own books.
